The adhesive is an indispensable material in assembling, manufacturing and packing process of all industrial products such as house, furniture and automobiles that people are always available. A synthetic rubber adhesive that makes up a bulk of the adhesive is consist of a mixture of organic solvents to dissolve base rubber material whereby the explosion by solvent vapors used to cause many casualties. So, the research carried out through the experiment looking for ways to reduce the explosive powers by organic solvents to come up with some proper countermeasures. The study analyzes the ingredients of organic solvents of the adhesive and identifies characteristics of substance(evaporating rate, explosive power, upper/lower explosive limit)

Since the achievement of the greatest monk Jinul, Songgwang Temple has produced a number of excellent monks in succession, gaining the fame of the temple of virtuous monks. With major hermitages containing the lives of high priests, the temple enables us to appreciate the true values of Buddhist culture in the Korean history. As a residence for the later lives of the virtuous priests including the 16 king’s monks whom the temple cultivated, most of the hermitages functioned as protective monasteries, with their pagodas located nearby after the monks passed away. The hermitages occasionally face with the crisis of abolition due to a series of accidents or the decline with the passage of time, but they have been built repeatedly with due time. This is the reflection and evidence not only of incessant donation of the supporters but also of the great influence of the virtuous monks. A glimpse of the records of the hermitages allows us to see that the reestablishment of the temples were concentrated in the era of Joseon Dynasty, which might be the result of the rare record of its previous kingdom Goryeo. Yet it is also a vivid evidence that the religious activities were very positive and widely encouraged in the hermitages in the Gonggwang Temple, despite the nationwide tendency in which Buddhism was suppressed for Confucianism at that time. 송광사는 보조 지눌 이래 많은 고승들이 연이어 배출되어 僧寶宗刹의 이름을 얻은 사찰로, 산내에는 이들 고승들의 삶을 간직한 암자들이 분포하여 한국역사 속에 드리워진 불교문화의 진가를 음미할 수 있게 한다. 송광사 산내 암자의 대부분은 고려시대 송광사가 배출한 16국사는 물론 본사 주석의 고승들이 노년을 보내기도 한 공간으로 이들의 삶이 蘊蓄되어 있으며, 고승 입적 후에는 그들의 승탑을 암자 가까운 곳에 안치하여 수호의 기능을 맡기도 하였다. 시간의 흐름에 따라 이들 암자들은 퇴락하기도 하고 또 일련의 사건에 의해 존폐의 기로에 서게 되는 등 위기를 맞기도 하였으나, 일정한 시간이 경과하면 중수가 거듭되었다. 이는 그만큼 중심 고승의 활동과 檀越의 후원이 끊이지 않았음을 반증한다. 암자의 변천을 기록상 일별하였을 때 중건의 내용이 조선시대에 집중되고 있음이 간취되고 있는데, 이는 이전인 고려시대 기록의 민멸에서도 원인을 찾아 볼 수 있을 것이지만, 抑佛崇儒의 풍조에 직면하였던 때였던 만큼 시사하는 바도 적지 않다. 곧 그러한 여건을 감안하더라도 이 시기 송광사 산내 암자들의 신행 활동 또한 그만큼 적극적이었고 또 활성화 되고 있었음을 반증하는 것으로 해석된다. 송광사 산내 암자들 가운데는 전란의 피화로부터 아직 복구되지 못한 암자가 적지 않다. 오랜 세월 고승들이 온축한 戒·定·慧의 향을 머금고 있는 이들 암자들에 대한 정밀한 조사 및 고증과 함께 복원 대책이 시급히 마련되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

This paper proposes an efficient computational algorithm for overload release operation by generation rescheduling, load shedding and also line switching. The power dispatch problem is formulated as a multi-stage decision process overload to be relieved immediately after the overload occurence. Next, after the initial optimization completed, operations are taken to suppress multiple overloads within a given upper bound. Subsequent operations are taken in the quickest way to restore shedded load. A multi-stage formulation has such an advantage that a dynamic generation scheduling problem which is cast into a linear programming frame-work to take advantage of sparse linear programming techniques. The advantages of an LP approach are complete computational reliability and very high speed, making it suitable for practical operation and also study-mode purpose.

A sliding sector is defined as a subset the state space, inside which some norm of state decreases with zero control input. The variable structure controller with sliding sector is designed to transfer the system state from the outside to the inside of the sliding sector in a finite time and enable the system state stay inside the sliding sector, and the resulted VS control system is quadratically stable. The simulation results are its effectiveness.

多地域 負荷周波數 制御에 依한 動的負荷狀態 推定機構의 效果

This paper presents a method to design pseudo decentralized load frequency control(LFC) based on digital controllers which improves dynamic responses in multi-area power systems by incorporating computational time delay. Assuming that the amplitude of the load fluctuation is small and invariant, behavior of the power system in expressed by a set of linear differential equation, with constant coefficients. First, in order to synthesize a sampled date controller, the system is digitalized at appropriate sampling period by using numerical approximation method. Next, the centralized control gains incorporating time delay are determined based on the optimal theory. In order to damp a constant disturbance, we make use to digital servo system having one controller delay. From the point of view of application to LFC problem, the area control error (ACE) is chosen as output variables of servo system.
