This study is to investigate college students' awareness of corruption among social classes. As well as recognition of oneself, recognition of the group and society he belongs to affects his behaviors. Thus, this study attempts an exploratory study for the sound development of our society in the future by analyzing how college students, who are the leaders of the future generation, recognize of corruption among the social classes in society. As a result of this study, it turned out that reliability on the social classes in society was very low, and the current anti-systems or programs in our society were insufficient compared to those of advanced countries. Besides, it turned out that distrust in the older generation and social leadership affected college students' recognition of corruption, which indicates that careful approach to strategies for anti-corruption in the future is essential.

최근 급변하는 경제상황에서 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 방안으로 상생협력이 강조되고 있다. 그러나 기업의 경쟁력은 기업간 협력의 중요성 이면에 기업내부의 협력적인 노사문화가 정착되지 않고서는 기업의 경쟁력 강화 및 기업간 상생협력이 요원할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 기업의 협력적 노사문화 형성에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴봄으로써 향후 노사협력 관계 형성을 위한 대안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적에 따라 협력적 노사문화 형성의 중요요인에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 각각의 요인을 도출하였고, 각 요인들은 AHP분석을 통하여 중요성 및 우선순위를 체계화하였다. 분석결과 종업원을 존중하는 경영이 강화되어야 하며 투명경영 정착, 조직의 비전과 가치를 공유하는 관계 형성이 협력적 노사문화 형성에 중요하다는 결과를 도출하였으며 이에 따라 기업의 협력적 노사문화 형성을 위한 대안을 제안하였다. This study aims to look into factors which exert an important effect on the formation of cooperative employer-employee management systems of enterprises and finally to suggest an alternative for establishing the futures union-management relations. To accomplish the purpose, this research find each of important factors of the formation of cooperative employer-employee management systems through a theoretical consideration of those factors. The importance and priority order of the factors were systematized by the AHP analysis. The analysis showed the following two things. First of all, the management expecting the employees should be strengthened. Then, the establishment of transparent management and union-management systems sharing the enterprises vision and values play important roles in the formation cooperative employer-employee management systems. In conclusion, this study provided alternative for establishing the futures union-management relations, based on the analysis results.

본 연구는 지역전략산업진흥사업의 효과를 통하여 향후 분권적?상향적 지역산업정책이 다양한 형태로 발전하여 지역의 자생적 능력을 향상시키고 지역의 혁신능력을 배양하여 지역산업을 진흥시키고 지역경제를 활성화 한다는 측면에서 접근하였다. 지역산업의 진흥은 현 정부의 광역경제권 구축정책의 기본전제로 광역을 이루는 한 축의 발전이 타 지역에 비하여 낙후된다면 광역이라는 경제권구상에 있어 실패 또는 갈등요인으로 작용할 수 있을 것이다. 분석결과, 충북지역의 전략산업은 타 지역과 비교하여 상대적으로 빠른 발전을 하였고 지역의 전략산업 발전 정책이 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 R&D체계의 효과적인 개선이 필요함을 도출하였다. Fortunately, South Korea government changed from efficiency-centered economic policy to balanced territorial economic development. Therefore, the purpose of this research is firstly to present how to development of regional industry, and secondly to analysis of effectiveness from regional industry development project.

본 연구는 글로벌 경제체제 하에서의 차세대 국가경쟁력기반인 광역경제권역 내에서의 지방 R&D 지원체계의 효율화에 대한 연구이다. 최근 OECD 주요 선진국들은 국가경쟁력 강화차원에서 지역의 경제권역을 확대해 가면서 확대된 경제권역에 새로운 권한과 기능을 부여하는 방식을 채택하고 있다. 또한 지역의 R&D의 역량을 강화하여 국가경쟁력의 기반인 지역의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 노력을 경주하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 상황하에서 우리나라의 지역 R&D의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 지역 R&D 추진체계에 대한 현황분석과 사례분석을 통하여 향후 우리나라의 지역 R&D 발전을 위한 방안을 도출하였다. The Economic region, the strategy for regional development, is a global trend and has become the blue ocean. Korea has also moved forward with the concept of economic region as the strategy for regional development. So, The main purpose of this study is to find the strategies to improve the regional R&D competitive power and making regional R&D support system. As a goal of regional innovation and regional economic development, the business adds new jobs and new products, resulting in growth of the community.
