빈곤사회를 위한 사회적 디자인(Social design) 평가지표에 관한 연구

This study starts from a hypothesis that design, which is closely related to human life, can secure human rights and mitigate social inequalities. This study aims to propose social design guidelines to resolve a conflict in poor societies caused by economic inequalities. The concept and characteristic of the social design is defined to lay the foundation for the study. The basic principles of social design is derived from analyzing many design development practices and previous studies of the evaluation criteria for absolute poor people who can not secure human rights because they can not generate enough income. Basic principles derived from this study are ``ensuring human rights``, ``shared value creation``, ``social appropriateness``, ``sustainability``. The four principles act as essential items to assess social design and could be used as criteria to develop social design. And the four principles ensure the objectivity of evaluation for social design in reality that there`s a lack of understanding and interest in design for the extremely poor.

The purpose of this study was to promote the study of the master plan for the nature of the service design and design concept developed strategies for improving the patient experience, the B hospital services Rehabilitation Center in Seoul. Focusing on design thinking, we conducted empirical studies to develop differentiated strategies of the B hospital medical services and find the key touch point for service improvement and propose concepts of service design. For this study, we investigated service stakeholders`` opinions, attitudes and perceptions etc. after understanding the context of the existing hospital system through an experience design research of rehabilitation patients, especially who has a geriatric. Then, after applying the ERG theory of C.Alderfer, we developed 10 concept designs which will be available in the future and increase the value of service expected by patients and caregivers. We hope this study will be helpful for developing the direction for improvement of medical service design for multi-angle and preparing the ground for improvements of service design to increase the confidence in national public medical services.

오피니언마이닝을 활용한 자동차 실내공간 고급감 결정요인 체계에 관한 연구 - 국내·외 프리미엄 자동차를 중심으로 -

This study attempt to conceptualize a “sense of luxury and to investigate how to apply it to design. The purpose of this study is the value system structure for defining the sense of luxury of automobile interior space. The research process and contents for this study are as follows. Opinion mining was conducted to define the determinants and evaluation attributes for defining the concept of luxury and systemize the sense of luxury relationship model. In addition, the results of previous experiments were verified through real vehicle experiments and systematized the sense of luxury design principles. The results of the opinion mining to build a definition of luxury, `ostentation, persistence, aesthetics, comfort, intuitiveness, spatiality, intuitiveness, stability and convenience` were extracted as the decision factors of the sense of luxury. It was classified into the attractive level, one-dimensional level, and required level according to the degree of quality satisfaction of each factor. And the `Sense of Luxury Satisfaction Relation Positioning Map` was constructed which can classify similar characteristics of the sense of luxury decision factors and evaluate the level of emotional satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to be used as a standard for design development and evaluation system.
