중소 E-Business 기업 근로자의 역할 특성과 직무소진의 관계에서 LMX의 조절효과

This study provides a better understanding of their relationship by demonstrating that LMX have a moderating effect on the relationship between three dimensions of job burnout and job characteristics including role overload, role ambiguity, and role conflict. Role overload (β =. 000, ρ <.01), role conflict (β =. 001, ρ <.01), LMX (β =. 022, ρ <.05) had a significant effect on emotional exhaustion. Particularly, there were significant influence of age and gender were analyzed and had a quite substantial influence on emotional exhaustion. Role ambiguity, role conflict also had a significant influence on emotional exhaustion when employees had a good quality of leader-member exchange. Role overload (β =. 000, ρ <.01), role ambiguity (β =. 000, ρ <.01) had a significant effect on the depersonalization. LMX(β=.000, ρ<.05) was analyzed to have a influence on personal accomplishment significantly. Role ambiguity was found to have a effect on the personal accomplishment with relation to LMX. Based on the analyzed results, we discussed theoretical implications and limitations. 본 연구에서는 직무소진을 정서적 소진, 비인격화, 개인적 성취감 감소라는 세 가지 하위요인으로 구분하고 역할과부하, 역할모호성, 역할갈등이라는 역할특성이 조직구성원의 직무소진에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 또한 LMX가 직무소진과 역할특성 관계에 대하여 조절효과를 보이는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 역할과부하(β=.000, ρ<.01), 역할갈등(β=.001, ρ<.01), LMX(β=.022, ρ<.05)이 정서적 소진에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 인구통계 변수 중 성별과 연령이 유의미한 영향력을 보이고 있는데 남성일수록, 연령이 높을수록 좀 더 정서적 소진을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다(β=.025, ρ<.05, .081, ρ<.10). 역할모호성과 역할 갈등이 LMX에 따라 정서적 소진에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(β=.065, ρ<.10, .092, ρ<.10). 조직구성원이 LMX를 높게 인식하면 역할 모호성과 역할 갈등이 높을수록 정서적 소진도 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있다. 그리고 역할과부하(β=.000, ρ<.01), 역할모호성(β=.000, ρ<.01)이 비인격화에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 반면, 역할갈등과 LMX는 유의미한 긍정적인 영향력을 보이지 못하는 것으로 나타났으며 상호작용 효과가 나타나지 않는 것으로 나타났다. LMX(β=.000, ρ<.05)이 개인적 성취감에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 조절효과에 있어서는 상호작용 효과가 나타나고 있는데 역할모호성이 LMX에 따라 개인성취감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(β=.000, ρ<.05). 다시 말해, 조직구성원이 LMX를 높게 인식하면 역할 모호성 높을수록 개인성취감도 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있다.

Purpose: To compare the effect of early versus late intravitreal injection of triamcinolone in patients with macular edema due to branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO). Methods: Twenty eyes of 20 patients with macular edema from BRVO, including 10 with duration after onset of ≤3 months and 10 with duration of >3 months, were treated using a single intravitreal triamcinolone injection (4 mg/0.1 ml). Best-corrected visual acuity and foveal thickness by optical coherence tomography were measured 1, 3, and 6 months post-injection. Results: In patients that received treatment after a disease duration of ≤3 months, visual acuity and foveal thickness significantly improved from baseline over 6 months of follow-up. However, in those with a duration of > 3 months, improvements in visual acuity and foveal thickness, though apparent at 1 month, were not maintained at 3 and 6 months post-triamcinolone. Conclusions: Intravitreal triamcinolone is more effective in patients with BRVO who are treated earlier.

분자의 진동 모드 성분이 벤젠 피롤(BP) 계열의 물질들의 비선형 광학 성질에 어떤 기여를 하는지를 알아보았다. 비고전적인 모델을 사용하면, 원자의 움직임에 따라 기여하는 정도는 진동 모드에 관계되는 분광학적 요소들, 즉 정규 모드 진동수와 흡수 세기와 연관되어 있다. 이 모델을 이용하여 벤젠 피를 계열의 분자들에 대해서 진동 성분 일차 초분극률을 결정하였다. 또, 용매의 기여도를 보정해주기 위해서 , 용매로 사용된 DMSO의 절대 라만 흡수 세기도 결정하였다. Experimental data are presented and discussed on the vibrational contributions β^(v) to molecular nonlinear optical (NLO) properties of benzene-pyrrole (BP) derivatives. Using a semiclassical model, the nuclear relaxation contributions is expressed in terms of vibrational spectroscopic observables namely frequencies and spectrum intensities. In this study, β^(v) of various BP series molecules are determined. To compensate the solvent contribution, the absolute Raman intensities of DMSO is also determined.
Optical Coherence Tomographic Finding in a Case of Macular Coloboma

Purpose: To report the optical coherence tomography (OCT) findings in a patient with unilateral macular coloboma. Methods: A 12-year-old male was presented with macular coloboma in the left eye. The optical coherence tomography was performed with fluorescein angiography (FA). Results: The OCT revealed the crater-like depression in the macula, demonstrating atrophic neurosensory retina, and an absence of retinal pigment epithelium and choroid in the lesion. FA showed hypofluorescence corresponding to the size of the lesion in both early and late frames without leakage of dye at any stage. Conclusions: The OCT can be beneficial to confirm the diagnosis of macular coloboma.

