As far as known such kind of findings named "Histoplasmosis" in Korea, not yet have been met. Many reports support on its findings suggest in the North America. Recently some reports, however, presence of the disease had been found in the orient, the University of Tokyo, School of Medicine, Japan. Geometrical relation between, the spreading risk probably great. Therefore, our ophthalmic society should alert about the disease in near future also in Korea.

Purpose: To report a case of serous macular detachment preceding macular retinoschisis in an optic pit patient successfully treated by vitrectomy with internal limiting membrane peeling. Case summary: A 76 year old female visited our clinic for visual disturbance in her right eye. Fundus photograph revealed optic pit and OCT showed macular retinoschisis in her right eye. She was followed up in our clinic. The patient revisited our clinic because of sudden decrease of visual acuity in her right eye 3 days before. At that time, the patient’s best-corrected visual acuity was 0.05. Macular retinoschisis, subretinal fluid and serous retinal detachment were observed in her right eye on OCT. She was diagnosed with serous retinal detachment associated with optic pit and pars plana vitrectomy was performed. During vitrectomy, we found adhesion and defect of posterior hyaloid membrane which covered the optic pit. Therefore, subretinal fluid was drained via membrane defect and posterior vitreous detachment and fluid-gas exchange were induced. Sixteen days after surgery, we found a macular hole in her right eye on OCT. Pars plana vitrectomy was performed with internal limiting membrane peeling. One month after surgery, macular detachment was not observed. Six months after surgery, the patient’s best corrected visual acuity was 0.63 and the macula was reattached completely. Conclusions: Optic pit maculopathy can be progressed rapidly in aged patients and macular hole would be ocurred as a complication. Additional study will be needed to figure out the role of internal limiting membrane and tractional force of posterior vitreous in these patients. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2014;55(1):138-142

A number of cases in the acute -laryngo-pharyngial complanes clinically had compared by means of several therapeutic aspects. Nevertheless generally improving so-called "anti- biotics", and using therapeutics for suppressing the inflammatory changes, using known anti-biotics, frequently could not prevent the, spreading the inflammatory processes. Immaginally respecting might the anti-biotic had not been effective in my own practice. Exceptional, incurable subjects, however, some appears to be un expectable unusual treatments was remarkably profitable in my own ophthalmic procedures.
알루미늄 기판 상의 Ni layer가 a-Si의 AIC(Aluminum Induced Crystallization)에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 비정질 실리콘의 알루미늄 유도 결정화(AIC)가 시도되었다. 결정질 실리콘의 좀 더 큰 입자를 얻기 위해, 선택적인 핵생성(Selective nucleation) 시도는 비정질 실리콘 밑의 실리카($SiO_2$) 층의 습식 파우더 분사 처리와 함께 진행됐다. 또한 니켈 층은 실리콘 원자가 알루미늄 층으로 이동하는 것을 방지하기 위한 확산 방지막(Diffusion barrier)으로 선택되었다. $520^{\circ}C$에서 열처리를 한 후에 XRD 분석을 통해 Si(111) 방향으로 결정화된 결정질 실리콘을 확인했고 니켈은 실리콘과 알루미늄 사이의 확산 방지막으로 매우 효과적인 재료라는 것을 입증하였다. 이 연구는 고성능의 태양전지에 적용하는 결정질 실리콘 막의 좀 더 큰 입자를 얻기 위한 방법 중의 하나라고 기대된다. Aluminum induced crystallization of amorphous silicon was attempted by the aluminum substrate. To avoid the layer exchange between silicon and aluminum layer, Ni layer was deposited between these two layers by sputtering. To obtain the bigger grain of the crystalline silicon, wet blasted silica layer was employed as windows between the nickel and a-Si layer. Ni obtained after the annealing treatment at $520^{\circ}C$ was found to be a promising material for the diffusion barrier between silicon and aluminum. One way to obtain bigger grain of crystalline silicon layer applicable to solar cell of higher performance was envisioned in this investigation.

In the complexity and various phenomenon of modern industrial society the orderly idea and active direction are to be neglected by us. By changing environment the traditional order and moral idea are destroyed, and new social trend through mechanical culture caused to appear exclusive egoism and luxurious consumptive trend in our present society. In fact this a deep social, national problem. Non-critical acceptance and, imitation of Western culture is misunderstood as modernization by some generations. Rapid inflow of foreign culture makes the public orderly idea thin and immoral, and irresponsible aspect appeared in every part in our society. The environmental idea is changing by the urbanized phenomenon and nature destruction by the rapid industrialization is appearing strikingly, so these facts must be solved as mutual assignment of human being. By reforming the action-order, environment order and mental order, we can get rid of the interfering facts in life• order, and doing so first we can bring forth life-improvement, saving and mutual cooperative spirit in citizen life besed on morality and public benefit. Second we can build up action-philosophy, can establish social justice and norm-order based on responsibility and autunomy. Third we should make the clean, secure life-environment and 1 am goint to propose a practical method with the three great order movement by focusing on putting in order and beautitying the dirty space .
