With the development of information technology (IT), various smart devices are being used by the public, and the Internet network system between smart devices has entered the era of the Internet of Things (IOT). In addition, these smart technologies have also been applied to the residential environment. Smart home service and smart home application service will make human life more convenient. However, the use of smart home applications is not often used by seniors who have a lot of time to actually live in the house. Therefore, this study aims to find out the effect on the intention to use smart home applications for convenient and efficient residential life for the senior generation.
머신러닝 기반의 진동 이상신호 분석을 통한 스마트공장 예측정비에 관한 연구

Vibration signals contain a lot of information about the condition of rotating equipment, but it is difficult to analyze them in small industrial sites due to the small number of experts or the large number of facilities to be managed by one expert. This study presents AI(Artificial Intelligence)-based abnormal signal detection and fault mode pattern classification techniques that categorize abnormal signals through Supervised Learning on the fault history of vibration signals generated by rotating equipment facilities, and categorize fault modes through profiling and Supervised Learning of classified abnormal signals. If abnormal signals are diagnosed early and provided the cause and risk of the defect based on the profiled data, non-experts will be able to easily identify the condition of the facility and take appropriate action.

Super-consolidated technology is cited as the main technological factor of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Through IoT technology, various equipment, data, goods and processes are organically connected to each other, and intelligent services tailored to location and time are being actively expanded as services to improve the working environment at the level of preventing industrial accidents at construction sites and to prevent accidents involving workers. The IoT Infrastructure Construction Safety Service provides information in a practical and comfortable environment by securing safety zones in hazardous areas at construction sites and providing workers with safe work environments. In this study, a questionnaire was conducted on companies using IoT infrastructure construction safety services, and research was carried out on factors affecting the intention to accept IoT infrastructure construction safety services effective in accident prevention.
