        지능형 사건 처리를 강조한 협업 감시 시스템

        Security and monitoring system has many applications and commonly used for detection, warning, alarm, etc. As the networking technology advances, user requirements are getting higher. An intelligent and cooperative surveillance system is proposed to meet current user demands and improve the performance. This paper focuses on the implementation issue for the embedded intelligent surveillance system. To cover wide area cooperative function is implemented and connected by wireless sensor network technology. Also to improve the performance lots of sensors are employed into the surveillance system to reduce the error but improve the detection probability. The proposed surveillance system is composed of vision sensor (camera), mic array sensor, PIR sensor, etc. Between the sensors, data is transferred by IEEE 802.11s or Zigbee protocol. We deployed a private network for the sensors and multiple gateways for better data throughput. The developed system is targeted to the traffic accident detection and alarm. However, its application can be easily changed to others by just changing software algorithm in a DSP chip.

        양극산화처리를 통한 다공성 임플랜트 표면의 표면거칠기 증대에 대한 연구

        Statement of problem: HA has been used as a coating material on Ti implants to improve osteoconductivity. However. it is difficult to form uniform HA coatings on implants with complex surface geometries using a plasma spraying technique. Purpose : To determine if Ti6Al4V sintered porous-surfaced implants coated with HA sol-gel coated and hydrothermal treated would accelerate osseointegration. Materials and Methods : Porous implants which were made by electric discharge were used in this study. Implants were anodized and hydrothermal treatment or HA sol-gel coating was performed. Hydrothermal treatment was conducted by high pressure steam at $300^{\circ}C$ for 2 hours using a autoclave. To make a HA sol, triethyl phosphite and calcium nitrate were diluted and dissolved in anhydrous ethanol and mixed. Then anodized implant were spin-coated with the prepared HA sols and heat treated. Samples were soaked in the Hanks solution with pH 7.4 at $37^{\circ}C$ for 6 weeks. The microstructure of the specimens was observed with a scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the composition of the surface layer was analyzed with an energy dispersive spectroscope (EDS). Results : The scanning electron micrographs of HA sol-gel coated and hydrothermal treated surface did not show any significant change in the size or shape of the pores. After immersion in Hanks' solution the precipitated HA crystals covered macro- and micro-pores The precipitated Ca and P increased in Hanks' solution that surface treatment caused increased activity. Conclusion : This study shows that sol-gel coated HA and hydrothermal treatment significantly enhance the rate of HA formation due to the altered surface chemistry.

        서울 약수터의 지표세균 분포 및 16S rRNA 염기서열을 이용한 총대장균군 동정 및 계통분석

        Objectives: This study was performed in order to detect indicator bacteria in drinking spring water (DSW) samples in Seoul Metropolitan City, and to identify their genus through 16S rRNA sequencing and then assessing the genetic relation of their strains. Methods: For indicator bacteria detection and identification of total coliforms, we analyzed DSW between the spring and summer seasons. In particular, DSW samples were chosen from sites repeatedly found unsatisfactory in recent years. Results: Heterotrophic plate counts of DSW in the spring and summer season were investigated in the range of 0-550 and 0-800 CFU/mL, respectively. Total coliforms of these were 0-1,900 and 0-2,100 CFU/100mL, fecal coliforms were 0-600 and 0-550 CFU/100mL, and Escherichia coli were 0-7 and 0-326 MPN/100mL. The detection ratio of fecal pollution indicators and that of fecal coliforms increased to 58.6% in the summer from 12.5% in the spring and Escherichia coli increased to 51.4% from 4.7%. As a result of genetic analysis on the isolated bacteria, the genus of total coliforms was classified in the order of Enterobacter spp. 12.7%, Serratia spp. 7.3%, E. hermanii 6.4%, Rahnella spp. 5.5%, Hafnia spp. 4.5%, Escherichia coli 3.6%, Klebsiella spp. 3.6% in the spring season. In the summer season, it was classified in order of Klebsiella spp. 16.6%, Enterobacter spp. 13.0%, Escherichia coli 11.0%, Serratia spp. 8.6%, Raoultella spp. 7.0%, Kluyvera spp. 5.6% and Citrobacter spp. 3.0%. Conclusions: The increase of fecal pollution in summer indicates that special attention to drinking DSW is required.

