In order to know the defense mechanism of fish, bactericidal activity was examined into the sera of carp Cyprinus carpio, tilapia Oreochromis niloticus and flounder Paralichthys olivaseus. Each examined normal serum of fishes showed the bactericidal activity against avirulent Escherichia coli but it wasn`t appeared against virulent Edwardsiella tarda. When the normal serum of each fish was treated with zymosan, it lost the bactericidal activity completely. After addition of EGTA into the normal serum of each fish, the sera of tilapia and flounder still exhibited the bactericidal activity but the serum of carp lost it. In the presence of specific antibody and complement, bactericidal activity of each antiserum was exhibited high level with in one hour incubation. On the other hand, heat inactivated antiserum showed bacteriostatic reaction. From the above results, although the activity of alternative or classical pathway of each fish complement is different, it is an important function in fish defense mechanism.
고온초전도체를 이용한 마이크로파 전력분배기의 소형화 개발

In this paper, We report the miniaturization of superconducting microwave power dividers based on lumped element equivalent circuits. To do this, we analyzed a conventional branch-type power divider by using an ABCD matrix under even and odd mode excitation. Then, we calculated each lumped element impedance throughout this analysis of a transmission line matrix. Also we simulated our equivalent circuits made of lumped elements by using a full wave analysis, em Sonnet. Our deign of microwave power divider based on simulated results was fabricated on high-Tc superconducting thin films deposited on MgO substrate. Experimental results were reported in terms of bandwidth, center frequency, and phase difference between S21 and S31. We confirm that our design will be useful in the future microwave power systum.
삼상 매트릭스형 초전도 한류기의 사고주기별 회복특성 분석

초전도 한류기의 회복특성은 상전도 상테로 ?치된 초전도체가 다시 초전도 상태로 회복하는 시간을 나타내는 특성이다. 이러한 분석은 전력계통 내의 각종 시스템과의 보호협조를 결정하는 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 1×3구조를 갖는 삼상 매트릭스형 초전도 한류기를 구성하여 3선 지락사고의 주기에 따른 초전도체의 회복특성을 분석하였다. 사고 주기가 작아질수록 초전도체의 회복시간은 짧아진다는 것을 실험을 통해 확인하였다. 이는 사고 주기가 작을수록 초전도체가 받는 열에너지가 작아 회복시간도 작아진다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
