The fiber optical temperature sensing device was developed by using a Fiber Bragg Grading (FBG) sensor and a linear transmittance optical filter. The temperature change causes change in the FBG sensor reflectance wavelength and the reflectance wavelength from FBG sensor is transmitted to a linear transmittance filter so that the optical signal value is determined by the wavelength. The temperature can be measured by the optical signal value by passing FBG reflectance wavelength to the linear transmittance filter. Using the developed system, temperature ranges from 10℃ to 50℃ were measured and the measured data were almost linear.
고객이용경험과 기업신뢰, 고객만족, 고객충성도간의 관련성 연구: 제품, 콜센터, AS 3차원 접근을 중심으로

최근의 경영 트렌드로 고객이용경험이 강조되고 있는데, 기업들은 상품만으로 고객을 만족하던 시대에서 탈피하여 고객과의 모든 접점에서 고객과의 커뮤니케이션을 통해 고객이용경험을 극대화하여 고객만족을 가장 빠르고 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 비즈니스 전략을 추진하는 것이 전반적인 흐름이다. 본 연구는 전자 제품 이용과정에서의 고객 이용 경험이 기업 신뢰와 고객 만족 및 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향을 연구하기 위해 지각된 제품 이용 경험뿐만 아니라 콜센터 상담 경험, AS 이용 경험의 3차원적 접근 및 세부 하위 품질 요소들과 주요 변수들 간의 영향력을 규명하고, 각각의 변인들이 기업 신뢰와 고객 만족, 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향을 구조모형을 통해 나타낸 주요결과는 다음과 같다 첫째, 지각된 제품 이용 경험뿐만 아니라 콜센터 상담 경험 및 AS 이용 경험의 3차원적 접근을 통해 각 하위 차원들이 기업 신뢰 및 고객 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 요인들을 종합적으로 확인할 수 있었다, 둘째로, 이와 같이 형성된 기업 신뢰와 고객 만족은 고객 충성도에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 기존 선행 연구의 흐름을 확장하는 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 수행으로 학문적으로는 첫째, 지각된 고객 이용 경험을 제품, 콜센터, AS 3차원으로 세분화하여 독창적으로 연구한 점으로 기존 논문들이 콜센터나 AS를 각각 연구해 온 것에 비해 종합적인 관점에서의 접근이 시도되었다는 점이다. 둘째, 3개 차원중 제품, AS의 영향은 높은 반면, 콜센터의 영향이 상대적으로 낮게 나왔는데, 이는 제조업 콜센터의 특징인 수동적, AS 연결고리의 역할로 보여, 향후 연구자들의 관심이 필요한 부분이다. 셋째, 콜센터 상담 경험중 결과 품질은 기업 신뢰에 높은 영향을 미치는 점으로 향후 제조업 콜센터 운영의 시사점으로 접근이 필요하다. 넷째, 중장년 고객들은 청년층에 비해 제품의 본원적 품질과 콜센터 결과 품질이 기업신뢰에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 실무적으로는 고객 이용 경험의 관점에서 주요 고객 접점인 비대면 서비스인 콜센터, 대면 서비스인 AS의 중요성과 가치를 기업에게 재차 인식시킬 수 있는 토대를 마련하였다. 종합적으로 본 연구는 고객 이용 경험을 제품, 콜센터, AS를 3차원적으로 접근하여 기업 신뢰, 고객 만족, 고객 충성도를 높여 나가는 고객 관련 연구 범위 확대 및 시사점을 제공하였으며, 궁극적으로 고객 이용 경험을 바탕으로 기업과 고객의 관계 형성을 통해 고객 가치 제고와 기업의 성장, 지식경영의 발전 및 확산을 지향하고 있다. Korea’s The Korean manufacturing industry, especially the home appliance industry, has been leading the growth of Korea, but it is a trend that strives to maximize the customer experience at the customer’s contact point, moving away from the era of satisfying consumers with only products. In this study, through a three-dimensional approach to not only perceived product use experience, but also call center counseling experience and after-sales experience, and detailed sub-variables, the impact of customer use experience on corporate trust, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty is uncovered. It comprehensively researches and analyzes the impact on corporate trust, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty through a structural model between each variable. Empirically Analyzing the Proposed Research Model and Hypothesis After collecting data using an online Google questionnaire for customers, the final 739 data were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, through a three-dimensional approach to not only the perceived product use experience, but also the call center counseling experience and after-sales experience, the factors influencing corporate trust and customer satisfaction were comprehensively identified. Second, it was confirmed that the company’s trust and customer satisfaction formed in this way have a great influence on customer loyalty. The difference of this study is that first, the perceived customer experience is studied by subdividing the product, call center, and three-dimensional approach into sub-factors. Second, the effect of 3D products and AS is high, but the effect of call centers is relatively low. This is due to the role of inbound response and AS linkage, which are the characteristics of manufacturers’ call centers, showing different results from previous studies. Third, the quality of the result of the call center call counseling experience has a great influence on the trust of the company, so it is necessary to approach the call center gangseon point in the future. Overall, this study provided a research foundation for customer experience that could expand the scope of customer-related research and proposals to improve corporate trust, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty through a three-dimensional approach to products, call centers, and A/S. . In the future, we hope that companies aim to increase customer value and grow the company by forming relationships between companies and customers.

