        강원도 주민제안 활성화 연구

        본 연구는 참여 민주주의 확산 기조에 따른 강원도민의 도정 제안제도에 대한 접근성 개선과 도정 참여도 증대를 위한 강원도 제안제도의 활성화를 다룬다. 연구의 목적은 강원도 제안제도의 활성화를 위한 제도개선 방안의 도출과 제도의 활성화를 위한 정책적 방안의 도출에 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 강원도 제안활동 참여도 제고를 위한 방안, 제안제도 관련 홍보방안의 모색과 아울러 전문적·창의적인 제안이 접수될 수 있는 방안을 모색하고 제안한다. 또한 제안심사 및 평가 활성화 방안 연구로서 심사 담당자의 능동적 접근방안에 관해 논의하며, 채택제안에 대한 시책추진 활성화 방안으로서 채택제안의 사후관리 방안 및 시책추진 담당자의 능동적 추진을 위한 인센티브 방안 등을 모색하고 제안한다. This study addresses the activation of Gangwon Province's proposal system in response to the prevailing trend of participatory democracy. It focuses on enhancing accessibility to and increasing participation in the provincial proposal system among Gangwon residents. The purpose of the research is to derive institutional improvement measures for the activation of Gangwon Province's proposal system and formulate policy approaches to foster its activation. To achieve this, the study explores strategies to boost participation in Gangwon Province's proposal activities, investigates promotional methods related to the proposal system, and seeks ways to encourage the submission of professional and creative proposals. Furthermore, as part of the examination of measures to enhance proposal evaluation, the study discusses proactive approaches for assessors. In terms of promoting policy implementation for adopted proposals, the research suggests post-adoption management strategies and incentive measures for the proactive pursuit of policy implementation by those responsible for proposal adoption.

        Kink-effect 개선을 위한 세 개의 분리된 N+ 구조를 지닌 대칭형 듀얼 게이트 단결정 TFT 구조에 대한 연구

        In this paper, we have simulated a Symmetric Dual-gate Single-Si TFT which has three split floating $n^{+}$ zones. This structure reduces the kink-effect drastically and improves the on-current. Due to the separated floating $n^{+}$ zones, the transistor channel region is split into four zones with different lengths defined by a floating $n^{+}$ region. This structure allows an effective reduction of the kink-effect depending on the length of two sub-channels. The on-current of the proposed dual-gate structure is 0.9 mA while that of the conventional dual-gate structure is 0.5 mA at a 12 V drain voltage and a 7 V gate voltage. This results show a $80 {\%}$ enhancement in on-current by adding two floating $n^{+}$ zones. Moreover we observed the reduction of electric field In the channel region compared to conventional single-gate TFT and the reduction of the output conductance in the saturation region. In addition we also confirmed the reduction of hole concentration in the channel region so that the kink-effect reduces effectively.

        추출용매에 따른 ACTS002의 항산화 활성 및 지표성분의 함량 비교

        Objectives: Samul-tang is commonly used to alleviate the side effects of chemotherapy. This study aimed to establish an efficient method of extracting ACTS002 based on Samul-tang using the yield, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and antioxidant assay. Methods: ACTS002 was extracted from each extraction solvent, and the contents of 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde (5-HMF), paeoniflorin, and ferulic acid were quantitatively analyzed and compared using HPLC. Moreover, the antioxidant activities of ACTS002 were measured using total flavonoids, total phenolic compounds, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), 2,2'-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS), and Ferric reducing/antioxidant power (FRAP). Results: All of the components were set as the index contents because they were easy to process. The antioxidant activity of total flavonoids was the highest in 70% ethyl alcohol extracts, and total phenolic compounds were the highest in 50% ethyl alcohol extracts. In DPPH, 50% ethyl alcohol extracts showed the highest activity, and in ABTS 70% ethyl alcohol extracts were the highest. In FRAP, 70% ethyl alcohol extracts showed the highest activity. Conclusions: ACTS002 can control quality by setting 5-HMF, paeoniflorin, and ferulic acid as the index contents. The antioxidant activity measurement was relatively high in the 50% and 70% ethyl alcohol extracts. Our results can predict the possibility of a pharmacological activity and the standardization of ACTS002.

        산양산삼약침의 추출법 별 성분 및 항산화 활성 비교

        Objectives: Wild ginseng pharmacopuncture is widely used in oriental medicine. However, there is no standard method for efficiently extracting the active ingredient. In this study, in order to determine an efficient extraction method, wild ginseng was extracted by the distillation and 70% ethanol reflux methods, respectively. In comparing each extract, the index compounds were analyzed, and antioxidant activity was measured. Methods: The index compounds, ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1, were detected using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Antioxidative activities of total phenolic compounds, DPPH (α, α-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl), ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid)) and FRAP (ferric reducing antioxidant power) were measured to compare their bioactivities. Since saponin is known to be hemolytic, the hemolytic activity of each extract was compared. Results: The index compounds were analyzed. Nothing was detected in the wild ginseng distilled extracts (WGDE). In the wild ginseng 70% ethanol reflux extracts (WGEE), ginsenoside Rg1 was 3.66 mg/g, and ginsenoside Rb1 was 16.70 mg/g. WGEE showed higher levels than WGDE in all antioxidative activities. In the hemolytic test, the extracts showed almost no toxicity, but WGEE showed lower toxicity than WGDE. Conclusions: In this study, it was concluded that WGEE is more advantageous than WGDE in the detection of index compounds and bioactivity. However, additional studies of additional extraction methods and other bioactivity tests are needed.
