This study looked into a description process and features of long stick in《Muyedobotongji》through long stick in 《jixiao-xinshu》and《Muye-jebo》as well as stick in《Moobiji》and focusing on movements of Long Stick in 《Muyedobotongji》, the study compared《jixiao-xinshu》,《Muye-jebo》and《Wubeizhi》with each other which eventually led the study to understand martial arts’correlations and martial arts-related significance of long stick in 《Muyedobotongji》. In addition, this study reviewed《Muyedobotongji》,《jixiao-xinshu》,《Muye-jebo》and《Wubeizh i》 as main references, and any relevant literature and materials were gathered, analyzed and examined. The origin of long stick in《Muyedobotongji》was found in《Jianjing》by Yoodaeyu, and the study learned that it had been described via《jixiao-xinshu》,《Muye-jebo》and《Wubeizhi》. long stick of《Muyedobotongji》is martial arts that is regarded as the basics of short weapon and long weapon, and a blade made long stick an efficient and threatening weapon for infantrymen. however it was reinterpreted according to the situation and reality of Chosun through the demonstrator``s clothes and change process of connecting motion, etc., also, was described by reflecting our national awareness.

This study examined the formation process of ``double-hands sword`` of the《Muye-dobo-tongi》, and focus on the comparison of movements of the《Gixiao-xinshu》, 《Muye-jebo》, 《Wubeizhi》, 《Muye-dobo-tongi》. So first was intends to review the summary and contents of 4 books; second was to review the common and difference point of double-hands sword movement of 4 books; third was examined the formation process of ``double-hands sword`` of 《Muye-dobo-tongi》. The conclusion was to understand, first was the introduction and mention of double-hands sword in 4 books, the specification of double-hands sword in 4 books, the mention of ``Changliu`s list``, shadow and monkey demonstrator`s movements; second was the name of movement in 4 books, the first and final movement of double-hands sword and its total number of movement in 4 books, the demonstrator`s costume in 4 books; third was《Muye-dobo-tongji》was mentioned to refer《Gixiao-xinshu》, 《Muye-jebo》and 《Wubeizhi》.
