      • 鋼球의 高速衝突에 의해 正方形 유리板에 생기는 衝擊應力의 解析에 관한 硏究

        In this paper an attempt is made to analyze the impulsive stresses in a supported square glass-plate subjected to transverse impact of steel balls. In the analysis of the impulsive response of plate, Lagrange's theory for classical theory of plate and Mindlin's theory including of the influence of rotary inertia and the shear deformation are generally used. But it is difficult to obtain good accuracy in case of the application of the theoretical analysis on thick plates or local deformations by concentrated load and impact load, etc. So, for the case of a mass striking an infinite plate, the contact force variation is obtained by solving an nonlinear integral equation given by the use of Lagrange's classical plate theory and Hertz's law of contact theory. By regarding this force as an impact load for the case of the impact of steel ball on a supported square glass-plate, the impulsive stresses in a square glass plate are analyzed by the use of the three dimensional dynamic theory of elasticity and displacement potential theory. Finally, it is shown that these analytical results are in good agreement with experirnental results and the numerical inversion of laplace transformation by using of the F. F. T(Fast Fourier Transform)algorithm contributes the reduction of C.P.U. time and the improvement of the accuracy of results.

        The purpose of this study is to control the fibrillation on the Tencel by using BTCA and catalysts that do not make water pollution. Therefore, this study has focused on dyeing absorption and the non-fibrillated effect on the Tence! treated with BTCA and reactive dyeing after laundering cycles. The results are as follows ; The non-fibrillated effect showed good results on Tencel treated with BTCA and reactive dyeing after laundering cycles. through the measuring UV-VIS, SEM. Dyeing absorption of treated with BTCA was decreased than control fabric.

        제2언어 정보구조와 원어민의 학습자 발화 이해도 간 관련성 연구

        This study investigated the relationship between English information structure and second language speech comprehensibility. This study first examined whether the felicitous use of construction would significantly contribute to the improvement of L2 speech comprehensibility score and, second, revealed to whom and when the instruction of English information structure would be of most benefit in L2 English classrooms. A total of 32 spontaneous speech samples of Korean adult speakers of L2 English were analyzed. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the construction felicity significantly contributed to the comprehensibility score along with the foreign-accentedness score. The benefit of construction felicity was most evident among the students with the intermediate level of foreign-accentedness scores, thus implying that the L2 English speakers with a medium degree of foreign-accentedness may have the most benefit of felicitous information packaging. The difference among the groups, however, was not proved to be statistically meaningful. Suggestions are made on integrating information structure in teaching speaking. 본 연구는 정보구조가 원어민들의 제2언어 발화 이해도에 미치는 영향에 대해 관찰하였다. 구체적으로 본 논문에서는 다음의 두 가지에 대해 관찰하고 논의한다. 첫째, 화용적으로 적절한(felicitous) 구조의 사용은 제2언어 발화 이해도에 유의미한 기여를 하는가? 둘째, 적절한 구조의 사용은 학습자들의 외국인 말투 정도에 따라 원어민들의 학습자 발화 이해도에 다른 영향을 주는가? 이 두 문제에 대해 답하기 위하여 32명의 한국인 영어 학습자의 발화를 분석하였다. 중회귀분석 결과, 구조 사용의 적절성 여부는 외국인 말투 정도와 함께 원어민들이 인식한 발화 이해도에 유의미한 기여를 하였다. 즉, 외국인 말투 정도가 낮고, 구조의 사용이 화용적으로 적절할수록 발화 이해도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 정보구조의 역할은 보통 정도의 외국인 말투를 지닌 학습자들에게서 가장 크게 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의미한 차이에 이르지는 못하였다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 말하기 교육에서의 정보구조의 중요성과 적절한 교육의 필요성을 논의하였다.

