We considered the problem for confirmation of multiple outliers and leverage points. Identification of multiple outliers and leverage points is difficult because of the masking effect and swamping effect. Jong-Young YOO and Kisoo-Ahn(2002) identified multiple outliers and leverage points by using the adjacent effects which are high-breakdown robust estimators. In this thesis, We proved the efficiency of Jong-Young YOO and Kisoo-Ahn's method by comparing with five procedure(Sequential testing of maximum internally studentized residual, Sequential testing of maximum externally studentized residual, Marasinghe's multistage procedure and two procedure based on recursive residuals).

Survey researching have been used In social science, natural science and educational pedagogy in many field. General survey researching way to search social phenomenon cause non random sampling error of many different kind of pattern. One of them there would be answering difference- -order effect, because of order to offer location of questionnaires about how much mother's concern toward their children. We try to prove order effect depend on type of answering item in questionnaires with statistical viewpoint. Therefore statistic model is loglinear model to proper general data and Kullback-Lieber’s distance function.

This study was carried out to build new indexes for Apartment Price. The survey population size is 7,533,813 and we selected 14,330 apartment sample by using the stratified sampling method and pps sampling method. We considered five building area and five building year for efficiency of indexes of apartment price.

In this talk, we present a computer software to explore the structure and to obtain clusters of a multidimensional data. For visualization, we are employing dynamic graphics method and use three graphical tools for the method. Three graphical tools are: dendrogram, constellation plot(Wakimoto, 1978) and FEDF scatterplot(Huh, 1995). The plots are dynamically linked each other and respond instantaneously with the choice of a proximity measure and linkage method. The selection of the number of clusters can be done in window by a click of a mouse.

This study was carried out to build new indexes for Flats Price. The population size is 1,850,835 and we selected 3,402 flats smaple by using the stratified sampling method and clustering sample method. We considered three building area and three building year for efficiency of indexes of flats price. As a result, we made high defiteness under the reliability.

This study was carried out to build apartment's index. The population size is 7,487,457 and we selected 17,599 apartment sample by using the stratified sampling method and clustering sample method. We considered five building area and four building year for efficiency of apartment's index. As a result, we made 0.74% high defiteness under the 95% reliability.
