Shear coaxial injectors were commonly used in rocket engine combustor. They showed good combustion performance. However it is not easy to control the thrust. Pintle injectors were not as popular as the coaxial injectors so far, they have a great advantage over the coaxial injectors. That is, it is relatively easy to control the thrust. Spray characteristics of gel type propellant from movable sleeve pintle injector were investigated. Water with 0.05% of Carbopol 940 was used as gel simulant instead of kerosene gel combined with Thixarol ST for academic purpose. Experiments were performed in various temperature, pressure and pintle opening condition. The results were compared with neat liquid spray. It is also verified that the capabilites of the injector by adjusting the pintle opening.

중국의 문화산업 규제와 한한령

Comparing before and after the ban on Korean contents, the atmosphere of Korean and Chinese cultural industry has completely changed. The ban on Korean contents brought on by Terminal High Altitude Area Defense(THAAD) left lessons of reflection and awakening in Korea and China. This research analyzed synchronically regulation on Chinese cultural industry taking the opportunity of ban on Korean contents. Was there any regulation on Korean cultural industry before the ban on Korean Culture in Korea from now? In addition this paper analyzed the flow and direction of policy and regulatory measure in cultural industry of Chinese government before and after the ban on Korean contents in China surrounding research theme of 'Was there no regulation on Chinese cultural industry?'. In conclusion, Chinese government is strongly regulating overall cultural industry. It has regulated all the cultural contents of overseas as well as Korean cultural contents and its own cultural industry is more strictly regulated. Its point is in that Chinese government is effectively manage and supervise cultural industry. This basis is not limited to cultural industry but is Chinese government's policy and orientation. As shown in 19th National Peoples' Congress of the Communist Party of China in October, 2017 and Double Congress in March, 2018. Xi Jin-ping government cracks down on the internal through anti-corruption action and is making China strong by establishing Sole Ruling System. Regulation on journal and media integrating newspaper and publication into Central Propaganda Department has been strengthened and in particular legal system to regulate all the company home and abroad for ICT area based on Internet has been established through <Internet Safety Law>. Taking an opportunity of THAAD, China put the brake on spreading Korean cultural industry. Whenever political issues has occurred on the Korean Peninsula, cultural industry surrounding Korean Wave is highly likely to be hit first. After learning lessons from this ban on Korean contents, we need to establish action while strengthening essence and durability of Chinese cultural industry. That is the lesson of the ban on Korean cultural contents. 한한령 이전과 이후 한중 문화산업의 분위기는 많이 달라졌다. 사드로 촉발된 한한령은 한중 양국에 반성과 자각이라는 교훈을 남겼다. 본 연구는 한한령을 계기로 중국 문화산업의 규제를 공시적으로 분석했다. 현재를 중심으로 한한령 이전에는 한국 문화산업에 대한 규제는 없었는지, 또한 중국 문화산업에 대한 규제는 없는지를 중심으로 한한령 이전과 이후 중국 정부의 문화산업 정책과 규제 방안의 흐름과 방향을 분석했다. 결론적으로 중국 정부는 문화산업 전반을 강력히 규제하고 있다. 한국 문화상품뿐만 아니라 해외 모든 문화상품을 규제하고 있으며, 자국의 문화산업은 더욱 엄격하게 규제하고 있다. 중국 정부는 문화산업을 효율적으로 관리·감독하는데 방점이 있다. 이러한 기조는 비단 문화산업에 국한된 것이 아니라 중국 정부의 국가 정책이며 방향성이다. 2017년 10월, 중국공산당 19차 당대회와 2018년 3월 양회에서 드러났듯이 시진핑 정부는 반부폐 척결을 통해 내부를 단속하고 1인 지배체제를 확립해 강한 중국을 만들어 가고 있다. 신문·출판은 중앙선전부에 통합하는 언론미디어에 대한 규제도 강화하고, 특히 인터넷 기반으로 한 ICT 분야는 <인터넷안전법>을 통해 국내외 기업을 모두 규제할 수 있는 법적 장치를 마련했다. 중국은 사드를 계기로 한국 문화산업의 확산에 제동을 걸었다. 한반도의 정치적 이슈가 발생할 때마다 한류를 중심으로 한 문화산업이 가장 먼저 타격을 받을 가능성이 높다. 이번 한한령을 계기로 한국의 입장에서는 중국 문화산업의 본질을 파악하여 내구력을 키워나가고 그 방안을 마련해야 한다. 그것이 이번 한한령의 교훈이다.

