P1-P2 TMED system is a hybrid powertrain to improve performance and fuel economy through the application of a P1 motor. Since the overall length is lengthened due to the addition of the P1 motor, we reduced the length of transmission by applying a torsion damper in the inner space between P1 and P2. In this study, the verification method for the torsion damper system applied inside the P1-P2 system was reviewed. Through the analysis of the damper system, verification targets and methods were discussed, and we divided the verification of the torsion damper into the damper only system, the drivetrain of the P1 rotor, and the total verification of the entire powertrain system.

In this study, the load level for torsional vibration caused by engine instability was analyzed by measuring vehicle driving data on city roads and national roads according to drivers. By analyzing the previous two types of data, the load levels induced by torsional vibration were compared relative to each other.

In designing an automotive gearbox, gear mesh alignment is one of the most important factors that designers should consider. Severe gear mesh misalignment results in reduced gearbox noise and service life. In this study, We predicted gear mesh misalignment and contact pattern of gear, then the effect for tooth surface durability of gear mesh misalignment was confirmed through physical experiments. This result remind you of the importance of gear mesh misalignment in gearbox design, if intentional misalignment is needed, it will help you.

In this study, the purpose that perform parking durability test in the lab, before actual vehicle parking durability test. We confirm the vehicle loads which transfer to parking system in transmission by measuring the drive shaft torque, when parking position and release parking position on slope. We confirm the parking impact torque when parking position on the slope, the parking pull out torque when release parking position, similarity of the calculated hill climbing resistance and actual hill climbing resistance on the vehicle. Furthermore, confirm the linear proportionality between the hill climbing resistance and the vehicle loads. At the result of this study, the behavior of the vehicle loads that transfer to parking system on slope was confirmed, it will improve the accuracy and reliability of the parking system durability test in the lab.
민간철도운영기관의 안전관리 실태 및 그 향상방안에 관한 연구

국내의 철도운영과 관련된 안전법령은 크게 철도안전법과 산업안전보건법으로 구분할 수 있다. 기존의 철도운영기관은 공사형태의 공공기관으로 철도차량 및 철도시설물에 대한 유지보수를 직영 직원 중심으로 하고 있었으나, 코레일공항철도(주) 등 민간철도운영기관의 출현으로 경영합리화를 목적으로 철도차량 및 철도시설물 유지보수를 외주에 의해 운영되고 있다. 그러나 동일한 안전관리시스템으로 적용하기에 운영상에 문제점이 있어, 그 문제점들을 도출해 보고 특히, 파견근로자 보호에 관한 법률에 의거 도급용역과 파견근로의 차이를 인식하고, 안전관리측면에서 어떻게 접근하는 것이 최적인가를 모색하였다. 철도종사자들의 안전의식을 설문을 통해 비교 분석하여, 현 안전관리 측면의 실태를 파악하고, 그 개선안을 제시하고자 하였다. 특히 설문을 통해 직영 직원과 외주업체 직원들 사이, 그리고 관리직과 일반 직원들 사이의 안전의식의 수준차이를 밝히고, 외주업체의 안전관리 향상 방안을 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 활용하여 안전관리시스템의 기본골격인 P-D-C-A(Plan-Do-Check-Act) 사이클 중에서 가장 중요한 요소가 무엇인지를 파악을 통해 안전관리 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. The advent of private railroad corporations gave us many changes because of emphasizing on administration's effectiveness. The change has had an effect on safety management too. Most public railway corporations maintain their rolling stocks and facilities by their direct workers on the other hand, private railway corporations depend on outsourcing to cut down the cost of maintenance. But they have almost same safety management system. Therefore we try to study the difference between two type of corporations, especially workers' safety attitude and propose different safety management system depending on direct or indirect workers.
목표관리제도(MBO) 도입과 그 효과성에 관한 연구 : 철도관련 조직을 중심으로

In Korean railroad-related Organizations facing turbulent environmental change and growth, the introduction of MBO has long been a full-fledged trends. The main reason for this trends is that they need to adapt their system to their vision, mission, value, and strategy in order to gain a sustainable competitive advantage. The purpose of this article is to depict the effectiveness of MBO in railroad-related organizations based on the cognitive response of employees. To attain this purpose, several aspects of current MBO system are surveyed through questionaire and analyzed by SPSS. And some implications will be supposed.

The purpose of this tretise is to testify the following model, focusing on the 'intergroup' and 'interpersonal' conflict. ?? The questionaries received were processed through computer, using SPSS(Pear son Correlation, T-Test, Breakdown). The main results are as follows; 1) Environmental uncertainty has negative effect on formalization. 2) Centralization has positive effect and Decentralization has negative effect on interpersonal conflict. 3) All Structural variables have effects on organizational climates. 4) The uncertainty of individual job has positive effect on interpersonal and in tergroup conflict. 5) The complexity of individual job and the uncertainty of departmental job have positive effect on conflict.
