        녹내장이 발생한 Sturge-Weber 증후군 환자의 임상양상과 수술성적

        Purpose: To report clinical manifestations including neurocutaneous and ocular findings and to evaluate outcomes of trabeculectomy in patients with Sturge-Weber syndrome. Methods: The medical records of 10 eyes of 8 glaucoma patients with Sturge-Weber syndrome who were followed up for at least 1 year after trabeculectomy were reviewed retrospectively. We analyzed neurocutaneous and ocular findings, cumulative surgical success rates, and complications in patients with Sturge-Weber syndrome. Results: The mean patient age at the time of surgery was 12.6 ± 13.0 years and mean follow-up period was 71.6 ± 81.8 months. All patients showed various clinical findings including facial hemangioma (8 patients), seizure (6 patients), intracranial lesion (6 patients), developmental delay (4 patients), conjunctival/episcleral hemangioma (4 eyes), and choroidal hemangioma (4 eyes). Postoperative success was achieved in 8 out of 10 eyes (80.0%). Postoperatively, serous retinal detachment occurred in 2 out of 4 eyes with preoperative diffuse choroidal hemangioma. Conclusions: Management of glaucoma associated with Sturge-Weber syndrome requires multidisciplinary treatment because of systemic involvement. Trabeculectomy appears to be an effective and relatively safe surgical option for glaucoma associated with Sturge-Weber syndrome. However, serious complications such as serous retinal detachment should be considered when planning trabeculectomy for patients with diffuse choroidal hemangioma.         특발성 황반원공에서 유리체절제술 후 자세에 따른 성적 비교

        Purpose: To compare the anatomical and functional results of vitrectomy for macular hole with and without prone posture. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 71 eyes of 71 patients who received macular hole repair and were followed up for at least 6 months. The anatomical success, complications, and best corrected visual acuity at postoperative 6 months and last follow-up between patients who were advised to take a prone posture for 1 week (group 1) and patients who were advised to simply avoid the supine position right from the surgery (group 2) were analyzed. Subgroup division analysis according to macular hole size and concurrent phacoemulsification was performed. Results: Macular hole closure rate was 91.7% (33 of 36 eyes) in group 1 and 88.6% (31 of 35 eyes) in group 2 (p=0.710). The mean visual acuity at final follow-up increased in both groups by 4.75 ± 3.83 and 4.76 ± 2.96 lines, respectively and revealed no statistically significant difference (p = 0.988). Twenty-seven of 36 eyes (75%) in group 1 and 30 of 35 eyes (85.7%) in group 2 underwent concurrent phacoemulsification, and no difference in macular hole closure rate and visual acuity improvement between the two postures was observed. Conclusions: Favorable anatomical and functional outcomes were achieved without postoperative face-down posturing in the case of phacovitrectomy with wide internal limiting membrane peeling and gas tamponade.       • 국내 8200호대 전기기관차 MVB 프로토콜 분석장치에 관한 연구

        국내 8200호대 전기기관차는 지멘스로부터 초기(2003년~2006년) 55량, 후기(2008년) 28량을 도입하였다. 따라서, 그 사용연수가 평균 10년을 초과하였고, 사용연수의 증가로 장치들의 고장이 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 그러나, 8200호대 내부의 제어, 추진, I/O 및 제동신호를 장치들간 통신하는 MVB 프로토콜에 대한 연구가 거의 없어 유지보수에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MVB프로토콜 분석을 위한 차량에서 실시간으로 MVB 프로토콜을 채취할 수 있는 장치개발에 관한 연구와 8200호대 내부에서 인터페이스 되는 MVB 통신의 Master Frame을 생성할 수 있는 장치개발에 관한 연구에 대해서 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 차량에서 채취한 MVB프로토콜을 분석하여 Master Frame을 생성할 수 있는 장치를 이용하여 CCU용 화면표시기에 데이터를 입력하여 그 신뢰성을 검증하고자 한다. 8200 series locomotives made by Siemens were introduced in Korean Railroad. 55cars were brought firstly from 2003 to 2006 and then 28 cars in 2008. That means the cars have been used over avg. 10years, it causes many kinds of breakdown. To fix the breakdown, study and technologies are researched. However there is a fewer study about MVB communication, it gives the car maintenance trouble. MVB communication is communication protocol between devices in locomotives and is responsible for internal controlling, propulsion and In/Out/brake signal exchange, etc. Hence, on this paper is about analysis method of MVB protocol such as real-time signal data logging device used on locomotive, communication data generator (Master/slave frame). And lastly it provides verification that is proved by communication simulating test with CCU MMI (Man Machine Interface).

        This study analyzed distribution density in relation with sea-bed waste of Geomundo south-eastern fishing grounds by bottom trawal of 6 times for three days in April and October 2016. On the survey for three days many sea-bed wastes were collected at the Geomundo south-eastern fishing grounds. The kinds of collected sea-bed waste were the fish traps, the gill nets, the trawl nets, the wire lines, the long lines, woods, the purse seine nets, plastics and so on. Distribution density in relation with sea-bed waste of the survey area was 39.7~385kg/km², and which proportion of the kinds on total sea-bed waste were that the fish trap was 88%(288 fish trap of 950.4kg), trawl net was 11% and the others was 1%. Of the fish traps the broken fish trap were 199(69%) and the intact fish trap were 89(31%). As a result of survey of sea-bed waste the Geomundo south-eastern fishing grounds was polluted by the sea-bed waste and we need continuous monitoring to get rid of this environment pollution.
