영 · 유아보육기관 보육교사의 휴게시간 사용에 대한 인식과 만족도

이 연구는 영․유아보육기관 근무하는 교사들을 대상으로 개정된 근로기준법에 따른 휴게시간에 대한 인식을 알아본 것이다. 연구방법은 설문지 조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 이 연구의 결과를 보면, 첫째, 영 · 유아보육기관의 휴게시간 적용은 법적으로 시행하도록 되어 있는 2018년 7월부터 대부분(70.2%) 시행하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 휴게시간의 원활한 활용은 45.5% 수준으로 나타나고 있다. 셋째, 휴게시간을 실제 가진다는 비율은 58.4%로 나타났으며, 사용하지 않는다는 비율도 41.6%를 보였으며, 그 이유는 대체교사가 없고, 시간적 여유가 없다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 법적 휴게시간 적용은 거의 모든 영 · 유아보육기관에서 시행하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 실질적인 휴게시간 사용은 내부적으로 갈등을 불러일으키고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 휴게시간 사용은 영유아들의 낮잠시간을 가장 많이 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 정부의 보육사업의 개정에 대한 안내는 매우 부정적 인식을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 실제 휴게시간보다 근로시간 단축을 더 원하는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 탄력보육제도에 대해서는 부정적이며, 인원수의 증가도 이루어지면 안 된다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째, 탄력보육의 문제점은 휴게시간을 갖더라도 다시 근무시간이 되면 보육교사의 업무가 시간적으로 뒤로 밀리고, 보육서비스만 저하되는 결과를 초래하는 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 아홉째, 보육서비스에 대한 만족도는 지위에 따라 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 연령별로는 30대, 경력별로는 5-10년이 가장 낮게 나타났다. This study examines the perception of rest time according to the revised Labor Standards Act for teachers working in day care centers. The research method was done through questionnaire survey. The results of this study are as follows: First, resting time of infants and toddlers is 70.2% since July 2018, which is supposed to be legally enforced. Second, the smooth use of rest time is 45.5%. Third, the ratio of having a resting time was 58.4%, and the ratio of not using it was 41.6%. The reason is that there is no alternative teacher and there is not enough time. Fourth, the application of legal resting time is practiced by almost all kindergartens. However, it was shown that the use of resting time actually causes internal conflicts. Fifth, the use of resting time showed the most use of nap time by infants. Sixth, the guidance on the amendment of the government`s child care business is very negative. It was found that they wanted shorter working time than actual rest time. Seventh, it seems that they are negative about the resilient Child care system and recognize that the number of people should not be increased. Eighth, the problem of elastic child care was recognized that, even if there was a rest time, the work of the child care teacher would be delayed backwards and the Child care service would be lowered once again. Ninth, Satisfaction with child care service did not show any difference according to status, and it was lowest in 30 years by age and 5-10 years by career.
