The antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) is one of the most rapidly growing next generation antibody therapies used in oncology, autoimmunity and chronic inflammatory diseases. ADC is consisted of monoclonal antibody conjugated via chemical linker with highly cytotoxic small molecules, called payloads. Due to the rising prevalence of cancer and population aging, there is a consistent unmet needs on novel therapeutics for patients where the traditional antibody therapy does not work. With the successful market settlement of FDA-approved Adcetris?? and Kadcyla??, global pharmaceutical companies have put their resources for development of this innovative drug class. There are still some drawbacks in this class of drug including linker stability and heterogenous drug antibody ratio (DAR) profile. However new platform technologies are making progress to overcome these problems and further investment will drive growth in the next generation antibody therapies market. In this manuscript, we review the market drivers and restraints and introduce four approved ADCs. We then mainly discuss the important aspects considered while developing ADCs (cytotoxic drug, linker, DAR) and ADC platforms widely used in the industries.

The purpose of this article is to examine closely a satire appear in a representative drama『Misteriya-Buff』 of Vladimir Mayakovskij. And this article also is to consider the thematic characteristics of this drama and target of the satire and layer through aspects of the conflict between the characters. Previous studies were analyzed `irreligious tendency` appear in『Misteriya-Buff』through quotation from passages the Bible, and were looked at the characteristics of theatre performing outdoor market and popular theatre through funny and humorous. They also examined connection between futurism tendency and Cubism elements in drama『Misteriya-Buff』. Unlike previous studies, this study analyzed drama『Misteriya-Buff』through the techniques of satire. I realized that Mayakovskij was understood the revolution as a fundamental boundary transforming human history and the world of utopia, and knew that the revolutionary flood is the process of destruction and creation, and the concept of cleansing from sin of the past as well. In addition, I understood that Mayakovskij was strongly criticized for the daily materialism among the many negative social phenomena and the target was defined as bourgeois and so their actions were sharply satirical. Therefore Mayakovskij says that after the revolution the unchangeable daily materialism of Bourgeois is a big obstacle in the construction of socialism and without overcoming it, never can not go to the utopian world through the drama『Misteriya-Buff』.
리더의 감독행위가 리더-부하 교환관계(LMX)와 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

기존의 리더십연구는 리더의 감독행위에 대한 구성원의 성과로 직무성과, 조직시민행동, 조직몰입 등 부하의 행위와 태도의 관계를 알아보는 것이 주된 연구과제였다. 이들 연구에서 효과적인 리더의 감독행위는 조직 및 개인성과에 긍정적인 영향을 가져오고, 비효과적인 리더의 감독행위는 이직, 일탈행위 등 부정적인 영향을 가져온다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 하지만 리더의 감독행위가 어떤 과정을 통해 부하의 태도와 행위에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구가 부족하였다. 본 연구는 리더의 감독행위가 조직시민행동을 가져오는 과정해석으로 LMX를 매개변수로 제시함으로써 리더의 감독행위에 대한 효과성을 규명하고자하였다. 실증분석 결과에 따르면, 리더의 지원적 감독행위는 LMX와 조직시민행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 리더의 모욕적 감독행위는 LMX에는 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 구성원의 조직지향 조직시민행동에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 리더의 모욕적 감독행위는 LMX에 부정적인 영향을 미치고, LMX는 개인지향 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 것이다. 또한, LMX는 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 리더의 감독행위와 조직시민행동과의 관계에서 LMX의 매개효과는 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 리더의 감독행위는 LMX를 매개변수로 할 때 조직시민행동을 유발하는 조직의 에너지원으로 작용할 수 있다는 점에서 본 연구가 시사하는 바는 크다 할 것이다. Former leadership studies, as a performance of member on leader``s behavior, mainly focused on finding the relationship between leader``s behavior and follower``s attitude and behavior such as job performance, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment. Those were cleared from these studies that effective leader``s behavior brings positive effects to personal and organizational performance and ineffective leader``s behavior brings negative effects such as switch position and deviant behaviors. However, the research that studied if leader``s behavior through what process have a influence on follower``s behavior and attitude was in short. So this study tried to identify the efficiency of leader``s behavior by presenting LMX as a intervening variable, accepting LMX as a process that leader``s behaviors cause organizational citizen behaviors. According to empirical analysis, leader’s supportive behaviors have a direct influence on LMX and organizational citizen behaviors. Leader``s abusive behaviors have a critical effect on LMX, but have no direct effect on member``s OCB-O. That is, this means leader``s abusive behaviors have a negative effect on LMX, LMX has a positive effect on OCB-I. Besides, LMX has a significant effect onorganizational citizen behavior, LMX``s intervening effect has a critical effect on both leader``s supervisory behavior and organizational citizen behaviors. Consequently, when LMX is used as a intervening variables, LMX can be worked as a source of energy causing organizational citizen behavior. This result is so meaningful in this study.
정량적 구조-활성 상관 관계와 생리학 기반 약물동태를 사용한 새로운 선도물질 최적화 전략

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate how lead compounds are best optimized with the application of in silico QSAR and PBPK modeling at the early drug discovery stage. Several predictive QSAR models such as IC50 potency model, intrinsic clearance model and brain penetration model were built and applied to a set of virtually synthesized library of the BACE1 inhibitors. Selected candidate compounds were also applied to the PBPK modeling for comparison between the predicted animal pharmacokinetic parameters and the observed ones in vivo. This novel lead optimization strategy using QSAR and PBPK modelings could be helpful to expedite the drug discovery process.

Water quality monitoring network data is being affected continuously due to non-point source pollution arising from agricultural land located on the Gwangsancheon outlet in the Nakdong River basin. In this study, we have performed analysis of water quality monitoring system, water quality pattern using SOM and water quality in the Gwangsancheon for sub-basin located at Gisan-myeon in the Nakdong River basin. We developed and applied the model to estimate the runoff and non-point source loading. As a result of SOM pattern, the effect of non-point source pollution was the largest in the paddy fields and fields. As a result of the developed model, we found contribution rate and reduction rate for non-point source loading according to change of landuse because the reduction effect of nonpoint pollutants was 20.9% of SS, 9.9% of TN, 21.2% of TP and 8.9% of TOC depending on the landuse change.
