IPA 매트릭스를 활용한 유아인성교육실제에 대한 유아교사의 요구분석

본 연구의 목적은 IPA 매트릭스 분석을 활용하여 유아교사가 인식하는 유아인성교육의 실제에 대한 요구를 분석하는데 있다. 유아교사 359명을 대상으로 유아인성교육 실제(유아인성교육의 목적, 내용, 교수·학습방법, 평가방법)에 대한 요구를 알아보았다. 연구도구는 유아인성교육에 관한 선행 연구를 토대로 유아인성교육실제에 대한 유아교사의 인식을 알아보는 질문지(86문항, Cronbach’s α=.981)를 사용하였다. 연구결과 유아교사는 첫째, 유아인성교육의 목적에 대해 우선시정이 필요하다고 인식하였다. 둘째, 유아인성교육의 평가방법에 대해서는 점진개선이 필요하다고 인식하였다. 셋째, 유아인성교육의 내용, 유아인성교육의 교수·학습방법에 대해서는 과잉지양으로 인식하였다. 또한 유아인성교육의 목적, 내용, 교수·학습방법, 평가방법의 하위내용 분석결과 유아교사는 실제영역별로 교육에 대한 다양한 요구가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 유아인성교육실제에 대한 유아교사의 요구를 알아보고 이를 근거로 바람직한 유아인성교육 방안을 모색하고, 이후 유아 인성교육을 위한 교사교육 프로그램의 기초자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of early childhood character education in early childhood teachers using IPA matrix analysis. The purpose of this study was to investigate the needs of young children's character education for 359 young children's teacher (purpose, contents, teaching and learning methods, evaluation methods). The research tool used a questionnaire (86 items, Cronbach's α= .981) that examined the perception of early childhood teachers' perceptions of childhood character practice based on previous research on child character education. The results of this study were as follows: First, early childhood teachers perceived that the purpose of child education was firstly needed. Secondly, we recognized that gradual improvement is necessary for the evaluation methods of child character education. Third, they perceived the content of the child education and the teaching and learning methods of the child education. In addition, the results of analyzing the purpose, content, teaching and learning methods and evaluation method of the child character education revealed that there are various demands of the early childhood teachers about education. The purpose of this study is to investigate the needs of early childhood teachers on the actual practice of early childhood education, to find out desirable methods for early childhood character education, and then to provide basic data of teacher education program for early childhood education.

대학 온라인 튜터링 학습환경에서 교수실재감, 학업성취도 및 학습만족도 간의 관계 분석

본 연구는 대학 온라인 튜터링 학습환경에서 교수실재감이 학업성취도와 학습만족도에 미치는 효과를 분석하여, 학생들의 대학생활 적응 및 학습역량 강화를 위한 교수방안을 모색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구를 위해 2021학년도 1학기 부산시 소재 D학교 OO연구소 튜터링 프로그램 참가자들을 대상으로 교수실재감, 학업성취도 그리고 학습만족도를 조사하여 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 교수실재감과 학업성취도 및 학습만족도와의 관계분석에서는 학습활동의 학습관리, 참여관리, 내용구조화 순으로 높은 상관이 나타났으며, 교수실재감이 학업성취도와 학습만족도에 미치는 영향력에서는 튜티의 학습활동 하위영역인 학습관리에서 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 기초하여 온라인 튜터링 교수설계시에 교수실재감을 반영한 운영과정과 방법에 대한 방향성을 시사하였고, 학습환경에서 학습자의 학습경험의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 학습관리 방안에 대한 심도있는 논의를 제공하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of teaching presence on academic achievement and learning satisfaction in the university online tutoring learning environment, and to find teaching methods for students’ adaption of college life and their reinforcement of learning capabilities. In the study, the relationship between teaching presence, academic achievement and learning satisfaction were analyzed for those who participants in the tutoring program of the Busan D School OO Research Center during the first semester of 2021. As a result of the study, the relationship between teaching presence, academic achievement and learning satisfaction was indicated high correlation in the order of learning management, participation management and content structure of learning activities; the effect of teaching presence on academic achievement and learning satisfaction was found a significant effect in learning management, which is a sub-area of the tutees learning activities. These results therefore suggest the direction of the operation process and method reflecting teaching presence, and provide an in-depth discussion on the learning management method that can improve the quality of the learners learning experience in the learning environment.
