19대 대선후보자 토탈코디네이션 이미지분석 : TV토론회를 중심으로

본 연구는 대통령 후보자의 이미지 메이킹과 휴먼이미지의 중요성을 제19대 대통령 선거 후보자 TV토론회에 등장한 후보자들의 토탈 코디네이션을 중심으로 분석하였다. 후보자들의 토탈 코디네이션 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유권자의 표심을 얻기 위해서는 후보자의 이미지 메이킹과 휴먼이미지 디자인이 필요했다. 둘째, 후보자들의 평상시의 헤어스타일과 패션스타일에서 크게 벗어나서 선거만을 위한 이미지를 만드는 데는 한계가 있었다. 셋째, 미디어 정치에 적합하도록 가시적인 이미지뿐 아니라 비가시적인 휴먼이미지를 정립해야 이미지 커뮤니케이션의 효과를 극대화할 수 있었다. 후보자가 미디어 정치를 하기 위해서는 가시적 및 비가시적 휴먼이미지에 더해 후보자의 정책, 공약, 소속 정당과 어울리는 이미지 메이킹이 필요함을 제언하였고, 본 연구의 결과에 기반한 후속 연구의 필요성을 추가하였다. This study, focusing on the total coordination of candidates who appeared in the TV debate for the 19th presidential election candidates, analyzed the importance of their image making and human image. The results of analysis of their total coordination are summarized as follows. First, in order to get the vote from voters, the candidates were required to make their image and design their human image. Second, the candidates had a limit to creating their image only for elections by greatly departing from their usual hairstyles and fashion styles. Third, the effect of image communication could be maximized only when an invisible human image as well as a visible image was established to be suitable for media politics. This study suggested that In order for the candidates to conduct media politics, they are required to make an image that matches their policies, promises, and party affiliation as well as their visible and invisible human image, and that there is a need for follow-up research based on the results of this study.
