Cinnamoyl ester(PGEFC) of poly(phloroglucinol-formaldehyde) glycidyl eher which has photosensitive functional group was prepared to apply to photoresist. Photosensitivity of PGEFC was estimated by the solubility difference in organic solvent before and after exposure to light. The yield of residual film was calculated by immersing the sample-coated quartz plates in the solvent which was used in coating. The yield of the residual film which was closely related to the sensitivity of the film, was affected by the degree of polymerization of the backbone resin, sensitizers and their concentration. The sensitivity was depended upon the degree of polymerization. Most of effective sensitizer for PGEFC among the sensitizers was 2, 6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline.

Durable softening water-repellenting agent such as PODCW, PDDCW and PEDCW were prepared by blending cationized compound such as poly(octadecyl methacrylate-co-2-diethylaminoethyl methacrylate)[PODC], poly(2-dodecyl methacrylate-co-2-diethyl-aminoethyl methacrylate)[PDDC] and poly(2-ethylhexyl methacrylate-co-2-diethyl-aminoethyl methacrylate)[PEDC], and cationized compound of fatty carbamide, of which synthetic methods were reported in the previous paper, waxes, and emulsifiers. The results of physical tests of the P/C blended fabrics treated with PODCW, PDDCW and PEDCW with and without textile finishing resin, showed a remarkable improvement of the physical properties. The prepared water-repellenting agents, PODCW-6 and PDDCW-1, were treated on P/C blended fabrics with and without resin. For any cases, there are a little changes between initial water repellency and repellency after 3 times washing of the fabrics. Therefore, the water-repellenting agents proved to be a durable, and initial water 100^+ and 90^+ point, respectively.
지방산 폴리아미드계 비이온성 내구유연제의 제조와 유연효과에 관한 연구

1, 3-Di(dodecanoyl)-2, 7-dioxy-6, 8-di(2-hydroxyethyl)-1, 3, 6, 8-tetraazacyclodecane(DDDT) and pentaerythritol monostearate(PMS) were synthesized as a main component for softner. O/W type softner(DPSA) was prepared by blending DDDT and PMS with polyoxyethylene(10) castor oil, polyoxyethylene(20) oleyl ether, and polyoxyethylene(10) monolaurate. After treatment of DPSA to all cotton fabrics, the physical properties such as tear strength, crease recovery, and flexing abrasion resistance were measured. As a result of the measurement, DPSA was proved to be durable softner with good softness.

지방산 폴리아미드계 내구성 유연제의 제조와 나일론 섬유에의 응용

An O/W type softner(NDSA) was prepared by blending of three kinds of emulsifiers, polyoxyethylene(10) castor oil, polyoxyethylene(20) oleyl ether, polyoxyethylene(30) mono laurate, with 2, 2`-didocosamidodiethylarnine and tetra(2-docosamidoethyl) urea which were synthesized as the main component of a softner. Emulsion stability of NDSA was good, and mixed HLB value was 9.2. NDSA was found to be a good durable softner for nylon through the measurement of softness, lubrication, antistatic property, bending resistance, and color fastness.
이소시아네이트 가교에 의한 재박리형 아크릴 점착제의 합성과 특성

In our earlier manuscript poly(2-DMA/2-EHA/EA/AA)(DEEA) copolymer have been synthesized using 2-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(2-DMA), 2-ethylhexyl acrylate(2-EHA), ethyl acrylate(EA), and acrylic acid(AA). The synthesized DEEA was crosslinked with polyisocyanate-type curing agent an the adhesive properties of the resulted crosslinked pressure-sensitive adhesives(PSA's)(DEEAI)were evaluated in this study. Among those, DEEAI-2 showed good adhesion characteristics especially suited for removable PSA's. Peel adhesion, shear adhesion, and tackiness of DEEAI-2 were 310g/inch width, 1570 min, and 4/32, respectively. The effect of viscosity of DEEAI-2 on peel adhesion and shear adhesion also showed optimum ranges for removable PSA's. They were 320g/inch width of peel adhesion and 1460 min of shear adhesion at the viscosity of 61,000 cps.
