        By analyzing the definition of micro era, it can be seen that micro era is one of the ways to take microblog as the way of cultural communication. In today's era of rapid information dissemination, the micro era information exchanges faster, and the spread of content is more powerful and visual impact. Affected by this, the way of information communication is no longer single, and it is completely possible to use this way to achieve communication, so that the way of information communication is more diverse. With the rapid development of micro-era, micro-tools involve more and more extensive fields of our life. Under the micro era, the research on the education management of college students will face new challenges as well as some new opportunities. As management workers who directly educate students, we should actively engage in learning in the micro era and actively become the dominant player of micro tools to share current events. Because knowledge itself is a relatively boring content. For college students, they need to master a lot of knowledge content and quantity. The time available to accept and digest this knowledge is limited. In this way, as the management workers who directly educate students, we can make the key points and difficult points of some knowledge into the content with great visual impact, high viscosity, and enable students to improve their reading interest and master the key contents in a relatively short time This paper is based on the micro era of the relevant overview for discussion.
