다문화가정 청소년 복지서비스 전달체계의 운영기준과 효과성에 대한 연구: 서비스 주체 간 인식 비교를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 다문화가정 청소년 복지서비스 전달체계의 운영기준과 효과성에 대한 서비스 주체에 따른 인식의 차이를 연구하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 다문화가정 청소년 복지서비스 수요자인 다문화가정 청소년 어머니 101명, 전달자인 기관 종사자 78명, 공급자인 공무원 98명 등 총 277명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계분석, 분산분석, 사후비교분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화가정 청소년 복지서비스 전달체계의 운영기준과 효과성에 대한 인식은 보통 수준이었다. 둘째, 서비스 주체에 따라 다문화가정 청소년 복지서비스 전달체계의 운영기준과 효과성에 대한 인식에 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 다문화가정 청소년 복지서비스 전달체계의 운영기준과 효과성 간에는 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 넷째, 다문화가정 청소년 복지서비스 전달체계의 운영기준이 효과성에 미치는 영향은 수요자는 전체 변량의 75%, 전달자 70%, 공급자 72%로 복지서비스 전달체계의 운영기준이 효과성을 설명하는 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 다문화가정 청소년 복지서비스 전달체계를 개선시키기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to look into the difference of perception by service subjects on administrational standards and effectiveness of the welfare service delivery system for the youth of multicultural families. To that end, a questionnaire survey was conducted to total 277 subjects including 101 mothers of multicultural families as welfare service beneficiaries and 78 institution workers as deliverer, and 98 public servants as provider. For data analysis, the were conducted descriptive statistics, ANOVA, multiple comparisons, correlation, regression analysis. The major finding of the study were as follows: First, the perception of administrational standards and effectiveness of the welfare service delivery system for the youth of multicultural families was kind of ordinary level. Second, the perception of administrational standards and effectiveness of the welfare service delivery system for the youth of multicultural families was different by service subjects. Third, there is a positive correlation between administrational standards and effectiveness of the welfare service delivery system for the youth of multicultural families. Fourth, the administrational standards effect of the welfare service delivery system for the youth of multicultural families on effectiveness indicated 75% of the total variation of the provider, 70% of deliverer, 72% of provider explained the effectiveness of welfare service delivery system. Based on the above findings, this study suggested a plan to improve the welfare service delivery system for the youth of multicultural families.
