명동 지역의 도시구조 특성에 따른 건축공간구성 유형에 관한 연구

This study is a part of successive analyses of diverse districts of Seoul to understand the types of architectural space composition according to the characters of urban structure. Based on the Muratorian school’s typo-morphological method, the study carried out the process of the transition of urban structure and the development of Myung_Dong district by reference review including old maps, the analysis of present conditions of the site by field survey. The study inspect closely how to respond the building to urban structure by 3-D analytic method by means of diverse photos and sections etc. The conclusions of the study summarized as follows. Myung_Dong has the actual system of roads & composition of lots through the complicated process of transition. The buildings who are generally located along to the alley at close, constitute inner road systems and they are activated following Junang_Gil on the list were western part of Myungdong_Gil and Chungmur1Ga_Gil. In these alleys, many buildings of ‘Single Purpose Building’ type, located and they were constituted through the changes of facade to respond to the diverse demands in the development process of the roads, for a long time. And these type of buildings has the character of the 'vertical expansion of space' that is related to the composition of lots in Myung_Dong. These types of architectural space composition according to the characters of urban structure of Myung_Dong district make their identies to the alleys who have the atmosphere more asian activated & thriving.

서울 인사동길의 도시구조 특성에 따른 공간구성 유형에 관한 연구

This study is a first step to understand the characteristics of urban structure, through successive analyses of various places of Seoul. The purpose of the study is unveiling the principles and types for the spatial composition of Insa-Dong, under the fact that the characteristics of the urban structure of an area influence not only the urban design but also the architectural & interior space design. Based on the Muratorian school’s typo-morphological method by reference review, the analytical framework of the study is improved, contains the analysis of present conditions of the site by field survey. The framework includes the basic elements of urban structure, namely road systems, blocks, composition of lots, buildings, building codes, and related plannings. Each basic element was dealt not only with a historical view point but also with a synthetic analysis method to draw the characteristics of urban structure and types for the spatial composition of the site. The conclusion of the study summarized as follows. The linear court, so called, 'Insa-Dong street' has a crucial part of the site and interacts with buildings by means of three types : a direct connection, a connection with a front court yard, and a connection with an inner court yard. Various forms of alleys, which are another critical character of the site, are the results of development in order to interact with Insa-Dong street. Finally, it is compulsory that the types for the spatial composition and the characteristics of urban structure in Insa-Dong must be applied to not only the urban design, but also the architectural & interior space design.

서울, 정동지역의 도시구조와 외부공간구성 특성에 관한 연구

This study was carried out on an extension of the study to understand Seoul. And, the purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics and essences of urban structure & outdoor space composition, to reveal the various possibilities of Jung_Dong, where is distinct from other areas of Seoul. For the study, we use basically the framework of analysis which was used in previous studies about Seoul, and analyse Jung_Dong dividing history in 3 parts according to historical events considering the relationship between historical contexts and the components who consist urban structure. In particular, analysing the large-scale lots who have the strong influences on the characteristics of urban structure of Jung_Dong, we reveal the essences of the characteristics of urban outdoor space composition. The conclusions of this study are summarized as follows. In Jung-Dong, where the important historical events occurred, the large-scale lots have the atypical forms according to the topography and the boundaries according to the differences of the levels. The functional characters and the geological conditions of the large-scale lots play important roles in characterizing urban outdoor spaces & structures and maintaining them without significant changes to the present. The buildings constructed on the large-scale lots are inner-directed rather than road-directed and the group of buildings placed make outdoor spaces with various forms & scales. These characteristics of urban structures make outdoor spaces with a continuous flow and various spatial possibilities.

스마트폰 지속사용의도 결정 요인에 관한 연구: 사용자 경험 중심으로

국내 스마트폰 사용자 수는 이제 3,000만을 넘어섰다. 점점 시장이 성숙해 가면서 사용자의 이탈을 방지하기 위해서는 현존하는 사용자의 스마트폰 지속사용의도를 결정하는 요인들을 파악하여 지속사용의도를 강화시키는 방안을 강구하는 것이 중요한 이슈가 된다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 경험 만족에 영향을 주는 선행요인들(단말기 품질, 제조사 서비스 품질, 기대충족)과 사용자 경험 만족도가 어떻게 고객의 헌신도와 지속사용의도를 결정하는지를, 확장된 기대충족모델을 기반으로 가설을 세우고, 600명 이상의 국내 스마트폰 사용자의 응답을 대상으로 분석하여 검증한다. 또한 서로 다른 스마트폰의 특징별 사용자 경험 만족도와 지속사용의도를 비교한다. 연구의 결과는 스마트폰 사용자의 지속사용의도를 높이는 방안을 강구하는 데 유용한 가이드라인을 제공할 것으로 기대된다. The number of smart phone users in Korea has reached over 30 million. As the market gets mature, it becomes more cru-cial to identify the determinants of smart phone users` continuation intention and devise a way that can fortify it. In this study, we develop research hypotheses about how the antecedents of user experience satisfaction (phone quality, manufacturer ser-vice quality, and confirmation) influences brand loyalty and continuation intention via their effects on user experience satis-faction on the basis of an extended expectation-confirmation model, and test the hypotheses against the data collected from over 600 smart phone users in Korea. Further, we compare the levels of user experience satisfaction and continuation inten-tion across major properties of different smart phones. The findings of the study are expected to provide useful guidelines on devising a way to heighten the continuation intentions of smart phone users
