Glass-Wool reinforced polymeric composites provide the desirable properties of high stiffness and strength as well as specific weight, hence, they have become some of the most important materials in several industries, most notably the automotive and aerospace industries. As a result, the study of the material behavior and forming techniques of such composites has attracted considerable attention in recent years. Even though many studies have been done on the stretch forming of metallic materials, very few have focused on the thermoplastic composites. One of the characteristics of stretch forming is that sheet material is prevented from wrinkling. This is especially important for long glass fiber reinforced composites because of their inherent tendency to buckle in compressive deformation. It is therefore very important to investigate the formability of this composite in biaxial stretch deformation. The objectives of this research have been to investigate the formability of thermoplastic composite sheet in biaxial stretch forming. Limiting strain in biaxial stretch forming were explored using the Deep Drawing test. Marciniak"s imperfection theory is used to predict the instability in biaxial stretching of composites.

Recently, demand for fuel efficiency and performance car of the car has increase. Transmission part is known that Chassis 10 times the weight reduction effect is good. In this paper, we conducted a study for forming the Preform to Interlock Braiding and then to prepare a Propeller Shaft impregnated with Polymers. Therefore, we have studied the changes in the strength and stiffness according to the amount of such polymer impregnation, the mixture ratio, the forming condition.

In this study, flow characteristics of the poppet valve for safety valve in electro-hydraulic proportional pressure control equipment were analyzed. A safety valve with a poppet which are applied in industrial field have some advantages like fast response and stable operation. But the displacement is very short and the flow path is very narrow because of above-mentioned roll. Tiny displacement affects the discharge coefficient and eddy flow directly. So, it is very important study to analyze the flow characteristics of the poppet valve in electro-hydraulic proportional pressure control equipment. In this study, flow field numerical analysis of the object poppet valve of which displacement is from 0.1 to 0.3mm was operated. And distribution characteristics of the flow pressure and velocity were analyzed.

As for the pressure relief valve used in the nuclear power plant, its performance has to be evaluated by KEPIC MF and its capacity test has to be executed by KEPIC MOZ. In case the experiment equipment is limited, the emission flow of the real model is estimated with the results of emission flow coming from its small-scale model. However, parameters such as the change of lift and thrust are difficult to estimate in the small-scale model, and its numerical model is needed. This study is intended to make up a numerical model so that it can analyze the emission flow and operation change in a method similar to the system of power-driven valve and check valve in the pressure relief device. One-dimensional system analysis is mainly performed until now, but this study has achieved a numerical model with a high degree of precision by using computer flow simulation and by performing precise multi-dimensional flow analysis as well as kinetics analysis.
