        저가 프랜차이즈 커피전문점의 브랜드 증거가 긍정적 감정반응과 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of brand evidence from franchise low-cost coffee shops on customers' positive emotional responses and loyalty, and to contribute to the direction of brand marketing strategy formulation. From September 7th to September 17th, 2023, a survey was administered to customers who had experiences with franchise low-cost coffee shops. As a result, 344 survey forms were collected, and empirical analysis was conducted using the SPSS and AMOS. As a result of this study, among the brand evidence, perceived price and employee services had a significant effect on customers' positive emotional responses. Positive emotional responses had a significant effect on brand loyalty. Among the brand evidence, brand name and core services had a significant effect on brand loyalty. Positive emotional responses had a full mediating effect between perceived price, employee services and brand loyalty. This study presents academic implications by securing a theoretical framework in the preliminary research on brand evidence related to coffee specialty shops, thus laying the groundwork for subsequent research in this field. Furthermore, by understanding the needs of customers frequenting low-cost coffee shops, it offers practical insights that are beneficial in establishing brand management strategies.

        외식프랜차이즈 본부의 지원과 통제가 가맹점 만족과 다점포 운영의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effect of the franchisor’s support and control on the satisfaction of franchisees and the operation intention of multi-unit, and to present practical implications based on meaningful results. Management support and distribution support were derived as support attributes of the franchisor, and service control and environmental control were derived as control attributes. As a result of the analysis, management support, distribution support, and service control were found to have a significant effect on franchisee’s satisfaction and intention of multi-unit operation. The environmental control had an effect on franchisee’s satisfaction but did not have an effect on intention of muti-unit operation. Finally, it was found that the franchisee’s satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on intention of multi-unit operation.

        빅데이터를 활용한 커피전문점 브랜드별 인식에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 커피전문점의 역사적 배경과 시장상황을 고찰하고, 커피전문점 브랜드별 소비자의 인식을 온라인 빅데이터를 활용하여 도출함으로써 학술적 근거를 마련하고 연구결과에 근거한 전략적 방향성 설정에 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2016년 1월 1일부터 2022년 6월 30일까지 각 커피판매 브랜드’ 키워드를 이용하여 네이버 블로그, 네이버 카페에 대한 자료수집을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 정제과정을 거쳐 텍스트 마이닝 분석을 통해 단어 빈도분석, TF-IDF분석, 토픽모델링의 LDA 분석을 진행였다. 분석결과 각 브랜드별 소비자의 인식을 도출하였고, 이에 따른 시사점을 논의하였으며, 본 연구의 한계점에 대해 기술하였다.

        외식업 경영자가 지각하는 스트레스에 관한 질적 내용분석

        본 연구의 목적은 소상공인 외식업 경영자가 지각하는 스트레스 요인을 도출하여 학술적 측면과 외식업 경영자의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 방향성 설정에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 대전과 세종에서 외식업을 경영하는 소상공인 22명을 대상으로 질적연구를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 귀납적 내용분석 방법(Elo & Kyngäs, 2008)을 토대로 NVivo10을 사용하여 개방코딩을 통해 범주를 분류하였고, 노드별 가중치를 파악하여 일반화 하는 분석 과정을 거쳤다. 분석 결과, 참가자들이 지각하는 스트레스 요인은 경제적, 심리적, 신체적 주제로 분류되었다. 본 연구를 통해 정부의 지원, 악성 리뷰에 대한 제도 보완, 산업재해와 관련된 교육 등의 필요성을 논의하였고, 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to derive stress perceived by small enterprise food service managers to contribute to the academic aspect and establish a direction to improve the quality of life of food service managers. To achieve the purpose of the study, a qualitative study was conducted on 22 small enterprise managers operating the food service business in Daejeon and Sejong. The collected data were classified through open coding using NVivo10 based on the inductive content analysis method (Elo & Kyngss, 2008), and the weight of each node was identified and generalized. As a result of the analysis, the stressors perceived by the participants were classified into economic, psychological, and physical topics. Through this study, the necessity of support from the government, supplementation of the system for malicious reviews, education related to industrial accidents, and suggested suggestions for follow-up research were presented.

        AHP를 활용한 중국 황하 연안 생태관광지 가중치 분석

        This study conducted a weight analysis of the Yellow River coastal ecotourism sites using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The method of this study adopted an indicator model to assess ecotourism site along the Yellow River. In order to select an appropriate index when designing the evaluation model for a comprehensive understanding of the Yellow River coastal ecotourism site, the opinions of 30 experts were combined to set the evaluation index, and the weight was set for each item using stratification analysis. Items categorized according to weights were categorized by stakeholder in relation to related tasks and developed work relationships of those involved. In order to approach the purpose of this study, the weights were classified using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) over two rounds. As a result of the analysis, all of the evaluation indicators were classified into 36 items. The results of the weight of the ecotourism site along the Yellow River analyzed in the study are implying that it should have a long-term and important cooperative structure in establishing management and planning among organizations related to items

        유튜브 관광 콘텐츠 품질 속성이 선호도와 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effect of quality attributes of YouTube tourism contents on users' preference and continuous use intention and to present practical implications based on the meaningful results. By reflecting the characteristics of YouTube, four attributes such as expression, popularity, content, and will to operate a channel were derived as quality attributes of YouTube tourism contents. As a measurement tool to measure users' preference and intention to continue using, the intention to press 'Like' and 'Subscription' were measured. As a result of the analysis: first, among the quality attributes of YouTube tourism contents, ‘expression,’ ‘content,’ and ‘popularity’ were found to have a significant effect on user preference. Second, among the quality attributes of YouTube tourism contents, it was found that 'expression,' 'content,' and 'will to operate a channel' had a significant effect on users' continuous use intention. Third, it was found that the preference of YouTube tourism contents users had a significant effect on users’ continuous use intention.