한중 웹소설의 발전과정과 특징

Internet novels which have grown since a era of PC communications in 1990 are popular in the name of web novels. The strongest appealing power among the cultural goods in the 21st century is web contents. Korea is strong in the area of web-toon while China is relatively strong in the area of web novels. Among them web novel market is the area of representative contents sustainable both in Korea and in China. Web novel markets in Korea and China have a lot of advantages and characteristics including increasing profits from quantitative growth, appealing power of contents caused by OSMU, accessibility by the development of smart media, and promotion of platform for web novels. On the other hand there are challenges to be addressed. The issue of low quality contents with low entry barrier and regulation on copyrights and inflammatory are one of the challenges to be handled. Web novels in Korea and China are one of the representative IP industry with a high growth potential. Copyrights issue, multilateral OSMU strategy, and discovery of development model through connection to and cooperation with other cultural industry are necessary task of web novels in Korea and China. In particular business exchange and cooperation in web novels in Korea and China are urgent issue. The area to connect exchanges of cultural industry and business which have been suspended by Terminal High Altitude Area Defense(THAAD) is also web novels. Web novels of Korea China are the cultural industry area drawing the most attention as a new growth engine in the 21st century. 1990년대 PC통신시대부터 성장한 인터넷소설은 이제 웹소설이라는 이름으로 대중의 사랑을 받고 있다. 21세기 문화상품 중 가장 소구력이 강한 콘텐츠는 웹콘텐츠이다. 한국은 웹툰이 강하고 중국은 웹소설이 상대적으로 강하다. 이 중 웹소설 시장은 한중 모두 지속가능한 대표적인 콘텐츠 분야이다. 한중 웹소설 시장은 양적 성장에 따른 수익 상승, OSMU로 인한 콘텐츠의 소구력, 스마트미디어의 발전에 따른 접근성, 웹소설 전문플랫폼의 활성화 등 수많은 장점과 특징을 갖고 있다. 반면에 문제점도 안고 있다. 진입장벽이 낮아 콘텐츠의 질이 낮고, 저작권 문제와 선정성 등 규제의 문제는 해결해야할 과제 중의 하나이다. 한중 웹소설은 성장 가능성이 매우 높은 대표적인 IP산업 중의 하나이다. 저작권 문제와 다각적인 OSMU 전략, 타 문화산업과 연계와 협업을 통한 발전 모델의 발굴은 한중 웹소설이 안고 있는 과제이다. 특히 한중 웹소설산업의 비즈니스 교류와 협력은 시급한 문제이다. 사드로 인해 중단된 문화산업의 교류와 비즈니스를 연결할 수 있는 분야 또한 웹소설이다. 한중 웹소설은 21세기 신성장동력으로 가장 주목받는 문화산업 분야이다.

그래핀, 탄소나노튜브로 대표되는 나노카본소재는 잉크/페이스트 형태의 인쇄가 능형 전극으로 개발이 가능하며 미래 유연 전기전자소자에 적합한 고유연성, 고전도성 등 우수한 전기전자 특성을 보이는 재료로서 향후 출현하게 될 유연디스플레이, 유연태양전지 뿐만 아니라 섬유기반의 직물형 웨어러블기기의 핵심소재가 될것으로 판단된다. 이를 위해서는 그래핀소재의 박리단계부터 대면적, 저결함 고결정성 등의 구조적인 특성이 유지되도록 제어할 필요가 있으며 동시에 인쇄형 잉크/페이스트 개발을 위해서는 고농도 분산기법의 개발이 필요하다. 또한, 고분자 기판에 적합한 소재 유연성과 높은 전기적 특성, 인쇄전자공정과 같은 프린팅 적합성, 저온공정성 등이 요구되며, 인쇄전극으로의 활용을 위해서는 소재융합기술, 고농도분산기술 및 최적바인더 배합기술 등이 요구된다. 박리그래핀 제조과정에서의 구조제어 및 인쇄전자용 전도성 잉크/페이스트 활용을 위한 고농도 분산기법, 전도성 페이스트 제조기술, 고전도성 소재로서의 한계를 극복하기 위한 나노카본/금속하이브리드 소재기술 및 응용기술 등의 최신 연구결과를 소개 한다.

