즐겨찾기 리턴을 위한 스마트폰 잠금화면 인터페이스 제안

디바이스의 발달과 통신 속도의 발전으로 뉴미디어 사용자들은 수많은 정보에 노출되고, 개인의 니즈에 따라 정보를 소비하는 세상이 되었다. 이러한 환경에서는 다량의 정보들이 흘러가 버리기 쉽기 때문에, 사용자는 정보를 소장하고, 색인 하여 소비할 필요성을 느끼게 되었다. 이에 따라 즐겨찾기 등 개인의 관심 정보를 효율적으로 저장하고 관리할 수 있도록 하는 많은 서비스들이 개발되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 서비스들의 대부분이 즐겨찾기 추가 이후 사용자의 지속적인 콘텐츠 소비 즉, ‘리턴’을 이끌어 내지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 서비스 벤치마크를 통해 즐겨찾기 서비스 분석 및 이미지 맵핑을 도출하고, 비교사례연구와 인터뷰를 통해 새로운 즐겨찾기 서비스의 퍼소나를 디자인하였다. 인터뷰 대상자는 총 7 명으로 퍼소나는 인터뷰에서 추출된 요구사항과 서비스 시나리오를 바탕으로 완성되었다. 이를 토대로 사용자의 리턴을 효과적으로 유도할 수 있는 스마트폰의 최상단 레이어인 잠금화면 기반 즐겨찾기 리턴 인터페이스를 제안하였다. Advances in the development of devices and expansion of communication have exposed new media users to vast amount of information, and the users, subsequently, have to make choice in consuming such information according to their needs. In such environment, a substantial portion of information simply flows to oblivion. Thus, the user finds it necessary to curate and filter the information in order to consume. Accordingly, browser favorites and many other related services have been developed to satisfy the user needs to save personal interests and manage the contents efficiently. But these services do not lead the users to the continued consumption of favorited contents, in other words, ‘return.’ This study was conducted by constructing image mapping through case studies and existing service analysis, drawing persona and scenario from interviews, and finally exploring the needs. At the end, we propose an interface to efficiently lead the users to return to favorited contents via lock-screen—the uppermost layer of smartphone.
