지방공기업의 조직성과 요인에 관한 연구: 리더십, 조직문화, 임파워먼트를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture, CEO leadership, and empowerment affecting the organizational performance of local public corporations. In order to clarify the multidimensional aspect of organizational performance factors, local public corporation organizational performance is classified as objective performance, representing the total score of the local public enterprise’s management evaluation and the subjective performance perceived by organizational members, leadership, and organizational culture into a competitive value model, and empowerment into structured empowerment and psychological empowerment. As a result of the analysis, the common type of leadership affecting organizational performance was task-oriented leadership, while hierarchical culture influenced organizational performance through innovation-oriented leadership. The analysis of the mediating effects of leadership, organizational culture, and organizational performance, only psychological empowerment influenced subjective performance through innovation - oriented leadership and ad hoc crisscross culture. Objectivity was not mediated by empowerment. The results of this study suggest that there is a need to strengthen task-oriented leadership, consideration of hierarchical culture, and psychological empowerment in order to improve organizational performance. 본 연구는 전국의 지방공기업을 대상으로 지방공기업의 조직성과에 영향을 미치는 최고경영자의 리더십과 조직문화, 임파워먼트 간 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 지방공기업의 조직성과를 지방공기업경영평가총점인 객관성과와 조직구성원들이 인지하는 주관성과로 분류하여 파악하고 리더십과 조직문화는 각각 경쟁가치모형을 활용하여 연구하였다. 매개변수인 임파워먼트는 구조적 임파워먼트와 심리적 임파워먼트로 유형화하였다. 분석결과 조직성과에 영향을 미치는 리더십은 과업지향 리더십이었으며, 조직문화는 위계지향적 문화가 조직성과에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 리더십과 조직문화 그리고 조직성과 간 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 분석한 결과 구조적 임파워먼트는 조직성과에서 매개관계가 성립되지 않았다. 다만, 심리적 임파워먼트만 혁신지향리더십과 애드호크라시문화를 통해 주관성과만 매개효과를 보였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 볼 때, 지방공기업이 조직성과를 높이기 위해서는 과업지향적 리더십과 위계문화에 대한 고려, 그리고 심리적 임파워먼트를 강화할 필요성이 제기된다.

This study aims to identify the significance of adolescent suicidal ideation in a multicultural family, propose suicidal prevention strategies, and provide considerable foundations supporting their secured future. The research results are in the follow. For the results of main factors of relative influence on the suicidal ideation, the relative dangerousness levels were 5.5 times more likely to experience with drugs, 4.5 times more likely to have depressive symptoms, 3.2 times more likely to experience violence at school, and 2.8 times more likely to experience drinking alcohol, 1.4 times more likely to feel unhappiness and 1.3 times more likely to be bad off in economic status, all of which contribute to suicidal ideation. All results turned out to be statistically significant. Therefore, the findings and results of this study indicate that appropriate and practical prevention strategies to address the suicidal behavior of adolescents in a multicultural family need to be carefully considered and designed in a most urgent manner.
소년범 집단이 사회적 갈등상황에서 보이는 문제해결 특성

Delinquent behavior is known as situation specific skill deficits in solving social problems. This study examined the difference in problem solving skills between juvenile delinquents (N=31) and nondelinquents (N=28) in social conflict situations. The social problems varied depending on the interpersonal context of conflict with peers, teachers, and parents and on the intent of the others in conflict such as ambiguous frustration and hostile provocation. There was a significant difference in the number of alternative solutions generated by subjects with general intelligence covaried out Delinquents had a different pattern of solving social conflict situation problems: Delinquents were likely to employ more physical and verbal aggression in conflict with peers and other's hostile intent; to adopt more negative direct action with teachers and in frustration; and to propose fewer verbal assertive solutions for hostile teacher situations. Nondelinquents tended to produce more noncofrontative or compromising solutions in peer conflicts and during frustration; and to employ more verbal assertion with teacher conflicts and during frustration. However, reasoning ability in the noncoflict situations activated by script knowledge was not significantly different between the two groups. Implications are that cognitive interventions with adolescent offenders might take into consideration the situational factors in problem-solving skills.
문화관광해설사의 해설역량이 관광객 방문 만족과 재방문에 미치는 영향 - 대전시티투어 방문객을 중심으로 -

As the role of cultural tourism interpretation has been increased at enhancing cultural tourism in Dae-Jeon City, this study was to investigate the effect of the competencies of cultural tourism interpretation on tourist satisfaction and repeat visitation. The survey was conducted from 300 tourist who has been visited Dae-jeon City within 21 days. Data was obtained from the self-administered questionnaires. The result data analysis shows that the most influential factor to the tourist satisfaction and repeat visitation is cultural tourism interpreter’s role play and the second one is cultural tourism interpreter’s specialized knowledge and the third is cultural tourism interpreter’s attitude of the tourist. Finally, the author insists that cultural tourism interpreter be needed more role playing reform and more specialized knowledge and more kindness attitude for their tourists. These implication are also considerable in the relation between cultural tourism interpreter and tourist satisfaction and repeat intention.
