‘마이크로시대’의 정의에 대한 분석을 통해 ‘마이크로시대’는 웨이보를 문화 전파로 활용하는 방식 중 하나라는 것을 알 수 있다. 현재 정보가 급속하게 전파되는 시대에 ‘마이크로시대’의 정보교류 속도는 더욱 빠르고 전달되는 내용도 시각적 충격효과를 지니고 있다. 이러한 영향으로 정보의 교류방식은 더 이상 단일성에 머물지 않고 다양화로 발전하고 있다. ‘마이크로시대’가 빠르게 진행되면서 ‘마이크로 도구’가 우리의 생활 영역을 폭넓게 영향을 주면서 ‘마이크로시대'하의 대학생 교육과 관리에 대한 연구가 새로운 도전과 함께 새로운 기회에 직면하게 될 것이다. 학생들을 교육하는 관련부서와 담당자들은 ‘마이크로시대'에 적응하여 ‘마이크로 도구’의 주도자가 되어야 할 것이다. 배워야 하는 지식 자체가 상대적으로 무미건조한 내용일 수록 대학생들이 파악해야 할 지식의 내용과 양이 많아 이를 받아들이고 습득할 수 있는 시간은 한정되어 있다. 이러한 경우 학생들을 교육하는 관리직으로서 일부 배울 지식의 중점, 난점 등을 신속하게 학생들에게 흥취를 주고 배워야할 내용의 중점을 알려줄 수 있다면 매우 유익할 것이다. 본문은 ‘마이크로시대’에 있어서 대학생의 교육과 관리에 관련한 연구와 분석을 통해 ‘마이크로시대’가 대학생의 교육과 관리에 새로운 기회와 도전을 주고 있음을 밝히며, 이에 대응하는 대학교 교육관리의 적절한 전략을 분석함으로써 ‘마이크로시대’의 교육과 관리를 효과적으로 향상시킬 수 있음을 강조하고자 한다. By analyzing the definition of "micro era", it can be seen that "micro era" is one of the ways to take microblog as the way of cultural communication. In today's era of rapid information dissemination, the "micro era" information exchanges faster, and the spread of content is more powerful and visual impact. Affected by this, the way of information communication is no longer single, and it is completely possible to use this way to achieve communication, so that the way of information communication is more diverse. Because knowledge itself is a relatively boring content. For college students, they need to master a lot of knowledge content and quantity. The time available to accept and digest this knowledge is limited. In this way, as the management workers who directly educate students, we can make the key points and difficult points of some knowledge into the content with great visual impact, high viscosity, and enable students to improve their reading interest and master the key contents in a relatively short time This paper is based on the "micro era" of the relevant overview for discussion. It analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the "micro era" to students' education and the optimization strategies of college education management, so as to effectively improve the "micro era" of education management.
