최근 휴대폰과 텔레비전 간 연동을 통한 사용자 경험을 다양화 할 수 있는 방법과 기술들에 대한 연구 개발이 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 현대와 같이 산업 및 과학 기술이 빠르게 발달하는 시대에는 신제품 개발 시 효율적이고 객관적인 기술 분석을 통한 빠르고 정확한 기술예측이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 휴대폰과 텔레비전 간 연동을 통한 UX 확장 기술 관련 특허 데이터를 이용하여 군집 분석을 통해 기술예측을 한다. 군집 분석 시 최적 군집 수가 도출되지 않는 문제 해결을 위하여 이상치에 해당하는 특허 데이터를 모두 제거 후 최적 군집 수를 재분석하고 군집 분석을 실시한다. 분석 결과, 휴대폰과 TV 지능형 기술이 부상기술이고 무선통신 멀티미디어 송수신 기술은 하향기술임을 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 휴대폰과 TV 간 연동을 통한 UX 확장 기술에 대한 기술예측을 하여 기술 전략 수립 시 활용하고자 한다. Recently, researches have been made on methods and technologies diversifying the user experience through interconnecting between the cellular phone and the television. In the era where industrial and scientific technologies are rapidly developing, fast and accurate technology forecasting is required through efficient and objective technical analysis. In this paper, cluster analysis using patent data related to UX extension technology through interconnecting between cellular phone and TV is performed for technology forecasting. In order to solve the problem that the optimal number of clusters is not obtained at the time of cluster analysis, method of removing all patent data corresponding to the outliers is proposed. It was revealed that cellular phone and TV intelligent technology is emerging while wireless communication multimedia transmission and reception technology tends downward. The results of this paper would be helpful to establish technology strategy.
