This study analyze industrial safety and health planning report for manufacture. The purpose of accident analysis is to obtain accurate and objective information about the causes of accidents in order to prevent accidents from reoccurring. This study investigated the causes and conditions of occupational accidents in Korean industry. As the most accidents are occurred in lifting material, the questionnaire analyses about injuries are operated for occur to deal with the Manual Materials Handing. The results show that there are some characteristics in the accidents of Korean industry since 1986: (1) accidents rates tend to have lower since 1983(1994-1.18%, 1995-0.99%, 1996-0.88%), (2) larger companies tend to have lower accident rates than the smaller ones, (3) inexperience is related to high accident rates(1995-51.26%, 1996-48.82%1, because of the careless education for freshman such as OJT which in order to prevent accident, and (4) the body sites most vulnerable to injury are the hands and fingers and increased the back(caused of Back pain). The results of questionnaire analysis show that operator(n= 104) interested in reinforce the back & belly(42.86%). These finding identified in this study can be used to prevent the industrial accidents, and used to improving directions based on analyzed result.

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data of the evaluation methodology in order to apply the ergonomic program for industrial workplace. The result is helpful to establish the improvement alternatives that considered the assessment tools suitable work characteristics in order to prevent musculoskeletal disorders in workplace. We analysed the collected data of workers complaining of musculoskeletal-related pains during 4 months using musculoskeletal administration program(WinCare). As the results, the pained workers had mostly a pain in low back. The results showed that the pained workers in the automotive manufacturing industry pained in several body parts because they worked using the whole body. Also, most of pained workers in the electronic industry and the other industry pained respectively in the upper limb and low back related heavy load handling. That is due to difference of body parts used in each industry. The approach of this study will help to more precise assessment of the ergonomic work postures when establishing the ergonomic improvement plan, especially to consider the application method to workplace using the suitable ergonomic assessment tools classified by type of industry.
신발제조업의 작업관련 근골격계 질환 예방을 위한 인간공학적 평가기법의 비교

One of the major requirements in preventing Work-related MusculoSkeletal Disorders(WMSDs) is to know definitely what vigorous exertion requirements are contained in a job. This requires improved job analysis tools which can accurately evaluate potentially harmful stresses to the musculoskeletal system. But to simply evaluate the level of stress at a joint, or in a muscle is not enough to motivate job changes. Therefore, the development of ergonomic evaluation tools for the jobs are important to ergonomics. The main objective is compared of the results that made by the ergonomic evaluation tools (e.g., BRIEF and RULA) in actually shoes manufacturing. These were developed in the foreign. So, it is priory needed to research of the ergonomics about Korean characteristic work by physiology and biomechanics.

The objective of this study is to conduct the prevention method using electromyography that is to resist the strain on L5/S1 disc and to measure the heart rate for the prevention of low back pain during lifting. EMG signals and heart rate were analyzed under the condition of fixed vertical factor (20∼80㎝), two horizontal factors (35㎝, 55㎝), and two weight factors (10㎏, 25㎏) 2 times per minute for each lifting task. Eight healthy male workers performed nine-step stretching exercises which were intensified back power at the L5/S1 disc for six months. After completion of the two trials, the results were compared. The results of this analysis show that EMG signals have more an effect on the weight than the horizontal factors similar to those analyzed previous study, and are decreased. Therefore, those exercises presented very efficient. Also, there are not statistically significant differences on the analysis result of heart rate between weight factors.
원형유공박판의 휨강성에 관한 실험적 연구 ( An experimental Study on the circular Voided Plate Stiffnesses )

본 연구에서는 EPOXY 수지로 정방형체의 박판을 두께는 균일하게 하고 구멍이 없는 평판과 원형구명의 크기 간격이 각각 다른 3종류의 유공박판을 제작하여 x방향은 단순지지 y방향은 자유단으로 하여 4등분점하중법에 따라서 판휨강성을 탄성범위내에서 시험한다. 4종의 시험체에서 중앙부의 처짐과 파양강도을 측정한 시험결과치를 이용하여 시험조건에 적합한 이론해소에 따른 판의 휨강성을 산출하여, 구멍이 없는 평판의 휨강성 값을 기준으로 구멍의 직경크기 및 배치간격에 따른 원형유공박판의 휨강성 저하정도등의 구조적 거동을 고찰하고저 한다.
