        다종 위성 자료를 활용한 해수면온도(SST) 합성기법 개발 연구

        본 연구는 다종 위성 자료를 활용한 해수면온도 합성 기법에 대한 연구이다. 현재 많은 연구자들이 사용하고 있는 NGSST 알고리듬은 위성에 따른 정확도를 고려하지 않고 시 공간 상관도만을 계산하여 해당 픽셀의 값을 추정한다. 본 연구에서는 위성 센서별로 가지고 있는 정확도를 추가로 고려한 해수면온도 합성기법을 제안하고 기존 알고리듬과의 비교를 수행하였다. 합성장을 산출하는데 사용된 센서는 적외 센서인 MODIS, AVHRR 그리고 마이크로파 센서인 AMSR-E를 사용하였고, 2011년 4월 4일을 기준으로 5 km의 공간해상도를 갖는 일일 해수면 온도 합성장을 비교하였다. 부이와의 비교 결과, 기존 방법(NGSST Method)과 제안 방법(New Method)에 의한 표준편차는 각각 $0.15^{\circ}C$와 $0.12^{\circ}C$이었다. 또한 기존 방법보다 제안 방법에 의한 해수면온도 값은 연안을 제외한 대부분의 해역에서 다소 높게 산출이 되었다. 현 단계에서 정량적인 평가는 어렵지만, 본 연구를 통하여 해수면온도 합성기법에 대한 연구 방향이 제시되었다고 판단된다. This study introduces a technique to merge three different sea surface temperature(SST) data obtained from multi-satellite sensors. NGSST algorithm, the most popular method of related society, estimates a center pixel of target SST using temporal and spatial correlations, excluding SST accuracies according to sensing methods or properties of satellites. We suggest a merging method of SST to consider the accuracy by satellite or sensor with a comparison with NGSST method. The data used for a merged daily SST with spatial resolution of 5 km was applied from three different satellite sensors such as MODIS, AVHRR and AMSR-E from April 2 to 4, 2011 around the southern coast of Korea. Results of the comparisons showed that the new method is higher than the NGSST method and its STDEV represents a comparatively low value. In future we are planning to compare and analyze the datasets during the daytime as well as nighttime over total cycle of the day.

        배선밀집도 드리븐 배치

        본 논문에서는 주어진 상세배치의 배선밀집도를 예측하고, 배선밀집도가 높은 지역을 효과적으로 해결하는 새로운 알고리즘을 소개한다. 제안된 기법의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특정지역을 관통하는 넷이 많아 그 지역의 배선밀집도가 높을 경우 관통하는 넷에 연결된 셀들을 효과적으로 찾아내어 그들의 위치를 조정함으로써 배선밀집도를 완화시킨다. 둘째, 리플이동 (ripple movement) 기법을 이용하여 셀들을 이동함으로써 배선길이를 희생시키지 않으면서 배선밀집도를 완화시킨다. 셋째, 셀의 이동에 따른 배선밀집도의 변화 및 배선길이의 변화를 효과적으로 추적할 수 있도록 증분 자료구조 (incremental data structure)를 사용하였기 때문에 실시간으로 변화되는 상황에 적합한 셀 선택이 이루어지며, 실행시간도 매우 빠른 장점이 있다. 마지막으로, 본 논문에서는 MST 넷 모델을 사용하여 배선밀집도를 예측하지만 제안한 기법은 특정 넷 모델에 상관없이 적용할 수 있다. 특히 실제 라우터로부터 배선정보를 얻을 수 있다면, 배선밀집도는 더욱 효과적으로 해결될 수 있다. 제안된 기법을 이용한 실험결과는 배선길이를 희생하지 않으면서 배선밀집도를 매우 효과적으로 개선할 수 있음을 보여준다. This paper describes a new effective algorithm to estimate routing congestion and to resolve highly congested regions for a given detailed placement. The major features of the proposed technique can be summarized as follows. Firstly, if there are congested regions due to some nets which pass through the regions it can determine which cells affect those congested spots seriously and moves some of them to resolve congestion effectively. Secondly, since the proposed technique uses the ripple movement technique to move cells it resolves congestion without sacrificing wire length. Thirdly, we use an efficient incremental data structure to trace the changes in congestion and wire length as cells move. Hence, selection of cells to move could be very accurate and fast in the course of iteration. Finally, although an MST net model is used to resolve congestion in this paper, proposed technique can be work with any net model. Particularly, if proposed technique can obtain routing information from a real router, congestion can be resolved more effectively. Experimental results show that the proposed technique can resolve congestion effectively and efficiently without sacrificing wire length.

