The pump safety related to the functions in nuclear power plants must be designed to meet load conditions considering seismic requirements. In order to satisfy both structural integrity and operability of these pumps, the initial step in the seismic qualification is to establish the resonant frequencies of the structure. Applications we made to the design of the vertical and horizontal type pump. Computational results are analyzed with respect to the dynamic characteristics and are compared to the expected design requirements.
수중환경을 고려한 수중 음향재료의 반향음 감소성능 연구

The requirement of acoustic material which is used in underwater environment more increases. The material is used to reduce acoustic signature and radiate noise for underwater vehicle. Underwater acoustic material was made by viscoelastic material such as a rubber and a polyurethane etc. The mechanical and acoustic characteristics of these material change with hydrostatic pressure. In order to increase an acoustic performance according to hydrostatic pressure, several kinds of scatterers were added to viscoelastic material. In this paper, acoustic modelling and analysis techniques of underwater acoustic material with hydrostatic pressure were introduced and proposed. The specimens for pulse tube test were made and echo reductions were calculated and measured with hydrostatic pressure. Also the characteristics of echo reduction of the specimens with hydrostatic pressure were obtained and discussed.

인공수지관절이란 수지관절에 문제가 발생될 때 사용하는 제품으로 수지관절을 대체하여 원활한 움직임을 가질 수 있도록 제작되는 인공의료기기 이다. 인공수지관절은 주로 티타늄이나 고분자 재질로 만들어지는데, 그 종단부 표면은 뛰어난 내마모성과 고윤활성을 가짐과 동시에 생체친화성을 가져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 유한요소법을 이용하여 초기 형상에 따른 구조 해석을 수행하였다. 해석에 적용된 재료와 구조는 크게 타이타늄(CP-Ti)과 실리콘(Silicone) 모델 2 가지이며, 각 조건에 따른 해석 결과를 비교 분석하여 인공 수지 관절 최적 설계안을 도출 하고자 하였다. 각 조건에 따른 해석 결과를 비교 분석한 결과, 본 연구에서 도안한 타이타늄(CP-Ti) 모델과 실리콘(Silicone) 모델에서 다양한 조건하에서 ASTM F04.33 의 구체적인 기준과 큰 차이가 없음을 확인 하였다.

When the vector control, which does not need a speed signal from a mechanical speed sensor, it is possible to reduce the cost of the control equipment and to improve the control performance in many industrial application.<br/> This paper describes a rotor speed identification method of induction motor based on the theory of flux model reference adaptive system. The estimator execute the rotor speed identification so that the vector control of the induction motor may be achieved. The improved auxiliary variable of the two model are introduced to perform accurate rotor speed estimation.<br/> The control system is composed of the PI controller for speed control and current controller using space voltage vector PWM technique. High speed calculation and processing for vector control is carried out by TMS320C31 digital signal processor Validity of the proposed control method is verified through simulation and experimental result.
