Seogwipo City was selected as a legal cultural city on December, 2019, promoting a five-year cultural city development project. This study investigates the perception of Seogwipo citizens about the project. A total of 1,101 citizens participated in the survey for this study. The survey items consisted of experience in participating for the project, awareness of the project, evaluation of contribution to the project, intention to participate in the project, and intention to recommend acquaintances. As a result of the study, it was found that 35.7% of the citizens participating in the survey, had experience of participating in more than one project. And it was confirmed that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between project recognition and project contribution evaluation. Confirmed. In business awareness, women showed a higher average than men. The average of those in their twenties was somewhat lower than that of other age groups, and the average recognition among the residents of the urban region of Seogwipo city was the highest. In the project contribution evaluation, women showed a higher average than men, and the average of Daejeong-eup was higher than that of other regions. This study is an empirical research study that directly confirmed the opinions of Seogwipo citizens on the project. In order to increase the participation of Seogwipo citizens in the project and to successfully promote the project, the relevant organizations such as Seogwipo City should take action. It can be meaningful in that it can provide insight into specific business directions

제주도 청소년의 역량 수준에 대한 탐색적 연구-‘청소년역량지수 측정 및 국제비교 연구’에 기초하여-

The purpose of this study is to the competency level of Jeju Island youth; elementary, middle, and high school students. This study is based on ‘A Study on Measurement of Korean Youth Competency and International Comparative Study: IEA ICCS 2016’ that is conducted by Nation Youth Policy Institute of Korea in year 2014 and 2018. The youth competency is consist of 5 competencies that is: life learning competency, life management competency, career development competency, interpersonal competency and social participation competency. As the result, mean of competencies in year 2014 were higher than in year 2018. Year 2018, mean of female students were higher than of male students. Year 2014 mean of Jeju Island youth were higher than other regions, but year 2018 only the mean of life management competency showed the highest level, and the mean of the remaining competencies were lower than that of other regions. In order to prepare and implement an appropriate educational and social intervention plan to improve the competency level of Jeju Island youth, it is judged that continuous interest in the competency level of Jeju Island youth and regular capacity measurement are necessary. 본 연구는 한국청소년정책연구원이 수행한 ‘청소년역량지수 측정 및 국제비교 연구’ 의 2104년 원자료와 2018년 원자료를 이용하여 제주도 초·중·고등학교 청소년들의 역량 수준을 탐색적으로 비교 고찰한 연구이다. 연구에서 살펴본 청소년 역량은 생애학 습역량, 생활관리역량, 진로개발역량, 대인관계역량, 사회참여역량 등 총 5개였다. 연구 결과 제주도 청소년의 역량 평균은 2014년 역량 평균이 2018년에 비해 다소 높은 것으로 나타났다. 2014년에는 남학생의 역량 평균이 높게 나타났지만, 2018년에는 5개 모든 역량에 대하여 여학생의 평균이 높았다. 학교급에 따른 역량 평균은 2014년에는 5개 모든 역량에 대하여 초등학생의 평균이 가장 높았던 반면 2018년에는 전반적으로 고등학생의 역량 평균이 높았으며, 생애학습역량과 사회참여역량은 중학생의 평균이 가장 높았다. 서울과 광역시, 타 도(道)지역 등과의 비교 결과, 2014년에는 생애학습역 량, 사회참여역량, 5개 역량 전체 평균에서 제주도 청소년의 역량 평균이 가장 높은 수준을 보였지만, 2018년에는 생활관리역량의 평균만이 가장 높은 수준을 보이고 나머지 역량의 평균은 다른 지역에 비해 낮은 수준을 보였다. 제주도 청소년의 역량 수준을 향상할 수 있는 적절한 교육적·사회적 개입방안을 마련하고 실행하기 위해서는 제주도 청소년의 역량 수준에 대한 지속적인 관심과 정기적인 역량 측정이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

