Since 2003, the domestic ground signalling system of the Kyeongbu and Honam lines has been steadily improving with the introduction of the ATP system and application of the system to the train is actively being pursued for 2009 target. Therefore, new ground signalling systems are being installed to the trains and track conditions to control the train speed to a maximum of either 80㎞/h, 120㎞/h, 150㎞/h, or 160㎞/h. As well, considering safe breaking distance, block signalling has been installed and also the change over times of the track switching device has been adjusted according to the train speed. Since the new Tilting trains will be running faster than present trains, at speeds over 180 ㎞/h, we anticipate that there will be problems with present signalling facilities. Therefore this paper attempts to examine the various problems with the interface between the ATP signalling system and the new Tilting trains and also it will propose the most effective operating plan based upon case studies of successful foreign operations.
표정속도 향상에 따른 기술동향 연구 (A Study on Technology Trend according to Schedule Speed Improvement)

As a result of that the domestic railway technology has been progressed as times go by, the 1st and the 2nd steps for Gyeongbu HSR at the speed of more than 300㎞/h, were completed and Honam HSR - its operational speed is 350㎞/h - is under construction. Additionally, As a part of the expressization project for general lines, the Seoul-Chuncheon route at the speed of more than 180[㎞/h] is under construction and the Jeolla route is under design. At present, 11 countries (e.g. France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, England, Japan, China and Taiwan) including Korea have high speed railways operated at the speed of more than 300[㎞/h]. As shown in the above, the domestic railway has high speed trains as good as those of countries outside Korea, but the schedule speed, which is calculated by dividing distance to destination by time, is lower than that of overseas trains. For overseas railway, the ratio of schedule speed to the highest speed is above 65%, while that of domestic railways is over 50%. It shows a significant difference between them. It is expected that the schedule speed improvement will increase the number of train operation and line capacities than now, so it shall achieve smooth transportation flow and improve the passengers’ satisfaction. In this paper we describe the necessity for the improvement of schedule speed, by analyzing foreign cases related to the improvement of schedule speed in order to satisfy the increasing traffic demand.
댐저수지 수면을 활용한 태양광발전시스템 설치에 관한 연구

저수지 수면을 이용한 태양광발전시스템은 저수지, 연못 등의 유휴수면에 부유체를 이용하여 태양광발전시스템을 수면에 설치하는 발전방식이다. 수면의 환경조건은 지상조건에 비해 장애물이 없고 모듈의 온도가 낮기 때문에 일조량 및 발전효율의 증가 등이 예상되고 있다. 지상태양광발전은 농지 또는 임야를 개발하는 과정에서 삼림훼손 등을 유발하는 단점이 있으나, 수면태양광발전은 유효 수면을 적극 활용함으로 국토가 협소한 우리나라에 매우 적합한 발전방식이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 한국수자원공사에서 관리하고 있는 주암 다목적댐에 수면태양광실증플랜트를 설치한 사례로 설계 및 시공방법에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.
발변전소 건축구조체를 이용한 대용접지공법 적용사례 연구

발변전소 및 건축물의 접지설계 절차는 개발예정지에 대해 우선적으로 대지비저항을 측정하고, 측정자료를 기초로 하여 전용해석프로그램의 모의과정을 거쳐 접지물량 및 지락전류 등을 산출하고 있다. 그러나 접지설계 및 시공에 있어서 건축구조물 건립공정 기초 단계인 토공사시 현장 여견의 변화로 설계조건을 만족하지 못하는 경우가 종종 발생되고 있다. 본 논문은 현장여견에 따라 건축구조체 등의 자연구성부재를 이용하여 일반적인 접지방식을 대용하는 공법에 대해 실증사례를 소개하고자 한다.
수도사업장 태양광개발 예정지에 대한 일사량 및 경제성 평가에 관한 연구

The worldwide energy market is enlarging rapidly according to current issues like globalization, deregulation, global warming and strengthening for environmental regulation as well as the energy technology is developing speedily by the add of information and communication techniques. In spite of these advanced techniques in the field of the renewable energy, solar power depends on the governmental aid largely in comparison with other renewable energy sources because of the high initial investment cost. Therefore it is important to investigate scrupulously for the expected erection site of solar power plant from the planning stage. This paper shows actual measurement data of solar radiation of scheduled solar power locations in the waterworks site with consideration of waterworks facilities and regional specialties and presents the data which was analyzed comparably with the radiation data of adjacent locations served by national authorities. In addition, these data were analyzed using RETScreen and used for making decision on the business validity.
