파리컬렉션에 나타난 메이크업 색채표현 분석: 2023 F/W를 중심으로

This study aims to identify the latest fashion makeup color trends by analyzing the color expression of makeup shown in the 2023 F/W Paris Collection and deriving images. The scope of the study was set for the 2023 F/W season, and the survey period was from 2023.02.28. to 2023.03.14, and data collection was extracted by selecting five brands with well-exposed makeup elements among the 30 brands published as HIGHLIGHTS on the 2023 F/W season Vogue runway. Among the 269 images extracted, the final 25 images were selected, five for each brand, through the second screening by a group of experts composed of three doctors majoring in color and makeup. The makeup color analysis was analyzed focusing on the eyes, blushers, and lips, which are the point colors. As a research method, colors were extracted using Adobe Photoshop's eyedropper tool, converted into HV/C values through Munsell Conversion to analyze colors, and images were classified based on I.R.I. color image and adjective image scales. For color and color notation, 10 colors(R, YR, Y, GY, G, BG, B, PB, P, RP) and achromatic color(N) of the Munsell color system, 12 tones (v, b, s, sf, p, ltg, g, lt, d, dp, dkg, dk), and achromatic colors(W, B) of the PCCS were used. As for image types, 10 types of natural, romantic, humorous, casual, orientalism, maximalism, retro, active, modern, and grotesque were used according to previous studies. As a result of color analysis, YR(g) and YR(dkg) were the most common for eye makeup, YR(g) and YR(ltg) for blusher, and R(sf) for lip makeup. Overall, it can be seen that smokey makeup and dismantling elements appeared. As a result of image analysis, brands Sacai, Valentino, Y Project, and Chanel were classified as retro images, and Junya Watanabe was classified as orientalist images. As a result of the comprehensive analysis, it was interpreted that the 2023 F/W Paris Collection had a strong retro image that reinterpreted the deconstructive makeup of the 90s with a decent and elegant feeling. Through this, the current trend could be confirmed in depth, and it is expected to be used in predicting future fashion makeup color trends and creative show makeup design.
남극 로스해에서 분리한 Croceibacter atlanticus 균 유래 리파아제의 생산, 고정화, 효소특성 연구

The Antarctic Ocean contains numerous microorganisms that produce novel biocatalysts that can have applications in various industries. We screened various psychrophilic bacterial strains isolated from the Ross Sea and found that a Croceibacter atlanticus strain (Stock No. 40-F12) showed high lipolytic activity on a tributyrin plate. We isolated the corresponding lipase gene (lipCA) by shotgun cloning and expressed the LipCA enzyme in Escherichia coli cells. Homology modeling of LipCA was carried out using the Spain Arreo lake metagenome alpha/beta hydrolase as a template. According to the model, LipCA has an α/β hydrolase fold, Gly-X-Ser-X-Glymotif, and lid sequence, indicating that LipCA is a typical lipase enzyme. Active LipCA enzyme was purified fromthe cell-free extract by ammonium sulfate precipitation and gel filtration chromatography. We determined its enzymatic properties including optimum temperature and pH, stability, substrate specificity, and organic solvent stability. LipCA was immobilized by the cross-linked enzyme aggregate (CLEA) method and its enzymatic properties were compared to those of free LipCA. After cross-linking, temperature, pH, and organic solvent stability increased considerably, whereas substrate specificities did not changed. The LipCA CLEA was recovered by centrifugation and showed approximately 40% activity after 4th recovery. This is the first report of the expression, characterization, and immobilization of a C. atlanticus lipase, and this lipase could have potential industrial application.