조직효과성에 대한 리더십의 효과 메타분석

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of leadership on organizational effectiveness through meta-analysis. For this purpose, a total of 588 researches - 311 doctoral dissertations and 277 articles - that based on six types of leadership-transformational leadership, transactional leadership, servant leadership, authentic leadership, emotional leadership and ethical leadership-and organizational effectiveness variables that is job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, were selected for this study from RISS of KERIS. The total 839 effect sizes were extracted from 588 researches and used for final analysis. It is confirmed that the effect sizes of all six leaderships on organizational effectiveness variables are relatively large. Among the six types of leadership, servant leadership has the largest effect size on organizational effectiveness. On the other hand, the effect size of transactional leadership was relatively small among the six types of leadership. As a result of examining the effect sizes of leadership on each organizational effectiveness variables was found to be the largest for job satisfaction. For job satisfaction servant leadership had the largest effect size, and for organizational commitment ethical leadership had the largest effect size. Regarding organizational citizenship behavior the effect size of sincere leadership was the largest. This study has the distinction of being a study in which several leadership types and organizational effectiveness variables were analyzed together, going beyond the limitations of meta-analysis performed in Korea on leadership so far by limiting the scope to specific leadership types or specific outcome variables. 본 연구에서는 변혁적 리더십, 거래적 리더십, 서번트 리더십, 진성 리더십, 감성 리더십및 윤리적 리더십 등 여섯 가지 리더십 유형과 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동 등 3가지조직효과성 변수 간의 관계를 확인하기 위한 메타분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 박사학위논문 311편과 학술지 논문 277편 등 총 588편의 연구에서 제시된 상관계수(r)를 바탕으로839개의 효과크기를 추출하여 최종 분석하였다. 연구결과 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동을 모두 통합한 조직효과성에 대해서는 서번트리더십이 가장 큰 효과크기를 갖는 것으로 나타났으며, 거래적 리더십의 효과크기가 가장 작은 것으로 나타났다. 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동에 대한 리더십의 효과크기는 직무만족에 대해서 가장 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 직무만족에 대해서는 서번트 리더십의 효과크기가가장 크게 나타났으며, 조직몰입에 대해서는 윤리적 리더십의 효과크기가 가장 크게 나타났다. 조직시민행동에 대해서는 진성 리더십의 효과크기가 가장 크게 나타났다. 본 연구는 이제까지 리더십을 주제로 국내에서 수행된 메타분석이 특정 리더십 유형 혹은특정 결과변인에만 범위를 한정하여 수행되었던 한계를 넘어, 여러 리더십 유형과 조직효과성 변수를 함께 분석한 연구라는 차별성을 갖는다. 또한 이를 통해 리더십과 조직효과성 변수 간 관계에 대하여 선행연구들에 비해 보다 포괄적이고 종합적인 통찰을 가져다 줄 수 있었다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 연구의 한계점으로는 상관계수가 아닌 다른 통계량을 제시한 연구는 포함되지 않은 점과 효과크기의 이질성이 확인되었으나 이러한 이질성의원인을 밝힐 수 있는 추가분석이 이루어지지 못한 점을 지적할 수 있다.

철도시스템비상전원용 니켈수소(NiMH)전지

본연구는 독성물질을 함유한 납축전지와 NiCd전지를 대체할 수 있는 NiMH전지를 이용하여 철도시스템 비상전원용으로 사용위해 80Ah 전지를 병렬로 연결하여 160Ah의 NiMH전지 제작하였다. 160Ah 전지에 적합한 전극을 개발하기 위하여 3성분계의 전해질의 고율방전에 대해 평가하였다. 160Ah급 전지는 철도시스템 비상전원용으로 사용하기 위한 여러가지 실험을 하여 평가를 하였다.

From wood to coal and petroleum, mankind has used various fuel. Since using such fuel, mankind has developed power source of mechanism. We obtain numerous power from caloric force. Present energy supply is based on the fossil fuel. Fossil fuel has high energy density and is convenient for transportation and storage. Human being prepared countermeasure of energy economy, high energy efficiency and substitution energy for limits of fossil fuel. High energy efficiency among them is very important. This research will improve total output by physical exergy recovery of LH₂-fuel cell system.