In the process of translation, an appropriate selection of words is necessary to deliver contents, characters’ emotions, and situations to the readers. However, in the case of 「言う」, as it is translated into various expressions as “to chat” and “to ask again” rather than the direct word “to talk,”more difficulty is expected in translating the word. This study analyzes five Japanese discourse verbs 「言う、話す、しゃべる、語る、述べる」through Japanese novels examines the characteristics and diversity of how it is translated. As a result, 「言う」with 80 different expressions had the most various expressions compared among the five verbs, followed by 「話す、しゃべる、語る、述べる」. While there are dictionary definition used in some translations, butthe translation depending on the situation and the context, or the adverb or noun used before the actual verb. In some cases, it was even liberal translated showing that the translator obviously put in a lot of effort into translating. The fact that different expressions are used for translation is a distinct characteristic of discourse verbs.
인터넷환경에서의 상표사용을 중심으로 본 입법 예고된 상표법의 상표 사용 정의의 평가

In spite that a lot of commercial transaction is carried out on the internet, there is no definition of ‘use’ of trademark and service on the internet, which makes lots of problems. In addition, Korean Trademark Act do not have no definition of ‘use’ of service mark and apply the definition of trademark use. Recently, electronic commerce is boomed and there is an infringement by using domain name, Meta tag, keyword advertisement, and pop-up advertisement. Because there is a confusion on the concept of trademark use and service mark use, it is difficult to decide whether such an infringement of trademark or service mark is not suitably handled. To solve the problems, Korean government gives an advanced notice of revision of Trade Mark Act. In the prior-announced revision of Korean Trade Mark Act, there is new definition of trademark use. According to the definition of trade mark use, if there is an function of advertisement or indication of source by using a keyword of an trade mark in a domain name, it will be regarded as an use of the trade mark. As the same way, if there is an function of advertisement or indiction of source by using a keyword of an trade mark in Meta tag, keyword advertisement and pop-up advertisement, such an use will be regarded as the use of the trade mark. With the new definition of trademark use, it is more concrete to distinguish trademark use on the internet. Also the trade mark owner’s right will be more strengthened by using trade mark law to meet infringements, which are related to using the keyword of an trade mark as an domain name, meta tag, keyword advertisement and pop-up advertisement on the internet environment.
북한이탈청소년 대안학교의 분리교육 고찰: 통합교육의 필요성을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze characteristics and factors of keeping separated education of alternative schools for North Korean youth refugees and to discuss the meaning and orientation of separated education. Consequently, integrated education should be expended in education of North Korean youth refugees and aim for education for international understanding. Institutional ethnography is used as a research method to observe educational goals of the alternative schools for North Korean youth refugees, their stance on separated education, and the process in which actors concerned in the schools are socially organized. The separated education of alternative schools for North Korean youth refugees can be classified into two types. Firstly, some schools set their own visions for integration which are religion or alternative educational value. Secondly, other schools implement separated education temporarily until their students get basic abilities to adapt to the regular school in South Korea. The separated education of alternative schools for North Korean youth refugees be kept by educational value of schools with coordination relationship of various actors. Although teachers know limits of separated education, the schools keep their way of education in order to secure constant flow of the students and stable financial support. However, North Korean youth refugees studying in the regular school with South Korean peers doesn’t mean genuine integrated education. When education is implemented based on mutual understanding of different culture and social environment, and universal value including justice, human right and peace, it can be seen as variety of students pursue desirable value of integration. Alternative schools for North Korean youth refugees and general schools should establish educational culture based on value of education for international understanding. Ultimately, diverse students should seek integrated education which can control conflict and understand each other through frequency contact in the same place. 본 연구는 북한이탈청소년 대안학교 분리교육의 유형과 분리교육이 지속되는 요인을 분석함으로써 분리교육의 의미와 방향을 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 통해 북한이탈청소년을 교육하는데 있어 통합교육이 확대되어야 함을 강조하며 분리교육과 통합교육이 지향해야 할 바로서 국제이해교육을 제언했다. 북한이탈청소년 대안학교의 교육목표와 분리교육이 지속되는 사회적 조직화 과정을 분석하기 위해 제도적 문화기술지를 방법론을 사용하였다. 북한이탈청소년 대안학교 분리교육의 유형은 크게 두 가지로 나뉜다. 첫 번째 유형은 종교적 가치나 대안적 교육 가치와 같이 자체적인 교육이념을 중심으로 설립된 대안학교다. 두 번째 유형은 일반 학교로 통합교육을 위해 단기간 분리교육의 형태를 갖는 대안학교다. 교육이념과 함께 학교를 둘러싼 다양한 행위자들의 조정 관계에 의해 각 대안학교의 분리교육은 유지 된다. 대안학교는 대안학교를 둘러싼 다양한 행위자들과의 조정을 통해 재정적인 기반과 학생의 수를 확보하고 있다. 이는 각 대안학교의 교사들이 분리교육의 한계를 인식하고 있음에도 불구하고 분리교육이 지속되는 요인으로 작용한다. 그러나 북한이탈청소년들이 일반학교에서 남한 학생들과 함께 수업을 받는다고 해서 이를 통합교육이라고 볼 수는 없다. 국제이해교육이 제시하는 것처럼 서로 다른 문화를 이해해 나가는 상호이해교육과 정의, 인권, 평화와 같은 보편적 가치를 기반으로 교육할 때 다양한 구성원들이 바람직한 통합의 가치를 추구한다고 볼 수 있다. 북한이탈청소년 대안학교와 일반학교 모두 국제이해교육의 가치를 바탕으로 하는 교육문화를 세워나갈 필요가 있다. 이러한 교육문화를 바탕으로 하면서 궁극적으로는 다양한 구성원들이 잦은 접촉을 통해 갈등을 조정하고 이해하는 경험을 할 수 있도록 같은 교실에서 함께 수업 받는 통합교육을 지향해야 한다.
