        겨드랑이 목발의 디자인 비교 연구

        In this study, crutch and crutch gait for the handicapped in the lower extremity were discussed, and the study was conducted as a part of long-term research that suggests a practical solution for a crutch design. Three axillary crutches were evaluated in the study by a set of design guidelines for crutches delivered from the advanced research. In this comparative study with axillary crutch design variations, 31 healthy subjects were participated and three crutches were evaluated by ten guidelines. The result showed that Mobilegs-ultra and In-motion Pro were significantly greater than KM Crutch. However, no statistically significant difference was found between Mobilegs-ultra and In-motion Pro. While analyzing with guidelines, Mobilegs-ultra and In-motion Pro were significantly greater than KM Crutch for 6-guideline, but no significant difference was found among three crutches for the guidelines related with Lightweight and Economical feasibility and marketability. The result of the study is expected to be used for a solid foundation to evaluate for the reasonableness of the guidelines with comprehensive analysis for crutch gait evaluation in the further study.

        목발 디자인에 따른 근육 활성도 및 사용자 인식 비교 연구

        In this study, three axillary crutches(Mobilegs, KM crutch, Pro In-motion) were tested with 12 healthy male subjects by measuring the EMG activity of the latissimus dorsi and gastrocnemius and the user-perceived levels focusing on the comfort and ease of use. The result showed that the EMG activity of the gastrocnemius was significantly reduced during ambulation using Mobilegs and Pro In-motion compared with the ambulation using KM crutch, a conventional crutch. However, no statistically significant difference was found for EMG activity of the latissimus dorsi. Subjects perceived the Mobilegs to be more comfortable and easy to use than the other crutches. Theses result may delivered mostly from the characteristics of spring-loaded axillary pad and ergonomic crutch handle. The results indicate that ambulation using the spring-loaded crutch is much easy with asking less exertion at gastrocnemius. In addition, the characteristics of crutch design, such as embedded spring, makes muscles to consume less energy. When the reasonable structure and form of the axillary pad and crutch handle are applied herein, the ambulation using the crutches are perceived to comfort.

      • 은 박막이 코팅된 표면에서 물질전이층의 형성 및 그 트라이볼로지적 역할에 관한 연구

        The tribological role of mass transfer layer was studied with silver coatings under various ranges of load and sliding speed. Silver coating was performed with a functionally gradient coating method. Tests were performed in dry sliding conditions, using a ball-on-disk contact configuration, at the load of 0.0196-17.64 N and the sliding speed of 20-1,000 ㎜/s in ambient air. Optical microscope and EPMA analyses showed that contact surfaces were covered with the mass transfer layers of agglomerated wear particles depending upon the contact conditions, and they greatly influenced the tribological characteristics of the surfaces. However, the formation of mass transfer layer was suppressed as the sliding speed increased, and above a critical sliding speed, no mass transfer layer was able to form. For building up a general framework of tribological behavior of the coated silver films, all test data were summarized on a map whose axes are contact pressure and sliding speed.

