쓰기 지식을 중심으로 한 학문 목적 한국어 쓰기 교육의 연구 경향

이 연구는 학문 목적 한국어 쓰기 교육의 연구 경향을 분석하여 그 결과를 제시하고 이를 바탕으로 하여 앞으로의 연구에 시사점을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 한국어교육에 학문 목적 한국어교육 개념이 도입된 이후 현재까지 학문 목적 한국어교육 연구는 지속적으로 증가해 왔을 뿐만 아니라 그 범위도 넓어졌다. 이중에서도 쓰기 교육 연구가 특히 활발히 이루어졌다. 이는 학습자의 요구가 특히 높은 영역이기도 하거니와 학문 목적의 쓰기가 보이는 일반 목적의 쓰기와 다른 특징들 때문이다. 주제별로 연구 경향을 분석한 결과 교실에서 학습자들에게 쓰기를 어떻게 지도할 것인지에 대한 내용과 학습자들이 학문 목적의 쓰기를 어떻게 하고 있는지를 분석한 연구가 많았다. 한편 학문 목적의 한국어 학습자가 성공적으로 과제를 수행하기 위해 갖추어야 할 지식별로 연구 결과를 분석한 결과 학문 목적이라는 특수 상황의 맥락을 반영한 연구가 특히 많았다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 앞으로의 연구는 이와 같은 맥락 지식을 더욱 구체화하는 동시에 학문적 담화공동체가 요구하는 내용, 언어, 쓰기 처리 지식이 무엇인지를 찾고 이를 교육할 수 있는 방안을 제시할 수 있도록 방향을 맞추어야 할 것이다. This study aims to analyze the current trends in researches which were published since the academic community has taken an interest in Korean writing education for academic purpose. Due to a growing number of students that are learning Korean language in order to pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree, more spotlight has been on developing Korean academic writing education in order to meet their needs. It was necessary that contents and teaching method of such Korean education were tailored to meet the demands of Korean language learners. In particular, many researches were conducted on developing education for Korean writing for academic purposes. Therefore, out of the 230 researches related to Korean language education for academic purpose, 83 that were specifically about Korean academic writing education were analyzed for the purpose of this study. Trend by year showed an increasing total number of researches. When categorized by subject, most of the researches focused on general education plan and revealed a further need for expanding the scope of such research. Furthermore, the study examined the progress of researches that were done on content knowledge, context knowledge, language system knowledge, and writing process knowledge, which are said to be crucial for students to have in order to improve their Korean academic writing skills. Based on the analysis, most of the researches were found to be about forming context knowledge with its focus on genre. This may be the result of noting the fact that most of the students will have to write on specific genre that is required based on their different educational contexts and situations. However, building content knowledge and applying it in academic writing is equally as important as understanding the characteristics of genre. Specifically, there seems to be a need to conduct a research on students’ cross-textual knowledge and development and application of their integrated knowledge. Based on the analysis of existing researches on Korean academic writing education, it was confirmed that there needs to be further studies on designing and developing specific contents and methodology for Korean writing education for academic purpose.

This paper has the objective to suggest specific specialized learning activities in Korean language education necessary for children of multi-cultural families. Korean language education for children with multi-cultural backgrounds should consider BICS(Basic Interpersonal Communicative Skill) and CALP(Cognitive Academic Language Proficiency) because Korean language education is conducted in the public education system. This paper focuses on the essence of an actual classroom the “learning activities.” In this paper, We first discuss the special characteristics of children and characteristics of KSL education. Taking this as a basis, this research is structured as “Teaching-Understanding-Application-Everyday life”, and the effective Korean language learning activities on each step are suggested. This paper presents a case that takes learning activities that are effective in understanding the content learned as a foundation and focuses on learning activities that can be applied to everyday and school life.
튀르키예 거주 시리아 난민 청소년 대상 한국어교육 서비스-러닝 사례 연구

This study presents cases of Korean language education for Syrian refugee youth in Turkey, conducted as a service-learning initiative at Seoul Women's University over three semesters. It aims to explore the significance and limitations of non-face-to-face Korean language education for refugee youth through service-learning. The study defines refugee concepts and categories, examines the status of refugees in Korea, public perceptions, and current educational trends, and identifies eligible refugee types. It outlines a service-learning Korean language education program, detailing its characteristics, participants, teaching-learning content, and class operation. Findings indicate that such education benefits refugees abroad who do not intend to resettle in Korea, enhancing both language skills and emotional well-being. Additionally, Korean college students improved their cultural understanding and achieved service-learning objectives. Despite national-level challenges, these cases demonstrate effective methods of conducting Korean language education for refugees, offering significant insights beyond language teaching.

A University is One Society formed by knowledge community, and the role and function of the University changed by the flow of the times, especially modern society, a meaning changes into the university more at the mutual interchange place of knowledge and human relations as a place exchanging a specific function called the education. This study mainly focus on contents of campus Master Plan and LRDP of American 3 University(Univ. of California, Univ. of Pennsylvania, Harvard Univ.), this study analyze a campus development program aspect and propose the campus development of the co-survival direction at a long-term point of view. This study analyzed the planned characteristics of campus development plan are as follows: The first. Among the contents which the plan element of the existing campus master plan, the development program at the long-term point of view and road map construction are proposed by campus master plan. The university campus in Korea is put too much importance to against this by a plan for the change of the inside university area and problem. Therefore, the university campus master plan in Korea need supplement of the plan element of the long-term development program dimension in future. In addition, main idea of the co-survival with an regional area and the city, to success the campus master plan with LRDP, it is need constitution of the consultative group and detail vision according to make phasing plan.

This study is on the sign design to improve the current status of sign systems in exhibition center where visitors have difficulties in way finding increasingly together with the growth in its size and scale, and it carried out an assessment from universal design perspective to help provision of consistent information to the visitors who are encountered with various visual situation. To meet the goal of the study, it analyzed the current status of guidance sign systems in 4 domestic exhibition convention centers (COEX, KINTEX, BEXCO, XCO) and the Chicago McComic Place in the United States and lastly the Tokyo Big Sight which is the biggest convention center in Japan. Then, as a assessment from universal design perspective, it examined the uses of colors(color schemes, brightness and chromas), and analyzed the pictograms, arrows and multiple languages used in the sign systems. The problems of signs found from the analysis are as follows. For the use of color, Chicago McComic Place used yellow tone colors thus is possibly be inconvenient for the elderly who are weak in recognizing yellow color. In the use of pictograms and arrows, COEX used very thin arrows and the pictograms designed autonomously thus giving confusions in recognizing them. As for the use of multiple languages, EXCO used three languages(Korean, English and Chinese), on the other hand, the rest of the four domestic exhibition convention centers used only two languages(Korean and English) thus lacks in regarding foreigners. The McComic Place used only English, however, it was a little hard to put them on the assessment since it is hard for them to select the second language since the US is an English speaking country. The Tokyo Big Sight got the highest mark with four languages (Korean, Japanese, Chinese and English). The problems found in this study should be considered in future sign designs for exhibition convention centers so that the signs can provide consistent information to visitors.