        USNCAP에 대응하는 반응표면법을 이용한 조수석 안전구속장치 최적화

        Safety performance of a new car is evaluated through USNCAP and their results in the star rating are provided to the consumers. It is very important to obtain high score of USNCAP to appeal their performance to consumers. Therefore the car companies have made the effort to improve their car safety performance. These efforts should satisfy the demand not only to get high score but also to pass the FMVSS, NHTSA regulations on safety. Huge numbers of car crash tests have been conducted on these bases by car companies. However physical tests spend too much cost and time, as an alternative way, the simulation on the car crash could be a solution to reduce the cost and time. Therefore the simulations have been widely conducted in car industry and various researches on this have been reported. In this study, restraint system had been optimized to minimize the injury of female passenger. Belted 5<SUP>th</SUP>%ile female frontal crash test was selected from various test methods of USNCAP for the study. Initial velocity of the test was 56km/h. The combination injury probability of USNCAP was selected as an objective function and the injury limit value, which was defined in FMVSS, was set to an optimization constraint. Many researches that were similar to this study had been conducted, however most of them had limitation that interaction between airbag and safety belt had not been considered. Contrary to these researches, the interaction was considered in this study.

        According to the recent study, smaller passenger such as women could be damaged from safety belt than male because of differences in physical. So safety belt research focused on female passenger has been conducted. Actual test is both costly and time consuming. Crash simulation using LS-DYNA which was developed in previous study was used to replace actual test. However, generally a large number of the design parameter’s levels cause many numerical cost for direct optimization same as actual test. In this research, in order to avoid those numerical costs, metamodel of LS-DYNA crash simulation was derived using LS-OPT. Furthermore, optimal combination of safety belt’s design parameter was obtained. To derive the metamodel, response surface method was used and the simulation sampling was conducted by central composite.

        알퍼므쉬와 주몽신화의 영웅신화적 요소 비교 연구

        ‘Jumong’ and ‘Alpamish’are among the most important epic poems in Korea and Uzbekistan. Jumong is one of the most famous heros in Korean history and he founded the imperial name of Goguryo. The Jumong epic poem shows the formation and the great past of the Korean people. Alpamish is an epic hero, product of the imagination of the Uzbek people. These two epic poems, however, exhibit some similarities with regard to their plots. Jumong and Alpamish were both born in a particular manner. Both were from noble families and had a connection to spiritual power. People around Jumong and Alpamish harbored jealousy against them because of their unusual talents. It drew them into dangerous situations. However, whenever they fell into danger, some animals or guardian deities protected them. In the end they struggled with adversity and overcame all difficulties, so they could be reborn as real heroes. In this study we compare these two heroic epic poems, Alpamish and Jumong, especially from the point of view of their plots. Each epic poem consists of five stages. These are the main similarities in plot that epic poems have, namely:1) noblility of birth, 2) extraordinary birth, 3) fall into danger and escape, 4) extraordinary skills, 5) ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.

