        초ㆍ중등학교 교직원 직장체육의 재미가 대인관계 및 직무만족 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 초ㆍ중등학교 내의 직장체육에 참여하는 교직원을 대상으로 직장체육 재미가 대인관계 및 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경상남도 내 초․중등학교에 근무 중인 교직원을 연구대상으로 설정하였으며, 209명의 유효 표본을 확보하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0 버전을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초ㆍ중등학교 교직원의 개인적 특성에 따른 직장체육 재미는 성별에 따라 사회성 함양 요인에서만 집단 간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 참여기간에 따른 직장체육의 재미는 재미요인 모두에서 집단 간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초ㆍ중등학교 교직원의 개인적 특성에 따른 대인관계는 성별 에 따라 이해성에서 집단 간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 초․중등학교 교직원의 개인적 특성에 따른 직무만 족은 참여기간에 따라 집단 간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 초ㆍ중등학교 교직원의 직장체육 재미는 대인관 계에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 초ㆍ중등학교 교직원의 직장체육 재미는 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 초․중등학교 교직원의 대인관계는 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to investigate how enjoyment in worksite physical activity influences relationship and job satisfaction among educational personnels of elementary, middle and high schools. For this purpose, school personnel currently working at secondary schools in Kyeongsangnam-do province participated in this study. 209 questionnaires were used for data analysis. For data analysis, the t-test, one-way ANOVA and regression analyses were conducted using SPSS 18.0. The findings are as follows: First, the enjoyment of worksite physical activity based on individual characteristics of the educational personnels in elementary, middle and high schools showed a significant difference based on gender. The enjoyment of worksite sport activity based on participation period was found to have significant differences between groups in all the sub-factors. Second, the personal relationships based on individual characteristics of the subjects were found to have a significant difference based on gender only in the understanding factor. Third, job satisfaction based on participation period of the subjects was found to have a significant differences between groups. Fourth, the enjoyment of worksite physical activity among subjects was found to significantly influence personal relationships. Fifth, the enjoyment of worksite physical activity among subjects was found to have a significant influence on job satisfaction. Sixth, the personal relationships of educational personnel at primary and secondary schools were found to have a significant effect on job satisfaction.

        Sodium Lauryl Sulfate 와 Sodium Lauroyl Glutamate에 의한 피부 자극반응

        Background: Sodium lauryl sulfate(SLS) is the most widely utilized model for studying acute and cumulative irritation. Sodium lauroyl glutamate(SLG) has exhibited a low irritation potential and an anti-irritating effect on other anionic surfactants. Objective : Our study was done to compare the skin irritancy of SLS and SLG using non-in- vasive techniques. Methods : Patches with 1% SLS and SLG solution were applied to the volar forearm of 20 healthy volunteers for 24 h. Finn chambers with 8mm(20pl) and 12mm(60pl) inner diameters were used. Visual scores, transepidermal water loss(TEWL) and an erythema(E)-index were measured at 30 min after removal of the patches, and every 24hours(h) up to 4 days. Results : The results are summarized as follows. 1. Visual scores were 0.20+0.30(8mm) and 0.73+0.34(12mm) at 24 h after removal of 1% SLS and were 0.15+0.29(8mm) and 0.30+0.41(12mm) at 24 h after removal of 1% SLG. They were increased at 30 min and 24 h after removal and decreased towards normal at 4 days after removal. By chamber size, the skin response with large Firin chamber(12mm) increased more significantly than with the small Finn chamber(8mm). In the small Finn chamber, there were no significant differences in the skin response between 1% SLS and 1% SLG. In the large Finn chamber, the skin response with 1% SLS increased more significantly than with 1% SLG. 2. TEWL values were 11.14+4.77(8mm) and 20.48+10.61(12mm) at 24 h after removal of 1 % SLS and were 10.38+3.99 and 14.87+7.46 at 24 h after removal of 1% SLG. They were increased at 30 min after removal and decreased towards normal 4 days after removal. By chamber size, their results were the same as the visual scores. Also, on comparison between 1% SLS and 1% SLG, their results were the same as the visual scores. 3. E-index was 10.05+2.70(8mm) and 11.15+2.56(12mm) at 24 h after removal of 1% SLS and was 10.15+2.16 and 10.60+2.26 at 24 h after removal of 1% SLG. They were increased at 30 min after removal and decreased towards normal 4 days after removal. By chamber size, their results were the same as the visual scores. In the small and large Finn chamber, there were no significant differences in the skin response between 1% SLS and 1% SLG. Conclusion : SLS is more irritating than SLG. The large Finn chamber may be more suitable to yield positive irritant reactions than the small Finn chamber. Also, TEWL measurements may be a more accurate and sensitive method than the E-index.         Tape Stripping과 Sodium Lauryl Sulfate에 의한 피부 장벽기능의 손상 및 회복에 관한 연구

