맨드 토포그래피 사정을 통한 기능적 의사소통 훈련이 자폐성장애 학생의 자해행동과 맨드에 미치는 효과

본 연구에서는 맨드 토포그래피(mand topography) 사정을 통한 기능적 의사소통 훈련이 자폐성장애 학생의 자해행동과 맨드 발생에 미치는 효과를 알아보았다. 연구 대상은 자해행동을 빈번하게 나타내는 중학교 3학년 자폐성장애 학생 한 명이다. 먼저, 자해행동의 기능을 파악하기 위하여 기능분석을 실시하였다. 기능분석은 유형물, 관심 얻기, 과제 회피, 놀이의 4가지 조건으로 구성하여 실시하였다. 기능분석 결과, 유형물을 얻기 위해 자해행동을 보이는 것으로 파악되었다. 맨드 토포그래피 사정을 실시하여 학생에게 숙련도가 높은 맨드 토포그래피(제스처)와 숙련도가 낮은 맨드 토포그래피(마이크로스위치)를 선정하였다. 이후, 교대중재 설계법을 적용하여, 제스처를 기능적 의사소통 훈련에 통합한 중재와 마이크로스위치를 기능적 의사소통 훈련에 통합한 중재를 교대로 제공하고, 자해행동 발생과 맨드 발생에 미치는 효과를 비교, 분석하였다. 실험 결과, 자폐성장애 학생은 숙련도가 높은 맨드 토포그래피인 제스처를 사용하여 기능적 의사소통 훈련을 실시하였을 때 자해행동이 감소하고 맨드 발생 빈도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. This study evaluated the effects of functional communication training through mand topography assessment on mand and self-injurious behavior of students with autism spectrum disorder. The subject of this study was male student with autism spectrum disorder in the third grade of middle school who are attending special education school. Functional Analysis was conducted on four conditions: Tangible, Attention, Escape, and Play. The result of FA showed that self-injurious behavior was shown to obtain tangible. Then, Mand Topography Assessment was conducted to select high-proficiency mand topography (gesture) and low-proficiency mand topography (microswitch). The Alternative Treatment Design was used to compare the effects of the two conditions. The effects of the occurrence of self-injurious behavior and mand were compared and analyzed by alternating providing interventions that incorporate gestures and microswitch into functional communication training. The results showed that FCT incorporating gestures (high-proficiency) was more effective than FCT incorporating microswitch (low-proficiency) in order to decrease stduent’s self-injurious behavior and increase the frequency of mand occurrence.

A study on the engineering optimization for the commercial scale coal gasification plant

This study was conducted for engineering optimization for the gasification process which is the key factor for success of Taean IGCC gasification plant which has been driven forward under the government support in order to expand to supply new and renewable energy and diminish the burden of the responsibility for the reduction of the green house gas emission. The gasification process consists of coal milling and drying, pressurization and feeding, gasification, quenching and HP syngas cooling, slag removal system, dry flyash removal system, wet scrubbing system, and primary water treatment system. The configuration optimization is essential for the high efficiency and the cost saving. For this purpose, it was designed to have syngas cooler to recover the sensible heat as much as possible from the hot syngas produced from the gasifier which is the dry-feeding and entrained bed slagging type and also applied with the oxygen combustion and the first stage cylindrical upward gas flow. The pressure condition inside of the gasifier is around 40~45Mpg and the temperature condition is up to 1500{sim}1700?C. It was designed for about 70% out of fly ash to be drained out throughout the quenching water in the bottom part of the gasifier as a type of molten slag flowing down on the membrane wall and finally become a byproduct over the slag removal system. The flyash removal system to capture solid particulates is applied with HPHT ceramic candle filter to stand up against the high pressure and temperature. When it comes to the residual tiny particles after the flyash removal system, wet scurbbing system is applied to finally clean up the solids. The washed-up syngas through the wet scrubber will keep around 130{sim}135?C, 40~42Mpg and 250 ppmv of hydrochloric acid(HCl) and hydrofluoric acid(HF) at maximum and it is turned over to the gas treatment system for removing toxic gases out of the syngas to comply with the conditions requested from the gas turbine. The result of this study will be utilized to the detailed engineering, procurement and manufacturing of equipments, and construction for the Taean IGCC plant and furthermore it is the baseline technology applicable for the poly-generation such as coal gasification(SNG) and liquefaction(CTL) to reinforce national energy security and create new business models.

자폐스펙트럼장애 학생의 문제행동에 대한 기능적 의사소통 훈련 연구 동향

자폐 스펙트럼 장애 학생을 장애인 등에 대한 특수교육법 시행령 10조에서는 사회적 상호작용과 의사소통에 결함이 있고, 제한적이고 반복적인 관심과 활동을 보임으로써 교육적 성취 및 일상생활 적응에 도움이 필요한 사람으로 정의하고 있다. 또한 정신질환 진단 및 통계 편람(DSM)에 따르면 자폐스펙트럼 장애 학생은 사회적 의사소통과 사회적 상호작용의 지속적인 결함과 제한적이고 반복적인 행동, 관심, 또는 행동 패턴이 있다고 하였다. 이처럼 자폐 스펙트럼 장애 학생은 공통적으로 의사소통에 결함이 있다고 볼 수 있다. 구어 또는 비언어적 의사소통 표현이 어려운 자폐 스펙트럼 장애 학생은 다양한 문제행동(자해, 공격, 상동행동 등을 통해 자신의 의사를 표현한다. 최근 문제행동의 빈도와 학생이 가진 언어 능력의 수준 간에는 부적 상관이 있다는 연구가 있다. 이처럼 자폐성 장애 학생이 문제행동을 하나의 의사소통 수단으로 자신의 의도를 표현 한다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 문제행동은 개인의 특별한 표현 방법이므로 그 행동을 하는 이유, 문제행동의 기능이 있다. 이와 같은 맥락에서 기능적 의사소통 훈련(Functional Communication Training)이 등장하였다. 기능적 의사소통 훈련이란 문제행동과 동일한 기능을 가진 적절한 대체행동을 가르침으로써 문제행동을 감소시키자 개발한 것이다. 기능적 의사소통 훈련은 다음과 같은 3단계로 구성되어 있다. 첫째, 문제행동의 기능을 진단하기 위하여 기능평가를 실시한다. 둘째, 문제행동과 동일한 기능을 가지면서 사회적으로 수용가능한 대체행동을 찾는다. 셋째, 대체행동을 가르친다. 대체행동을 찾을 때에는 고려해야할 3가지의 요소가 있다. 첫째, 반응 일치. 대체행동의 기능이 문제행동과 같은지를 고려해야한다. 둘째, 반응 숙달. 대체행동이 바람직한 결과를 얻는 것. 셋째, 반응 환경. 대체행동은 다른 환경에서도 문제행동과 동일한 기능으로 작용 한다.
