여성친화적 인사정책이 직무동기 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 : 중앙행정기관 여성공무원들의 인식을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 중앙행정기관 여성공무원들의 여성친화적 인사정책에 대한 인식이 직무동기와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하여, 여성관련 인사정책을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 여성친화적 인사정책을 여성경력개발정책, 인사상 여성우대정책으로 구분하였다. 구조방정식 모형 분석결과 경력개발정책은 직무동기와 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는것으로 분석되었지만 여성우대정책은 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 여성공무원들의 직무동기 및 조직몰입 향상을 위한 여성친화적 인사정책의 개선방안을 제시하였다. In this paper, we tried to present a method to improve women-related personnel policies by investigating the effects of perception regarding women-friendly personnel policies of the female public officials at the central government offices on job motivation and organizational commitment. To do this, we divided women-friendly personnel policies into the policy for the career development of women and the personnel management policy giving preference to women. The results from structural equation modeling revealed that the career development policy had positive influences on job motivation and organizational commitment; however, that preference policy for women had no statically significant impacts thereon. Based on such analysis results, we presented an improvement method for women-friendly personnel policies in order to improve job motivation and organizational commitment of the female public officials.

In order to solve the problem of uncovered background region due to the region-due to the region-based motion estimation, this paper presents a new method which generates the uncovered region memory using motion estimation and shows the application of the algorithm for very low bit rate video coding. The proposed algorithm can be briefly described as follows it detects the changed region by using the information of FD(frame difference) and segmentation, and then as for only that region the backward motion estimation without transmission of shape information is done. Therefore, from only motion information the uncovered background region memory is generated and updated. The contents stored in the uncovered background region memory are referred whenever the uncovered region comes into existence. The regions with large prediction error are transformed and coded by using DCT. As results of simulation, the proposed algorithm shows the superior improvement in the subjective and objective image quality due to the remarkable reduction of transmission bits for prediction error.

두 공동체 소속 문제로 본 그리스도인 학자의 정체성

This paper, read as a keynote address at the 2013 Korea Association for Christian Scholarship Annual Conference held at Kyungbook National University on May 11, 2013, raises a question concerning the dual membership of Christian scholars, sharing their life between the community of faith and academia. After trying to obtain a proper definition of Christian scholar as a scholar who does his or her scholarly works as a Christian, viz, a person who dies with Christ and is raised with Him and follows Him, this paper tries to identify the place where two communities converge each other as well as diverge from each other. The communities, namely the community of faith and community of scholarship, viz., academia, have many convergent points, when they are seen from the perspective of divine creation. They have divergent points when they were seen from the perspective of redemption. The essential thesis of this paper lies in a claim that divergent point could be found in scholar's heart, the orientation point of doing scholarship as well as of living the life of faith. 이 글은 ‘그리스도인 학자’의 정의로 세 가지를 제안한다. 첫째, 그리스도인이고 학자인 사람, 둘째 그리스도인이면서 그리스도인답게 학문을 하는 사람, 셋째 ‘기독교 학문’을 하는 사람. 이 가운데 두 번째 정의가 현실적으로 가장 합당한 정의라는 주장을 펼친 다음, 이 글의 주요 관심사인 두 공동체, 곧 신앙의 공동체인 교회와 학문 공동체인 대학이나 연구소에 이중적으로 소속된 것이 그리스도인 학자에게 어떤 문제를 낳는지를 공동체 구성 조건들을 통해서 논의한다. 여기서 관심을 둔 것은 신앙 공동체와 학문 공동체의 제도적 측면보다는 이 두 공동체에서 학문을 하고 신앙생활을 하는 사람, 곧 학자와 신자의 마음이다. 마음에 관심을 둘 때, 두 공동체 사이의 접점과 갈등의 지점이 등장한다는 것이 이 글이 주장하는 주요 논제 가운데 하나이다. 결론 부분에서는 그리스도인이 학자로 산다는 것은 그리스도의 죽음과 부활에 참여해서 온 세상을 회복하는 그리스도의 사역에 동참하는 삶을 사는 것으로 규정한다.

신뢰할 수 있는 온라인 커뮤니티 기반의 효율적인 웹 검색 시스템 설계

웹상에 존재하는 정보의 량이 방대해 질수록 사용자가 원하는 정보를 찾는데 더 많은 노력이 필요하게 되었다. 따라서, 원하는 정보를 보다 정확하고 효율적으로 검색하기 위한 많은 검색 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 하지만 기존 검색방법들은 사용자의 검색 의도를 충분히 반영하지 못하기 때문에 검색 의도에 부합되는 적합한 정보를 찾기 어려운 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 사용자들의 검색 의도에 맞는 정보를 효율적으로 검색하기에 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 웹 사용자들의 관심사와 검색 의도를 파악하여 이를 검색에 반영함으로써 정보를 효율적으로 검색하기위한 방안을 제안한다. 이를 위해 형성된 커뮤니티들 중 신뢰할 수 있는 온라인 커뮤니티를 식별하고, 식별된 커뮤니티를 기반으로 검색을 수행한다. 실험결과 제안하는 방법이 기존 방법보다 검색의 정확성 측면에서 향상된 것을 확인할 수 있다. As the amount of information on the web augments, more efforts become subsequently necessary to find the information that users want. Researchers have studied and tried a number of methods to find the wanted information more accurately and effectively, It is hard to find the information that suits to what users really want to find on the web, because previous search methods have not reflected users’ aim in searches. This paper suggests an effective method in information searching by reflecting web users’ interests and aim in searches. This process involves distinguishing the reliable online communities and searching based on the distinguished communities. Newly suggested method shows an improvement in accuracy in comparison to the previous methods.

RC 대학생의 대인관계 역량 증진 집단상담 프로그램 개발과 효과성 검증

The purpose of the study is to develop a group counselling program which can promote an interpersonal competency in students, who live in Residential College(RC). The Group Counselling Program for Interpersonal Competency Enhancement was developed through the process of need analysis and expert consultation. In order to confirm the effectiveness of the group counselling program, it was implemented on a group of students living in RC. The surveys were conducted as pre-test and post-test, and Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used to identify the effectiveness of the program. The interpersonal skills of student were significantly promoted after participating the program. All four factors, (e.g., initiation, negative assertion, disclosure, conflict) except for emotional support, are significantly increased. The study is important because it has developed a group counseling program for promoting interpersonal competency and to confirm the enhancement to the RC students. 본 연구의 목적은 정주대학(Residential College, RC)에서 생활을 하는 대학생들을 위한 대인관계 역량 증진 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는 데에 있다. 대인관계 역량 증진 집 단상담 프로그램은 프로그램 개발 모형에 따라 요구조사와 전문가 자문의 과정을 통해 개발되었 다. 개발된 집단상담 프로그램의 효과성을 확인하기 위하여 정주대학의 학생들을 대상으로 집단 을 운영하였고, 대학생의 대인관계능력의 변화를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 본 집단상담 프로그램의 실시 전과 후에 설문을 실시하고 사전-사후 차이검증으로 효과성을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 프로그램의 내용인 대인관계 역량 증진에 대하여 대학생들은 집단상담 프로그램 이후 대인관계 역량이 유의미하게 증가하였으며, 그 하위 항목으로 처음관계맺기, 자기노출, 타인에 대한 불쾌 감 주장, 대인갈등 다루기의 항목에서 모두 유의미한 변화를 보였으나, 정서적지지 및 조언에서는 유의미한 효과가 발견되지 않았다. 본 연구는 RC 대학생을 대상으로 대인관계 역량 증진 집단상 담 프로그램을 개발하고 실행함으로써 대인관계 역량의 향상을 확인했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
