The cooper is often used in micro-electro-mechanical system device and tape carieer package(TCP), LCD etc. Material property of micro thin film is different from bulk structure. And mechanical fatigue characteristics of micro thin film is different from bulk one. So study of mechanical property of micro thin film is important. This paper describes a fatigue test of cooper(micro-thin film) that condition are single amplitude loading condition and variable amplitude loading condition. And ascertain the application of cycle counting method -Miner's rule- on micro thin film.

Primary water stress corrosion cracking in penetration nozzles has been an important issue in maintenance of pressurised water nuclear reactors. The end of 2012, Korea nuclear power plant has found a PWSCC in the control rod drive nozzles (CRDM). Weld induced residual stress is main factor for crack growth. Therefore exact estimation of residual stress is important for reliable operating. In this paper, was studied for the effect of adjacent nozzle welding on residual stress distribution of penetration nozzle in RPV. The results of this study are as follows. The influence of the adjacent nozzle welding occurs in after weld.(As-weld) And in NOP, the effect is negligible.
