        양식선별효과에 관한 연구

        Overstock in aquaculture is a matter of concern in aquaculture management. To sort fish based on fingerling size in case of overstocking is an important problem in aquaculture farm. This study aims to determine the amount of fry overstock and sorting time in aquaculture farm. This study builds a mathematical model that finds the value of decision variables to optimize objective function summing up the fingerling purchasing cost, aquaculture farm operating cost and feeding cost under mortality and farming period constraints. The proposed mathematical model involves following biological and economical variables and coefficients: (1) number of fingerlings, (2) sorting time, (3) fish growth rate and variation, (4) mortality, (5) price of a fry (6) feeding cost, and (7) possible sorting periods. Numerical simulation is presented herein. The objective of numerical simulation is to provide decision makers to analyse and comprehend the proposed model. When extensive biological data about growth function of fry becomes available, the proposed model can be widely applicable to real aquaculture farms.

        우리나라 넙치양식 기술형태별 경쟁력 분석

        The objectives of this study are to find the competitive advantage of Bastard Halibut type. The results of analysis are as follows. First, in the profitability analysis, bastard halibut aquaculture using Herb is more profitable than other culture type. Second, bastard halibut aquaculture using Herb has more competitive power than other culture type in terms of cost, price, delivery, and flexibility. Finally, the result of comparison between culture type shows that culture technology must be concentrated on improving flesh of an adult fish. Research on the market differentiation methods in an adult fish are needed to analysis the competitive power analysis.

        수산시책 평가시스템 설계 및 구현

        The main objective of this research is to identify the evaluation criteria of the local governments` projects for the fisheries industry development (LGPFID) and to develop the evaluation software prototype applicable to LGPFID. This research does not try to develop the whole evaluation processes and programs for LGPFID, but just to outline the approach to managing LGPFID. The evaluation processes and programs developed in this study is based on the group decision support systems(GDSS), which is a collaborative, system-oriented, and objective system useful in evaluating LGPFID. Specifically the goals of the programs are to : (1) enhance the quality of evaluation process for LGPFID; (2) provide the local government decision makers` and interest groups` access to comprehensive evaluation information; (3) support private-public collaboration in government`s decision making. We used analytic hierarchy process model as a group decision making model and programmed the application software prototype with Visual Basic language.

        수산정보시스템 구축전략에 관한 연구

        Being Changed the international fisheries situation to begin the WTO, it is important to increase the international competition power in fisheries environment to related our country. One of most important work is to build the Fisheries Information Systems(FIS), FIS should give to increase the efficiency of fisheries policies, to share the fisheries informations, and to increase the competitive power of international fisheries environment. On the conclusion, this paper has four expect effects to build the FIS. First, fisheries information will be supplied the clean fisheries policies based on FIS. Second, The Data Warehouse of FIS will be contributed to improve the criterion and statistics of fisheries data. Third, Fisheries Administration will increase the service between fisheries institutes using the FIS. Finally, fisheries administration will use the fisheries data efficiently as integrating the fisheries data into information systems.

        Data Warehouse 기법을 이용한 수산정책정보시스템 구축

        One of most important work to build Fisheries Policy Information Systems(FPIS) is related to connect the data warehouse between fisheries departments. This paper presents the developing strategies to build the FPIS. First, developing the FPIS needs to compensate the laws and regulations with assistance of fisheries departments. Second, FPIS developer needs to cooperate the related fisheries departments deeply. Third, developing the data warehouse will be contribute to improve criterion and statistics of fisheries data. Forth, For experts of systems use the FPIS, they are needed to educate for appling the systems in the fisheries environments.

        부패성 재고의 경제적 주문량에 관한 연구

        We consider the continous, deterministic, infinite horiton, perishable item inventory, within the setting of a retail sector, in which the price for an item is dependent on the lifetime of inventory. Replenishment cost is kept constant but the carrying cost per units is allowed to vary according to product lifetime. Two possibilities of variation are considered : (1) Product lifetime is longer than cycletime and (2) Product lifetime is shorter than cycletime. We find the optimal policies and decision rules for perishable product.

        연안어업 생산성에 관한 실증연구

        The purpose of this paper is to analyze the productivity of the costal fisheries in Jeonnam Province. In this study, the operational characteristics and Cobb-Douglas production function of coastal fisheries were examined based on a research on the actual condition of costal fisheries (RACF). The statistical analysis of RACF data reveals that Cobb-Douglas production function consists of the three variables: fishing quantity per ton-age, the number of fisherman per ton-age and fishing equipment cost per ton-age. The results of this study show us that the relation and productivity between labor and capital of the operational equipment in the coastal fisheries. If extensive comparable biological and market data become available, analysis model can be widely applied to yield more accurate results.

        육상수조 어류양식 생존율에 따른 비용분석모형

This study is aimed to analyze the effect of mortality for duration of cultivation in land-based aquaculture. This study builds the mathematical model that finds the value of decision variable to minimize cost that sums up the water pool usage cost, sorting cost, fingerling cost and feeding cost under critical standing corp constraint. The proposed mathematical model involves many aspects, both biological and economical: (1) number of fingerlings (2) timing and number of batch splitting event, based on (3) fish growth rate, (4) mortality, and (5) several farming expense. Numerical simulation model presented here in. The objective of numerical simulation is to provide for decision makers to analyse and comprehend the proposed model. When extensive biological and cost data become available, the proposed model can be widely applied to yield more accurate results.

        양식장 이용에 따른 생산성에 관한 연구

        Fish stocking is important element of land-based aquaculture management. To maintain constant stocking rate considering biological and economic condition is a convenient strategy in intensive aquaculture. This study is aimed to analyze the effect of over-stocking(more than aquaculture capacity) for certain periods of time. This study make the mathematical decision making model that finds the value of decision variable to minimize cost that sums up the water pool usage cost and sorting cost under critical standing corpconstraint. The proposed mathematical decision making model was applied to 12 sample combination of sorting costand the number of fish on the Oliver flounder culture farms. If a immature fish can be sold for high price than farming cost, restricted over-stocking resulted in a improvement of economic performance. When extensive comparable biological and market data become available, analysis model can be widely applied to yield more accurate results.
