데이터베이스 시스템의 사용이 증가함에 따라 데이터베이스 시스템을 효율적으로 사용하게 하는 데이터베이스 튜닝 기술에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 논문은 관계형 데이터베이스 시스템과 객체관계형 데이터베이스에 대한 튜닝도구를 제안한다. 본 도구는 사용자나 시스템 관리자에게 데이터베이스 시스템의 성능에 영향을 주는 요소들을 효과적으로 파악하여 데이터베이스 시스템의 튜닝 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 튜닝도구의 설계원칙, 시험 데이터베이스 및 시험 질의들을 기술한다. 본 시험 도구는 총 10개의 카테고리에서 총 65개의 질의어를 제공한다. 본 시험 도구는 일반 상용 제품에 적용하였으며, 시험 결과도 논문에서 보인다.

관계형 데이타베이스 시스템을 위한 성능향상 보조도구 설계

정보화 사회로 발전하면서 크고, 다양하며, 복잡한 테이타들이 생겨나고 저장, 유지되어 데이터베이스도 대형화되면서, 대용량 데이터베이스의 성능 문제는 매우 중요한 논점이 되었다. 본 논문에서는 관계형 데이타베이스 시스템의 새로운 성능향상 보조도구를 소개한다. 본 도구의 목적은 사용자나 시스템 관리자가 특정 데이타베이스 시스템에서 성능에 영향을 주는 요소들을 효과적으로 파악하여 데이타베이스 시스템이 높은 수준의 성능을 유지할 수 있도록 도와준다. 설계 원리, 시험 데이타베이스, 그리구 튜닝 질의어들이 보여진다. 9개의 카테고리 안의 총 36개의 시험 질의어가 제안되었다.

동지역사회보장협의체 활성화를 위한 중요요인 분석 연구 - 서울시 사례를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study was to present a plan for smooth operation and settlement of the dong-community social security council revitalization project (goal: discovering and supporting welfare blind spots led by residents) in Seoul. To this end, an AHP analysis was conducted to rank the important factors for revitalizing dong-community social security council. The relative importance of the top important factors was found in the order of ‘strengthening the capacity of participating residents’ (0.4108), ‘discovering and implementing the welfare agenda of state democracy’ (0.1952), ‘strengthening the capacity and connection of public-private support organizations’ (0.1463), ‘securing resources for project execution’ (0.1271), and ‘strengthening cooperation between resident organizations’. As for the relative importance of sub-important factors, ‘agenda discovery/execution practice’ was the first priority (0.1015). Next, ‘welfare agenda selection’ (0.0870), ‘counseling education by target’ (0.0780), ‘community activities’ (0.0706), ‘human rights education’ (0.0670), ‘appropriate response of support organizations’ (0.0667), and ‘external resource support of public (city and district)’ (0.0652). According to the results of the study, it proposed support for continuous capacity building to revitalize the dong-community social security council, strengthening cooperation between welfare-community center and community service center, and the need to support public resources.

본 연구는 지역사회복지관의 주민조직 활동에서 지역주민이 구성한 언어를 토대로 주민조직과 참여자의 변화과정을 살펴봄으로써 근린지역사회조직화모델의 효과를 이해하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구결과 주민조직의 조직적, 개인적 차원에서의 변화과정을 확인할 수 있었다. 먼저 주민조직차원의 변화과정을 살펴보면 참여자들은 문제의 발견과 주민조직을 거쳐 조직의 목표를 설정하고 조직의 질적, 양적 변화의 의미를 구성한다. 개인적 차원에서 참여자들은 ‘갇힌 세계로부터의 탈출’을 거쳐 가치 있는 일을 통한 ‘나의 재구성’단계를 거치게 된다. 다음으로 참여자는 가족을 통해, 자신을 자랑스러운 존재로 재규정하고 있고 또한 이웃을 통해, ‘이웃은 곧 나’라는 새로운 의미를 구성한다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 토대로, 근린지역사회조직화모델의 효과를 높이기 위한 실천적 제언을 했다. This study was carried out to understand the mean of neighbourhood and community organizing model on lived experiences of their organizing and members which had changed. The methods of collecting data was progressed in depth interview. According to study questions and analysis challenges based on theory, we analyzed texts. outcome of study we understood experiences of their organizing and members which had changed. In changing phases of organizational dimension, meaning of "the discovery of the community problem" was extracted. In this time, organization"s members set the goal and experience qualitative and quantitative changes of organization. On the other hand, changing phases of individual dimension were followed, which are "escaping from locked life", "reconstruction of self image" , "reconstructing the meaning of both family and self-concept" as well as "reconstructing the meaning of both neighbourhood and self-concept". Conclusively, we suggested practical implication, which might increase the effect of neighbourhood and community organizing model.

지역밀착형 사회복지관 성과지표 개발을 위한 핵심요인 탐색

2015년 이후 동중심실천에 기초한 종합사회복지관 개편이 이루어짐에 따라 지역 및 기관의특성을 반영한 지역밀착형 복지관이 확대되기 시작했다. 지역 및 기관의 특성을 반영한 지역밀착형 복지관의 확대로 인하여 다양한 형태의 사회복지관 운영 모델이 나타나고 있다. 그러나 각 모델의 적정성 및 효과성 등에 대한 세부적인 검토가 이루어지고 있지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 지역밀착형 사회복지관 특성에 대한 검토를 통해 지역밀착형 사회복지관의 전략 수립과 성과평가에 활용될 수 있는 지표들을 통하여 실질적인 기능강화와 모델의 적용 가능성을 제고할 수 있는 방안들이 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 특히, 지역밀착형 사회복지관 유형에 따른 핵심운영 요인들을 탐색하여 기관 운영의 전략 및 목표를 설정하는데 활용 가능한 성과지표를 제안한다. 이를 통해 사회복지현장에서 중요 기능을 담당하는 종합사회복지관의 발전적인 미래상을 제시하고자 한다. With the reorganization of neighborhood-centered comprehensive social welfare centers af?ter 2015, community-based welfare centers that reflected the characteristics of their region and institution expanded, resulting in the emergence of a variety of social welfare center operation models. However, a detailed review of the appropriateness and effectiveness of each model has not been conducted. Accordingly, by reviewing the characteristics of com?munity-based social welfare centers, this study seeks ways to strengthen the practical functions and improve the applicability of such models through indicators that can be used for the strategy implementation and performance evaluation of community-based social welfare centers. In particular, we explore the core operating factors according to the type of community-based social welfare center and propose performance indicators that can be used to set strategies and goals for the organization's operations.
