Indigo Dyeing is one of the representative natural dyeing that is handed down from generation to generation. It has been used all over the world, and it got on the right track in the geographical or cultural conditions of each country. But it holded back for a moment as a result of the advent of the synthetic dye stuff as industry developed. However the interest of Indigo Dyeing is incresing, because it has an affinity for environment and people begin to set high value of art on it.<br/> In this study, the researcher would like to reconsider, take over, develop the Indigo Dyeing of Korea through compare with the Chinese and Japanese Indigo Dyeing, which have had many relationship between three countries. The purpose of this studY is to search for the traditional spirit and strike the root deep into the modern society.<br/> This study analysed the system of Indigo Dyeing through literature studies. Based on it. this study compared the way of dyeing in Korea, China and Japan, the color concept of blue, the practical use of textiles that is made up of Indigo Dyeing<br/>