This paper is analysed by switching overvoltage on operating reclosing in 154[㎸] combined transmission systems. Combined transmission systems are modeled by EMTP/ATPDraw program. It is fault condition that simulate high resistance earth fault. The simulation is carried out considering variation of parameters such as resistance value of fault point and rate of underground line.

For many years oxygen and hydrogen isotope analysis have been used as one of the most valuable research tools to investigate many geological processes. There are many sample preparation techniques of oxygen and hydrogen isotope analysis for various geological samples. We introduce here several important sample preparation techniques for oxygen and hydrogen isotope analysis and discuss the problems of each method in detail.

From the methanolic extractive of the fruits of Quercus acutissima $C_{ARRUTHERS}$(Fagaceae) a mixture(QC-A saponin) of two ester glycosides, which were named as dotorioside I(3) and ll(4), was separated by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC. The structures of these two glycosides including their genuine aglycones(1,2) were elucidated as 1: $2{\alpha}$, $3{\beta}$, $19{\alpha}$, 23-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid, 2: $2{\alpha}$, $3{\beta}$, $19{\alpha}$, 23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oci acid, 3: 28-O-${\beta}$-D-glucopyranosyl ester of 1, 4: 28-O-${\beta}$-D-glucopyranosyl ester of 2, respectively, on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence.

To devise better development plan, survey was conducted about current Farmer's irrigation Practice on upland in the Youngsan River Irrigation Project District IV. Major upland crops are garlic and onion in this region. Currently, upland irrigation is conducted using ground water. It is found that irrigation interval is 2-3 day for dry-field rice and 3 -7 days for other crop, in general. Whole day is required to irrigate for many farmers due to lack of facilities and water source. Farmers have no intention to change staple crops even after completion of Irrigation Project of Youngsan River District IV.

In this paper the experiments of breakdown characteristics by temperature change of $SF_6$ gas, $SF_6$ liquid ($LSF_6$) and $N_2$ liquid ($LN_2$) in model GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) were described. From the experiments results, the breakdown voltage of $SF_6$ increases with the drop of temperature and the increase of the inner pressure in model GIS. The ability of $LSF_6$ insulation is higher than high-pressurized $SF_6$ gas and $LN_2$. The breakdown characteristics of $LSF_6$ were produced by bubble formed evaporation of $LSF_6$ and bubble caused by high electric emission. It is considered in this paper that the results are fundamental data for electric insulation design of superconductor and cryogenic equipments machine교 which will be studied and developed in the future.
무주 지역 각섬암의 지구화학 및 Sm-Nd 동위원소 연구

Geochemical and Sm-Nd isotopic results are reported for amphibolite of the Muju area, Ryeongnam massif. Major and trace element data analyzed indicate that the parental rock of the Muju amphibolite is tholeiitic basalt. The Sm-Nd amphibole-WR-plagioclase data define an isochron corresponding to $1766{\pm}121Ma$ ($1{\sigma}$) (MSWD=1.10) with an initial ratio of $0.51032{\pm}15$. We interpret this age as a metamorphic age of the Muju amphibolite. Tectonic discrimination diagrams clearly fail when they are applied to the Muju amphibolite probably due to compositional variations resulting from crustal contamination and/or degrees of partial melting.