        N/A Background:The main function of the stratum corneum is to serve as a barrier preventing the penetration of irritants and transepidermal water loss (TEWL). Previous studies have shown that the cutaneous barrier disruption by application of acetone or sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and tape stripping leads to various metabolic changes. Recent studies showed that there was some difference in the recovery rate between tape-stripped groups and acetone-treated groups, and an individual irritant not only exerted rather specific morphologic effects on the cellular components of the keratinocyte but also induced distinct morphological alterations of the different components of the stratum corneum. In other words, this data suggested that individual irritants could show different cutaneous barrier recoveries. Objective:This study was done to compare the recovery rate after cutaneous barrier disruption between a tape-stripped group and a SLS irritated group, and to test the relationship among baseline TEWL, TEWL after the SLS irritation, recovery of TEWL, and number of strippings needed to increase TEWL up to 20g/m2/h. Methods:The permeability barrier of normal human skin was disrupted by tape stripping and patch of SLS and the recovery rate was assessed by measure of TEWL and erythema (E-) index. Results:The number of tape strippings needed to increase TEWL up to 20g/m2/h was 32.7±9.6 (20-50). The recovery rate of TEWL was 56.85±17.97% twenty-four hours after tape stripping and (Korean J Dermatol 2000;38(2):183~190)

      • Bacillus lkicheniformis IAM 11054가 生産하는 耐熱性 α- Amylase의 特性과 分解産物에 關한 硏究

        These experiments were performed to investigate the purification, the characteristics and the hydrolysis products on various Polysaccharides and oligosaccharides of thermophilic α-amylase produced by Bacillus licheniformis IAM 11054. The optimum culture time, the optimum initial pH and the optimum culture temperature for the production of α-amylase were 72hrs, pH 6.5 and 40℃, respectively. The crude enzyme was purified to 568- fold by starch adsorption, ammonium sulfate fractionation, DEAE-cellulose column chromatography and CM cellulose column chromatography. The specific activity of the purified enzyme was 312.5u /mg ㆍ protein and the yield of enzyme activity was 13.0%. The purified enzyme showed a single band (relative mobility 0.25) on polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and the molecular weight was estimated to be approximately 145,000 by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and isoelectric point was pH6.0. The optimum pH, the stable pH range, the optimum temperature and the stable temperature of the purified enzyme were pH6.0∼7.5, pH6.0∼10.5. 80℃ and below 75℃, respectively. The purified enzyme was greatly inhibited by Hg++ Ag+ and I2, and the thermostability of it was greatly increased by Ca++. The purified enzyme hydrolyzed soluble starch, corn starch, glutinous rice starch, green banana starch, arrow root starch, potato starch, yam starch, oyster glycogen, maltopentaose and maltohexaose, but did not hydrloyze α, β, γ -cyclodextrin, pullulan, maltose, maltotriose, maltotetraose, raffinose, lactose and sucrose. The purified enzyme hydrolyzed various starch to G1, G2, G3, G4, G5, G6 and others, and G5 to G2 and G3 and G6 to G1, G2, G3, G4 and G5. Among various gelatinized starches, potato starch and green banana starch were favorably hydrolyzed by the purified enzyme.