      • 근 미래 수술실에서 효율적인 마취과정을 위한 시스템 디자인 연구

        오늘날 급격한 통신기술의 발전은 우리 삶의 다른 모든 분야와 마찬가지로 의료 환경에도 많은 변화와 새로운 패러다임을 요구하고 있다. 그러나 새로운 컴퓨터 기술이 의료산업을 급속도로 변화시켜 나가고 있음에도 불구하고 그 변화가 실제로 이루어지고 있는 현장을 보는 것은 그리 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 근 미래의 수술실에서 마취과 간호사의 시각으로 마취 과정에 관한 새로운 인터랙션 컨셉을 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구는 5년의 기술적 사회적 시각이 반영되었으며, 근 미래의 수술실에서 새로운 기술이 어떻게 환자 만족을 높이고 간호사의 업무 효율을 향상시켜 궁극적으로 의료 서비스의 품질을 향상시키는지를 보여주고 있다. 연구 결과인 “KEY” 는 다양한 직관적인 인터랙션방식을 통하여 마취과 간호사의 업무에 새로운 비전을 가져왔으며, 이것으로 인해 간호사는 수술과 관련된 기기들로부터 완전히 자유로워 모든 시간동안 환자에게 주의를 기울일 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 안정성, 비용 등의 문제로 아직 초기 단계에 불과하다. 실제적 측면에 있어서 완성도를 높이기 위해 보다 높은 수준의 프로토타입 제작을 통한 논리적 사용자 테스트와 사용자 평가가 요구되며 이를 바탕으로 컨셉의 세밀한 보완 연구가 뒤따라야 한다. In the medical environment today, new technology has compelled new work paradigm, as it has been other areas of our lives. However it is very difficult to see the changes that have been taken place, even though new computer technology has changed the medical industry so rapidly. In this study, new concept of human computer interaction focusing on tangible interaction for anaesthetic procedure in an operating theatre has been explored with a 5 years technological and social perspective. This project is not intended to redesign the equipment itself but to focus on enhanced human computer interaction concepts. The exper iment shows that how new technology affects anaesthetic nurses’ work in an operating theatre in the near future to improve quality of the medical service by helping to increase work efficiency and enhance patient satisfaction. As a result of the study, the KEY brings new visions to the anaesthetic nurses via various types of interaction. Thanks to the KEY, the nurse is really free from the machines so that he can keep attention to patient most of the time during the whole operation. The discussion in this study is still preliminary, and further elaboration is strongly needed. It might be certain that additional further studies, such as high-fidelity prototyping and logistical user testing, should be followed not only to refine and communicate the ideas to audiences, but as a means of stimulating and generating further ideas.

        통합기술수용이론(UTAUT)에 의한 핀테크 결제서비스 사용의도에 관한 연구

        최근 스마트폰, 사물인터넷 등 새로운 통신기술의 등장으로 스마트 기기이용을 통한 결제 및 송금 등 부가서비스 기능을 제공할 수 있는 핀테크 서비스에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 전 세계적으로 모바일 결제시스템을 이용한 핀테크 서비스 시장이 크게 성장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보기술의 사용자가 사용의도를 설명하는데 있어서 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT)을 기반으로 연구모형을 도출하고 실제 사용자가 핀테크 결제서비스 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 사용의도와 수용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 결정요인을 설명하고 각 요인들과의 관계를 검증하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 사용자들의 핀테크 결제서비스의 사용에 대한 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 신뢰성이 핀테크 결제서비스 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 성과기대와 촉진조건은 핀테크 결제서비스 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 사용자에게 핀테크 결제서비스의 사용의도를 높이기 위해서는 핀테크 결제서비스가 기존의 모바일 결제서비스보다 사용이 편리하고, 핀테크라는 새로운 트렌드에 편승하고자 사회적 요구와 금융결제의 가장 중요한 보안과 신뢰성 있는 안전한 결제서비스 사용 등의 영향요인을 부각하는 마케팅 전략이 마련되어야 할 것이다. As new communication technologies, such as smart phones and the Internet of Things (IOT), emerge, there has been a growing interest in Fintech services, which can offer payment, remittance, and additional services. With this current trend of interest, the Fintech service market is developing by using a mobile payment system all over the world. In this study, the user of information technology has been described each use. To derive a research model based on the integration technology accommodate theory(UTAUT), actual users to explain the determinants what effect to help acceptance of the use of the factors that affect the acceptance of Fintech payment services, and the relationship between each factor was verified. It was found that those using integration techniques have an effect on intention of Fintech payment service use, effort expectancy, social influence, and trust in its service. However, other factors, such as performance expectancy and facilitating conditions, didn"t have a positive impact on intention of use. Based on the results of these studies, in order to increase the degree of use of Fintech payment services for users, it is convenient to use than existing mobile payment services. Marketing strategies that try to capitalize on the new trend called Fintech payment services are the influencing factors such as the use of social needs and financial payment the most important security and reliable secure payment services of the relief that is to be prepared.

        The aims of this study is to search the development direction of experimental educations by analyzing the facing problems of Junior College Computer Technology. This study is made through industrial field interviews and student`s investigation and suggests the establishment of a basic experimental education course for students from the academic high schools.