        온도변화가 CF/PEEK 적층재의 충격 후 굽힘강도에 미치는 영향

        In this paper, when CF/PEEK laminates for high efficiency space structure are subjected to FOD(Foreign Object Damage), the effects of temperature change on the impact damages(interlaminar separation and transverse crack) of CF/PEEK laminates and the relationship between residual life and impact damages are experimentally investigated. Composite laminates used in this experiment are CF/PEEK orthotropic laminated plates. which have two-interfaces [0˚₄/ 90˚_(8)/0˚₄]o A steel ball launched by the air gun collides against CF/PEEK laminates to generate impact damages. And then CF/PEEK specimens with impact damages are observed by a scanning acoustic microscope under room and high temperatures. In this experimental results, various relations are experimentally observed including the delamination area vs. temperature change, the bending strength vs. impact energy and the residual bending strength vs. impact damage of CF/PEEK laminates.

      • 集中衝擊荷重을 받는 平板의 衝擊應力 解析

        In this paper, an attempt is made to analyze the impulsive stresses directly underneath the concentrated impact point for a supported square plate by using the three-dimensional dynamic theory of elasticity and the stress function (potential theory of displacement) on the supposition that the Load, Fo sinwt, acted on the central part of it. The results obtained from this study are as follows; 1. The impulsive stresses cannot be analyzed directly underneath the acting point of concentrated impact Load in previous theories, but can be analyzed by using the three-dimensional dynamic theory of elasticity and the potential theory of displacement. 2. Theorically, with increasing the pulse width of applied load, it was possible to clarify that the amount of stress in the point of concentrated impact load was in-creased and that of stress per unit impulse was decreased. 3. The numerical inversion of Laplace transformation by the use of the F.F.T. algo-rithm contributes the reduction of c.p.u, time and the improvement of the accuracy of results.

      • 취성재료의 충격파괴에 관한 연구 II

        본 연구에서는 취성재료인 유리판이 충격을 받을 때 생기는 크랙패턴 특히, 콘 크랙의 발생 현상을 이론적으로 규명하여 취성재료의 충격파괴방지에 도움이 되게 하고져 하였으며, 판두께방향의 변형을 고려한 제1보에서의 삼차원 동탄성이론에 의한 응력해석방법을 이용하여 충돌점 및 충돌점근방에서의 변형율분포를 해석하였다. 또 한 고속 및 자유낙하 충격시험을 행하여 얻은 크랙의 패턴과 본 이론해석 결과인 변형 률 분포의 수치계산 결과와 비교함으로써 콘 크랙의 발생현상을 3차원 동탄성이론을 이용한 본 충격응력해석 방법에 의한 규명하였다. 변형률 분포의 해석은 국부변형을 고려한 Hertz의 접촉이론과 Lagrange의 고전판 이론을 이용하여 구한 충격하중계수의 크기에 따라 충격하중의 함수근사식을 바꿔가며 해석하였으며 충돌점으로 부터 0.1cm 간격으로 5cm범위까지를 해석하였다. In this paper, when the glass plate of fragile material is subjected to impact load, the fracture pattern and the generation phenomenon of cone crack were theoretically clarified by using the analysis method of impulsive stress in the first paper. The numerical analysis results of strain distribution at a distance of 0.1cm, from the impact loading point to 5cm, were compared with experimental results. The main conclusions obtained are as follows; (1) The generation phenomenon of cone crack at the impact fracture of the glass plate can be analytically confirmed by using the three dimensional dynamic theory of elasticity. And the numerical analysis results of strain distribution using this theory are relatively in close agreement with the crack size obtained from the impact fracture experiment. (2) After the stress wave generated at the impact point propagated to the spherical compressive wave, this stress wave reflected from the back surface and reached again at the surface of the plate to the spherical stress wave. Then the generation of cone crack can be confirmed along the stress wave surface. (3) The plate is the thicker, the more is the generation phenomenon of cone crack at the lower impact velocity range (20m/s-35m/s). Because the fracture generate before the maximum tensile stress acting to the glass plate, cone crack was rarely ever generated.
