주거 특성에 따른 공동주택 안전서비스 만족과 안전서비스 만족이 주거만족에 미치는 영향: 경기도 시흥시 공동주택을 중심으로

주거 특성에 따른 공동주택 안전서비스 만족과 안전서비스 만족이 주거만족에 미치는 영향 파악을 위해 시흥시 아파트 단지를 대상으로 설문 자료를 수집 및 분석했다. 위탁관리가 시설유지관리, 안전사고대응 요인에서, 150-500세대 미만 거주자들이 시설유지관리, 경비서비스 요인에서, 안전사고 대응에서는 1000세대 이상 대단지 거주자가, 시설유지관리, 위생서비스 요인에서는 자가 세대의 만족도가 높았다. 안전관리 서비스 만족이 주거만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석 결과 시설유지, 위생서비스, 안전사고 대응 요인이 영향을 미치고 있었다. 시사점은 여성의 안전, 직원들의 전문성 강화 및 유지, 자가세대외 거주자 배려, 안전관련 홍보·훈련, 관리인원의 적정성 제고, 벤치마킹, 영향을 주는 요인 순으로 안전관리 투입자원 운용이다. 한계점은 변인간의 직접적인 영향력 확인, 객관주의 양적연구이며, 후속 연구에 간접효과 확인, 질적연구, 안전 교육 프로그램의 개발과 효과 검증을 제언하였다. Questionnaires were collected and analyzed for apartment complexes in Siheung-si to find out the effect of the satisfaction of the apartment housing safety service and the safety service satisfaction on the housing satisfaction according to the characteristics of housing. In terms of facility maintenance and safety accident response factors, residents under 150-500 households were responsible for facility maintenance and security services, residents with complexes over 1000 households in response to safety accidents, and self-support for facility maintenance and sanitation service factors. Generation’s satisfaction was high. As a result of analyzing the effect of safety management service satisfaction on housing satisfaction, facilities maintenance, sanitation service, and safety accident response factors were influencing. Implications are safety management input resources in order of women’s safety, strengthening and maintaining professionalism of employees, caring for residents outside their own households, promoting and training safety-related, enhancing the adequacy of management personnel, benchmarking, and influencing factors. The limitations were direct verification of variables, objective quantitative research, and subsequent research suggested indirect effects, qualitative research, development of safety education programs, and verification of effectiveness.
호텔 직원이 지각한 권력이 집단응집성과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

This study is to investigate the effect of power on group cohesivenss and organizational commitment of hotel employees and the purpose of investigating the providing directions for hotel employees to have a consistent to promote satisfaction with organizational involvement. For this study a questionnaire survey, targeting hotel employees with more than 1 year experience in domestic special first class hotel with top 10 hotels of in 2016 customer satisfaction index, was made during 8 weeks period, total 350 sheets were distributed and 312 samples were used for the empirical analysis. The according to the empirical analysis result, Power was defined by five factors derived from exploratory factor analysis: reward power, coercive power, legitimate power, expert power and referent power. two sub-factors of power, reward power had a positive(+) effect and coercive power had a negative(-) effect on group cohesivenss. Second, reward power, referent power had a positive(+) effect on organizational commitment.
자가혈액에서 농축한 골유도성장인자의 임상응용과 개발의 최근동향

골 형성을촉진하는 물질로는 골유도단백(BMP), 혈소판 유래 성장인자(PDGF), 형질 전환 성장인자(TGF-β) 등의 다양한 골 형성 기질 등이 있다. 이러한 성장인자는 치유 과정시 조직의 재생에 필수적인 신생혈관의 형성, 세포의 화학주성 및 분열촉진, 간세포 증식, 기질합성 등을 조절하는 인자로 조직재생에 기여한다. 최근 조직공학 연구가 발전하면서 이러한 국소적 역할을 하는 성장요소들에 대하여 활발히 연구되고 있다. 이러한노력 중 하나가 혈액내 혈소판에 존재하는 여러 성장인자를 임상적으로 이용하고자 혈소판을 농축하여 적용하는 혈소판풍부혈장(PRP)과 혈소판풍부 피브린(PRF) 이다 . PRP와 PRF는 방법의 용이성과 효능면에서 많은 장점을 가지고 있기에 이에 대한 관심과 연구가 지속되고 있다. 하지만 아직 임상적 적용에 대하여 학문적 고찰과 개선이 필요하므로 이에 대한 문헌고찰과 최근의 연구를 살펴보고자 한다.

