용접부 미세조직의 재질열화 평가를 위한 Advanced Small Punch 시험에 관한 연구

This research was aimed to evaluate the material degradation with various microstructures of X20CrMoV121 steel weldment by Advanced Small Punch(ASP) test. Due to the regional limitation on constitutive structures, the minimized loading ball(${\varphi}1.5mm$) and bore diameter of lower die(${\varphi}3mm$) were designed for the ASP test. The micro-hardness test was also performed to assess the mechanical properties with artificial aging heat treatment. Material degradation was estimated by ductile-brittle transition temperature(DBTT). The results obtained from the ASP test were compared with those from conventional small punch(CSP) test and CVN impact test for several weldment microstructures. It was found that the ASP test clearly showed the microstructural dependance on the material degradation in the weldment.

Bis(phosphine)ruthenium derivatives (η^5-C_5Me_5)RuCl(PR₃)₂(PR₃=PMe₃, PMe₂Ph, PEt₃, PMePh₂, 1/2DPPE, 1/2DPPB) (2a∼2f) have been synthesized by the reaction of [η^5-C_5Me_5)RuCl₂]₂(1) with excessive phosphine in ethanol. The reaction of complexes (η^5-C_5Me_5)Ru(PR₃)₂Cl with NaBH₄ in ethanol gave the corresponding hydride complexes (η^5-C_5Me_5)Ru(PR₃)₂H (PR₃=PMe₃, PEt₃, PMePh₂, 1/2DPPE, 1/2DPPB) (3a∼3e). Chloride complexes (2a∼2f) and hydride complexes (3a∼3e) were isolated as crystals, which were characterized by IR, ¹H-NMR, and elemental analysis.

Ion exchange performance to remove nitrate in water was studied using commercially available strong base anion exchange resin of Cl^- type in the batch reactors. Anion exchange resin was more effective than activated carbon or zeolite. With large resin amount or high temperature or low initial concentration, nitrate removal characteristics for a typical gel-type resin was increased. The curves showed the generally accepted selectivity sequence as SO₄^2-$gt;NO₃^-$gt;NO₂^-$gt;HCO₃^-.