        기획논문 : 한민족문화의 외연 ; 한국과 터키 소설 속의 신여성, 근대성, 민족성

        이 글에서는 봉건적이고, 전통적인 유교와 이슬람 사회에서 신여성들이 근대성을 실현하는 과정에서 좌절할 수밖에 없던 이유를 민족주의와의 관계 속에서 풀고 있다. 신여성들은 근대성을 실현하고자 낭만적 사랑과 자유연애를 추구하였다. 봉건적인 남녀 관계에 대한 그들의 저항은 ``시대의 산물``일 수밖에 없으며, 근대성에 맞는 새로운 이데올로기 모색과 성 담론과 연결되어 근대적 주체의 형성이라는 맥락에서 이해되어야 한다. 당시 사람들은 신여성의 존재에 형언할 수 없는 동경의 시선을 보내면서도 동시에 성적인 측면에서 부정한 여자라는 비난을 하고 그들을 소외시키며 심지어는 사회적으로 매장시키기도 하였다. 이러한 이중성은 깊이 연구되어야 할 충분한 가치가 있다. 그 이중성은 남성들의 서구에 대한 사디스트적 태도와 내부적으로는 전외디푸스 단계에 고착되어 있던 심리적 분열에서 비롯하였다. 진보적 지식인들이 신여성의 등장을 요구하고, 환영하였던 것은 마치 ``새로운 철도 도입``처럼 문명의 진보를 과시하고자 함이었다. 바로 근대화 기획이 민족담론의 논리 속에서 진행되었기 때문이었다. 결국, 지배담론은 이미 두 사회에 존재하는 이방인을 제거하는 방법을 택하게 된다. 성과 사랑에 대한 진보적 태도를 취한 신여성들을 매장시킴으로써 ``내부``의 완전성을 택하게 되는 것이다. 그리고 그 완전함에 대한 환상은 전외디푸스의 어머니에 대한 상상적 고착관계로 환원하게 된다. 진보지식인들은 모성담론과 여성에 대한 탈성화 전략으로 근대를 재구성하는 것이 바로 그것이다. 유교와 이슬람이라는 전통사회에서 대두된 전통은 모성이라는 담론으로 이어지며, 신여성들의 근대성 실현은 좌절되고 만다. New women in Korea and Turkey who set up both traditional Confucian and Islamic order were compared with each other on the subject of marriage and love which cope with traditional moral values. Their discourse about sexuality has to be understood in collusion with the formation of the subject of Modernization. We can recognize that those women really tried to re-make modernization itself and the image of men with the androcentric ideology in Islamic and Confucian culture. It is very significant to compare how the New Women in Korea under the Japanese colony and Alafranga women in the period of the Independence War of Turkey coped with patriarchal system. This is also meaningful because they were subject of the discourse colonization and modernity. The appearance of New Women and Alafrange women has to be understood in collision with modernity. Their thought about marriage romantic love and sexuality was an expression of individual desire as a subject of modernization for the duration of the forming of modernized women (society). These women could be eliminated from the androcentric society or women of debauchee. It could be happened in the background of nationalism power. Their thought and style of marriage and love played a big role in the move towards Modernization as a subject and also their discourse on sexuality took an important role in elevating women`s status so that their existence could be re-illuminated. At the same time the reason of their failure has to be discovered in the relation of nationalism power in modernization project.

        Leading car companies are trying to strengthen the competitiveness not only by taking action to regulations, but also by getting high scores in NCAP. Restraint system including air bag and safety belt effectively protects the passenger in the event of a car accident. However, restraint system could give passengers impact by restraining them. Much research efforts are made by car companies about restraint system to minimize these injuries. Interaction between design parameters of safety belt and design parameters of airbag is not negligible on the study to reduce injury of passenger. Therefore, it is essential to consider design parameters of safety belt and design parameters of airbag all together. In this study, important design parameters have been selected using Variance based sensitivity analysis methods. Furthermore, optimal combination of restraint systems design parameter was obtained using response surface method.

        야샤르 케말의 「빈보아신화(Binboga Efsanesi)」에 나타난 노마디즘 연구

        In this article, we review the nomadism of Turkish writer Yasar Kemal through his novel, "Binboga Efsanesi". Namely that nomadism is not a way which looks only for central and transcendental values. It is a way to live with creation by asking things of life. This is the exact way to be a nomadic subject. Also, it is something possible to achieve through behavior, by "becoming". Yasar Kemal shows how the desire of the Turkmen nomads for deterritorialization was frustrated by a national apparatus. The deterritorialized desire of the nomads to escape from the nation or possessiveness clashes against a lifestyle of possessions and accumulated wealth. In his novel Kemal explains his nomadism by showing the conflicts between nomadic people and the nation. At a same time he represents the others, he speaks in the name of nomads who were excluded and oppressed in the modern period. This trial of his is a slice of the politics of formation. This novel shows that the creativity and voluntary expression of life as a nomadic subject will endure in spite of the national apparatus, and that deterritorialization can be a form of formation which will continue forever.
