Vol.6 No.-

Vol.25 No.1

This study is a study of the interpreters who accompanied the Chosun Tongsinsa when he visited Japan on 12 occasions. As to who the interpreters who accompanied the Tongsin envoys were, what status they accompanied, and what their majors were, there were three sources (a paper published in the Chosun Hakbo, a survey on people related to Tongsin envoys in Naver, and the Promotion of Korean Studies). The analysis was based on the results of the project, the Dictionary of Diplomatic Terms against Japan during the Joseon Dynasty, and also referenced the Annals of the Chosun Dynasty and the Encyclopedia of Korean Culture. Looking at these materials, the names of the interpreters who accompanied the Tongsin envoys are missing in some records depending on the material, and their positions (Dangsang interpreter, Sangtongsa, Chasangtongsa, Apmultongsa, etc.) are different depending on the material. In some cases, one or two pieces of data may be different. Also, there were cases where the position was not clearly recorded and was simply stated as [translator]. In addition, in the major part of the translator, there were differences depending on the data regarding whether it was Japanese or Chinese studies, and there were also parts where the Chinese character notation of the name was different. Through this study, we were able to clearly see which parts were inconsistent and that even the basics of the interpreters who accompanied the messenger envoy had not yet been clearly organized. In order to clarify this, there is a need for a more detailed study, including analysis of envoy records related to the Chosun Tongsinsa and other materials.

Vol.1 No.61

        - Research is needed to shed light on the history of Koreans in Japan. So far, the overall research has been done enough. However, it can be said that there is little research on one area. - This time, I would like to consider what activities, especially the ways in which Fukuoka’s Korean-Japanese, who were closest to Busan and originated in Japan settled in japan and - This time, I would like to consider the activities of the Korean-Japanese in Fukuoka, where the return ship departed, in particular, how they settled in Japan, and what efforts they made to survive in Japan. - In order to do so, 1) strengthen solidarity and advocate rights in Japanese society 2) cooperation with the community 3) Linkage with the home country 4) Consider what activities have been done to improve bilateral relations. Fukuoka Prefecture’s Mindan members have made their own efforts to survive in Japan, they examined what discrimination they had made against foreigners in Japan, and what activities was done by Korean permanent residents to defend their rights. The study also examined how to connect with the residents of the community as members of Japanese society and various of aspects of what exchanges and activities of the nation as citizens were concerned about their home country. In addition, What efforts have been made to improve the relationship between Korea and Japan. Although there were many mentions of activities linked to activities at the Central Headquarters of Mindan, there was little analysis and research on the activities of the local civil complex. So, it is believed that the 70 years history of activities in Fukuoka province has been somewhat clear. Finally, I want to consider what the challenges left of the Mindan are. Mindan has gradually reduced the number of permanent residents, and many people take Japanese citizenship by marriage or naturalization. Koreans in Japan are also moving to 3 and 4 years old. In this situation, Mindan also considered what it should look like.

Surface Analysis of Aluminum Bonding Pads in Flash Memory Multichip Packaging

2014 Transactions on Electrical and Electronic Material Vol.15 No.4

Although gold wire bonding techniques have already matured in semiconductor manufacturing, weakly bondedwires in semiconductor chip assembly can jeopardize the reliability of the final product. In this paper, weakly bondedor failed aluminum bonding pads are analyzed using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Auger electronSpectroscopy (AES), and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) to investigate potential contaminants on the bondpad. We found the source of contaminants is related to the dry etching process in the previous manufacturing step, and fluorocarbon plasma etching of a passivation layer showed meaningful evidence of the formation of fluorinatedby-products of AlFx on the bond pads. Surface analysis of the contaminated aluminum layer revealed the presence offluorinated compounds AlOFx, Al(OF)x, Al(OH)x, and CFx.

Vol.1 No.19

This study is to discuss Japanese Voice in the viewpoint of the Prototype Theory. Previous studies have mainly dealt with Japanese Voice in the viewpoint of Causative and Passive. This study shows how transitivity affects Japanese Voice. It is known that verbs of high transitivity tend to have causatives and passives, but transitivity is not the only factor. This study considers other (semantic and discourse-pragmatic) factors rather than transitivity.

Vol.1 No.11

This paper discusses Japanese Causatives and Passives and their relations to transitive/intransitive verbs in terms of transitivity. It shows that Japanese verbs are syntactically classified into two subcategories--one with its corresponding intranstive/ transtive counterparts and the other with no such counterparts. It also discusses the transitivity of causatives and passives, showing how causatives and passives are semantically related to transitive/intransitive verbs.
