最後, 傳統儒學的倫理道德思想亦有□的負面作用, 需要因勢利導, 進行改造和揚棄。 例如, 儒家仁學注重道德人格的提昇, 但過分强調道德人格的完滿, 會對激發個體在經濟活動中的活力形成制約。 然而從更深的層次上說, 儒家的敬業思想具有多方面的伸張力。 如果能在發展個體道德品質的同時, 也注重對個體多重個性的開發, 强調個體對自我能力的信念的確認, 刺激個體自我的創造性, 那마, 這樣的個體也將能구適應市場經濟對單個競爭主體的需求。

Various kinds of antibiotic intramammary infusions are used for treatment of bovine mastitis. As antibioticresistant bacteria are increased, the therapeutic rate for bovine mastitis is decreased. The goal of this research is to detect significant synergic effects of combination of antibiotics with sulbactam, β-lactamase inhibitor, on methicilinresistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). We used 5 strains of MRSA isolated from bovine mastitis with clinical and subclinical signs. All of the bacteria isolated had resistance to oxacillin and showed multi-resistant patterns in the antimicrobial susceptibility tests. Minimal bactericidal concentrations of ampicillin, amoxicillin, cephalexin, ampicillin/sulbactam(2 : 1), amoxicillin/sulbactam (2 : 1), and cephalexin/sulbactam (1 : 1) were measured according to broth microdilution method suggested by National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS, M31-A2) to compare the synergic effects of sulbactam combination with each antibiotic alone. Ampicillin and amoxicillin showed synergic antibacterial activity to 4 and 3 respectively in 5 strains of MRSA in combination with sulbactam. This study demonstrates that ampicillin/sulbactam and amoxicillin/sulbactam can be therapeutic choices for mastitis associated with MRSA.
고소공포증 치료를 위한 원격진료 시스템 및 데이터 분석에 대한 연구

Acrophobia is a symptom of feeling an abnormal fear of heights. Medications or cognitive-behavior methods have been mainly used to treat the acrophobia. In these days the virtua1 reality technology has been applied to treat such an anxiety disorders. In this thesis, an telemedicine assistant system for treatment of acrophobia using biomedical signals and virtual reality technique is proposed. I made two virtual reality simulations for treatment of acrophobia and telemedicine system for communication between doctor and patient using personal computer. A virtual environment provides patient with stimuli which arouses phobia, and exposition to such environment makes him have ability to overcome the fear. Recently, the patient can take diagnosis from a medical doctor in distance with the telemedicine system. Multimedia conference service, on-line questionary, signal transfer system are needed to configure such system. Virtual reality simulation system that composed of position sensor, head mount display, and audio system, is also included in this telemedicine system. I added virtual environment update system to this virtual reality telemedicine system for treatment of acrophobia. Former acrophobia treatment systems use only patient's score of the questionary to appraise. The new system developed in this thesis uses not only patient's score of the questionary but also biomedical signals such as HR, GSR amplitude, GSR RT to increase the objectivity and quantitativity. The experimental results show that HR and GSR amplitude are useful for decision of acrophobia. We will apply this system to the acrophobia patient in distance and be able to offer better medical treatment for mental illness in near future.

Multimedia conference service, online questionary, signal transfer system are needed to configure such system. Virtual reality simulation system that composed of position sensor, head mount display, and audio system, is also included in this telemedicine system. I added virtual environment update system to this virtual reality telemedicine system for treatment of acrophobia. With this virtual environment update system, the doctors can change virtual reality simulation stage based on the status of each patient and symptom of phobia. We will apply this system to the acrophobia patient in distance and be able to offer better medical treatment for mental illness in near future.

Organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) have suffered from insufficient mobility for commercial viability despite their intrinsic advantages such as light weight, flexibility and simple fabrication. Here, we report high performance OTFTs fabricated by simple solution processing of π -conjugated semiconducting copolymers based on [1]benzothieno [3,2-b]benzothiophene (BTBT) and perylene/naphthalene diimide (PDI/NDI) derivatives. The OTFTs showed n-channel dominant behaviors with superior mobility compared to that made of other copolymers based on PDI/NDI. The morphology and molecular packing of the copolymer thin films analyzed through atomic force microscopy (AFM) and grazing incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXD) together explained the high performance of OTFTs. Furthermore, the OTFTs exhibited phototransistor behaviors under visible light, showing potential of PDI / NDI copolymer-based OTFTs in photosensor application.