텍스트마이닝을 활용한 김정은 시기 북한의 초·중등 교육 특징 분석:「인민교육」을 중심으로

This study aims to explore the characteristics of North Korea's primary and secondary education during the Kim Jong-un period. To this end, text mining techniques were utilized to analyze titles of articles published in North Korea's education-related magazine, “People's Education.” This study employed frequency analysis and topic modeling analysis using latent dirichlet allocation (LDA). As a result of frequency analysis, words frequently appeared in relation to: promoting best practices of unit schools, explaining policies on reorganization of the school system in 2013, and enhancing educational quality. As a result of the LDA analysis, the total analysis period, 2012-2019, was divided into two periods, and each period was categorized as the subject of “excellent cases” and “education system reform.” The characteristics of elementary and secondary education in North Korea during the Kim Jong-un period in “People's Education” are as follows: First, the North Korean government has made efforts to discover and promote the best educational examples of unit schools. Second, the North Korean government tried to successfully settle the school system reorganization in 2013, which was stably established in 2017. Third, the North Korean government has encouraged teaching methods that consider learning psychology and learning ability to increase the effectiveness of educational activities.

당일 23게이지 유리체절제술의 합병증 발생률

Purpose: To evaluate the complication incidence of 23-gauge pars plana vitrectomy day surgery. Methods: A retrospective review was conducted on 79 eyes that underwent 23-gauge pars plana vitrectomy day surgery from September 2009 to September 2010. The main outcome measures included changes in best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), intraocular pressure (IOP), and presence of postoperative complications after the day surgery. Results: The mean preoperative log MAR BCVA improved from 1.32 ± 0.96 to 0.40 ± 0.41 at 3 months after surgery (p < 0.05). There was no significant differences between the mean preoperative IOP and IOP on the 1st day after surgery (p > 0.05). At the end of surgery, suture placement was required for sclerotomy site leakage in 4 eyes (5.1%). There were 10 eyes (12.7%) with postoperative complications, including 7 eyes with increased IOP (8.9%), hypotony in 2 eyes (2.6%) and vitreous hemorrhage in 1 eye (1.3%), with no case requiring reoperation. Conclusions: The patients who underwent 23-gauge pars plana vitrectomy day surgery achieved visual improvement without serious complications postoperatively.

항진균 세균과 난용성 인산염 가용화 효모의 혼합 배양액을 이용한 고추 병해의 생물학적 방제

고추생장 촉진을 위해 병원균에 대한 방제력과 난용성 인산염에 대한 가용화 활성을 보이는 미생물 혼합배양액의 효과를 검증하였다. Saccharomyces sp. L13은 난용성 인산염에 대한 가용화 활성으로 분리되었으며 Bacillus sp. L32는 고추역병과 고추탄저병에 대한 길항력 활성으로 분리되었다. 특히 L32 균주는 대치배양법과 잎을 이용한 실증실험에서 모두 길항능력을 보였으며 시설재배를 이용한 실증실험에서도 병의 발병율을 저감시켰다. 두 균주의 혼합배양은 각 균주들의 생장율에 영향을 주지 않았으며 고추에 대한 혼합배양액 처리는 고추역병과 고추탄저병의 발병율을 저감시키는 동시에 난용성 인산염의 가용화를 통해 고추의 생장율을 증대시키는 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 결과는 두 균주의 혼합배양액이 작물재배를 위한 미생물제제로서 잠재적 효용성이 높다는 것을 제시한다. This study was to investigate beneficial effects of microbial mixture on red pepper which was capable of promoting plant growth by solubilizing insoluble phosphate as well as protecting plants from pathogenic attack. Saccharomyces sp. L13 was isolated for phosphate solubilizing activity on aluminium phosphate, tricalcium phosphate, calcium hydrophosphate, and magnesium hydrophosphate. On the other hand, Bacillus sp. L32 was isolated for antagonistic activity against Phytophthora capsisi and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, causing Phytophthora blight and Anthracnose disease in pepper, respectively. The strain L32 exhibited antagonistic activities both under dual culture assays and detached leaves assays. The each strain under the condition of mixed cultivation exhibited the same growth rates as one under pure cultivation. In greenhouse study, the mixed culture showed the both effect of plant growth promotion and reduction of disease symptom development against P. capsisi and C. gloeosporioides providing a potential as effective microbial agent for plant husbandry.
