WC-Ni-Si-B₄C계 초경합금 제조 및 스테인레스 스틸과의 확산접합

The effects of Ni on the mechanical properties of WC-Xwt.%Ni-1.5wt.%Si-1.1wt.%B4C composite (X = 21.6, 23.6, 25.6 and 27.6 wt.%) were investigated in order to replace Co with Ni as the binder metal for hard materials based on WC-Co system. Using X-ray diffraction, optical microscopy, field-emission scanning electron microscopy results, the microstructure, pore distribution and grain size of the composites sintered at 1,150°C were examined with different fraction (X = 21.6, 23.6, 25.6 and 27.6 wt.%) of binder metal Ni. The average WC grain size of the WC-Ni-Si-B4C composites was about 1 μm. The Rockwell hardness : A (HRA) and transverse rupture strength were about 88HRA and 110 kgf/㎟ , respectively. The obtained sample was bonded with SM45C at a temperature of 1,050°C. The thickness and mechanical properties of the bonded area were investigated with different dwell time at a bonding temperature of 1,050°C.

철도는 친환경 교통ㆍ물류수단으로 각광받고 있으며, 세계 철도차량시장 점유율 확대를 위해 IT 기술을 융합하여 경쟁력을 강화하고자 하는 노력이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 철도 IT융합 기술의 연구개발을 진행하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 철도 IT융합 기술과 관련한 기존 연구결과물 및 특허에 대해 분석하고 기술분류에 따른 대상과제를 도출한 후, 전문가 설문조사와 다원속성효용이론(MAUT) 방법론을 이용하여 핵심 연구과제를 선정하였다. 연구 결과는 철도 IT융합에 대한 향후 정책 수립 및 연구과제 기획 등에 활용할 수 있을 것이다. Railway is paid attention as a means of environment-friendly transportation and logistics. Efforts to enhance the competitiveness by IT convergence, for railway vehicle market share of the world, has been promoted. This study proposes a technology development plan of railway IT convergence. We analyzed the results of legacy researches and technology patents related with railway IT convergence and derived the target tasks in accordance with our technologies classification. By adopting the multi-attributes utility theory methodology and using survey of experts, we selected the core research issues. The result of this study could help policy making and R&D planning about railway IT convergence.