In this paper we present a 3-DOF manipulator of which task is to unload the product from a micro factory. The micro factory developed by KITECH presses sheet metal to produce a micro valve that is used for micro pump. Our research is focused on the development of a small-sized unloading manipulator which works in the narrow workspace between the dies. We have implemented pick-and-place task with vacuum pressure and 3-DOF motion with stepping motors. We present the design procedures and analysis required in each module.
가토 두개골 결손부에서의 혈소판풍부혈장(PRP)과 혈소판풍부피브린(PRF)의 골형성 증진 효과

To evaluate the effect of platelet rich plasma(PRP) and platelet rich fibrin(PRF) on bone defects with autogenous bone graft and control(no treatment) in the same rabbit calvaria. Four rabbits were included in prospective study. In each rabbit, four equal 8 mm diameter cranial bone defects were made with trephine drill and it was immediately grafted with PRP, PRF, autogenous bone and one defect was remained with no treatment(control). The defects were evaluated by cone beam CT at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks. At 8 weeks, rabbits were sacrificed. Soft X-ray with step-wedge calibration and histologic process were taken with sacrificed rabbits for radiomorphometric and histomorphometric analysis. Radiomorphometrically and histomorphometrically, the results showed a significant increase in bone formation on autogenous bone graft group. Both PRP and PRF groups showed significant increase as compared with the control group. There was no significant difference between PRP group and PRF group. Significant improved bone formation was seen with the addition of PRP or PRF on non-critical sized defects in the rabbit cranial model. And PRF group showed more uniform and similar result compared with PRP group. It is reasonable to think that PRP and PRF can promote bone regeneration. Also, PRF can replace PRP according to good uniform result and simple manipulation.
고분해능 전자현미경법을 이용한 (Bi, La)<sub>4</sub>Ti<sub>3</sub>O<sub>12</sub> 박막의 결정학적 특성 평가

The crystallographic characteristics of the $(Bi, La)_4$$Ti_3$$O_{12}$ thin film, which is considered as an applicable dielectrics in the ferroelectric RAM device due to a low crystallization temperature and a good fatigue property, were investigated at the atomic scale by high resolution transmission electron microscopy and the high resolution Z-contrast technique. The analysis showed that a (00c) preferred orientation and a crystallization of the film were enhanced with the diffraction intensity increase of the (006) and (008) plane as the annealing temperature increased. It indicated a change of the atomic arrangement in the (00c) plane. Stacking faults on the (00c) plane were also observed. Through the comparison of the high-resolution Z-contrast image and the $Bi_4$$Ti_3$$O_{12}$ atomic model, it was evaluated that the intensity of the Bi atom was different according to the atomic plane, and it was attributed to a substitution of La atom for Bi at the specific atom position.

In this paper, we introduce a flexible gripper that we have engineered to precisely pinch in parallel and compliantly grasp objects. As found in most conventional industrial grippers, the parallel pinching property is essential for precise manipulation. On the other hand, the grippers with a flexible structure are more adept at grasping objects with arbitrary shapes and softness. To achieve these disparate properties, we introduce a flexible gripper mechanism composed of multiple flexible beam structures. Utilizing these beam structures, the proposed gripper is able to grasp arbitrarily shaped objects. Additionally, a unique combination of flexible beams enables the gripper to pinch objects using the parallel fingertips for enhanced precision. A detailed description of the proposed mechanism is provided, and an analysis of the strength and stiffness of the fingertip and finger body is presented. The Results section compares the theoretical and experimental analyses and verifies the properties and performance of the proposed gripper.

Bisphosphonates are widely used in the treatment of many medical conditions, such as osteoporosis, multiple myeloma, Paget’s disease, etc. However, side effect has been documented in the published data during the past years, osteonecrosis of the jaw in patients receiving long-term bisphosphonate therapy. Although pathogenesis of BRONJ(bisphophonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw) is not yet fully understood, it is currently known to be a disease associated with suppressed bone turnover by bisphophonate. Recent literature has indicated a similar association with nonbisphosphonate drugs used in cancer therapy including monoclonal antibodies denosumab and bevacizumab and multikinase inhibitor sunitinib. Accordingly, many studies have been carried out on the biochemical markers examination to assess the risk for BRONJ. The treatment of BRONJ is reported with a review of the relevant literature. However, there is still a controversial discussion about the adequate treatment. It is necessary to accumulate further studies in order to establish more useful biochemical markers and effective treatment for BRONJ.