        우리나라 건강불평등 해소를 위한 정책 제안

        Although the New National Health Promotion Plan 2010 target to reduce health inequalities, whether the program will be effective for reducing the health inequalities in Korea remains quite unclear. More and more developed countries have been started to concentrate on comprehensive policies for reducing health inequalities. The health policies of the UK, Netherlands, and Sweden are the most wellknown. I propose that a comprehensive blueprint for tackling health inequalities in Korea should be made and that it must contain five domains: a target, structure and process, life-course approach, area-based approach, and reorganization of health care resources. The target should be based on determinants of health and more attention should be paid to socioeconmic factors. The structure and process require changes from the national health care policy based on medical services to the national health policy that involves the establishment of a Social Deputy?Prime Minister and the strengthening multidisciplinary action. A life-course approach especially focused on the early childhood years. Area-based approach such as the establishment of healthy communities, healthy schools, or healthy work-places which are focused on deprived areas or places is also required. Finally, health care resources should be a greater investment on public resources and strengthening primary care to reduce health inequalities. The policy or intervention studies for tackling health inequalities should be implemented much more in Korea. In addition, it is essential to have political will to encoruage policy action.

        무선 메쉬 네트워크 기반의 다층구조 감시 시스템 구축

        In the present, Wireless Sensor Network(WSN) has been used for the purpose of the military operation with surveillance systems and for collecting useful information from the natural environment. Basically, low-power, easy deployment and low cost are the most important factors to be deployed for WSNs. Lots of researches have been studied to meet those requirements, especially on the node capacity and battery lifetime improvements. Recently, the study of wireless mesh networks applied into the surveillance systems has been proceeded as a solution of easy deployment. In this paper, we proposed large-scale intelligent multi-layer surveillance systems based on QoS assuring Wireless Mesh Networks and implemented them in the real testbed environment. The proposed system explains functions and operations for each subsystem as well as S/W and H/W architectures. Experimental results are shown for the implemented subsystems and the performance is satisfactory for the surveillance system. We can identify the possibility of the implemented multi-layer surveillance system to be used in practice.

        In this paper, the standard test methods at low temperature of rubber suspension components of railway vehicle are investigated and reviewed. In order to connect the TKR(Trans-Korean Railway)-TSR(Trans-Siberian Railway), it is necessary to evaluate the performance of rubber suspenion components of railway vehicle. In the current Korean Standard, the test method at low temperature of railway vehilce components and the test method of rubber bellows of air spring are specified. But, the specified test temperature is higher than the the operating temperature of TSR railway. So, the in-depth research for the test method and performance evaluation technique of rubber suspension component at low temperature is necessary and current KS code should be adjusted.

        적합 브라켓 장착을 위한 레져 차량용 리어 시트 백 프레임의 러기지 리텐션 시뮬레이션 활용

        본 연구에서는 신규 리어 시트 백 프레임 모델이 기존 리어 시트 백 프레임 모델 대비 동등 수준의 러기지 리텐션 시험의 충돌 변위를 제공하도록 적정한 브라켓 구조를 확보하고자 하였다. 시트 연결부인 하단 부시 힌지부 브라켓에 플랜지와 폼을 추가하고 두께를 기존 모델과 같은 2.3t에서 2.9t로 바꿔 기존 모델과 비교하였다. 이를 위해 시트 백 프레임의 슬레드 시험이 고려된 러기지 리텐션 시험의 유한요소 해석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 시트 백 및 헤드 레스트에서의 충돌 변위는 안전 기준에 부합되나 기존 모델 대비 대략 6.7% 차이를 보였다. 추가로 신규 모델의 러기지 리텐션 시뮬레이션의 적합성을 검증하기 위해 해당 시제품을 제작 후 수행된 러기지 리텐션 시험 결과로부터 시뮬레이션의 최대오차는 시트 백 위치에서 약 20.6%의 수준임을 확인하였다. In this study, we attempted to secure an appropriate bracket structure to ensure that the new rear seat back frame model provides equivalent deformation during the luggage retention test when compared to that of the original rear seat back frame model. The flange and foam were added to the bracket connected to the lower bush hinge. Thus, the thickness of the bracket was modified from the same reference as the original model corresponding to 2.3 t to that of the new model corresponding to 2.9 t, and the new model was compared with the original model. To this end, finite element analysis of a luggage retention test, which considers the SLED test of the seat back frame, was performed. Hence, the results indicated that each impact distance of the seat back and head rest secured safety criterion, but showed a difference of approximately 6.7 % compared to the original model. To verify the suitability of the luggage retention simulation of the new model, it was confirmed that the maximum error in impact deformation distance was secured to a level of about 20.6 % at the seat back position. These results were obtained from the tests performed after the prototype was manufactured.
