이 연구는 국가의 복지정책 이념으로 제시되고 있는 $quot;생산적 복지`와 청소년과의 관계를 탐색하고, 생산적 복지`의 주요 실천방안인 인적자원개발에서 청소년을 위한 복지지원의 함의와 내용을 논의해 보고자 하는 것이다. 생산적 복지는 학계에서 그다지 활발한 논의가 이루어지지 않은, 향후 전개되어질 국가정책프로그램의 기초이념이다. 따라서 그 동안 논의된 정책적 토의와 청소년복지의 관점을 토대로 생산적 복지`의 영역에서 청소년복지의 의미와 지원 방향 및 내용을 탐색하였다. 이를 통해 국가에서 제시하는 `생산적 복지기 내용 중 특히 `일을 통한 참여복지를 실현하기 위한 핵심전략인 인적자원개발이 청소년과 밀접한 연계성을 가질 수 있으며, 개발적 복지의 측면에서 볼 때 인적자원개발의 효용성을 높이기 위해서는 변화하고 있는 청소년의 위상을 고려한 사회복지 개입의 필요성을 강조하였다. 청소년에 대한 사회복지 개입은 인적자원개발의 경제적 논리의 한계를 극복하고 청소년에게 밀을 통해 자아를 실현하게 함으로써 자립복지의 기반을 조성하는 프로그램으로 제공되어야 하며, 청소년을 위한 복지제도와 환경이 조성되어야 하고, 청소년이 변화하는 새로운 사회에 적응할 수 있도록 의식과 윤리를 개혁하는데 역점을 두어야 한다. 청소년을 위한 생산적 복지`의 전향적인 의미해석과 이에 따른 지원방안 탐색은 청소년복지의 새로운 지평과 함의를 도출해낼 수 있는 시사점을 준다. The purpose of this study was to explore the concern that `productive welfare` is connected with youth. The strategies of Human Resources Development(youth resources development) policies have been sources of contentious productive welfare policies through welfare to work. In this study, materials on the productive welfare policy and programs were reviewed. Also the youth were seen in the context of social change. T o increase the HRD utilities, approaches to social welfare needed to consider youth position in changing world. It is clear expectation that productive welfare will promote the creation of any major new welfare program that move our youth in the direction of improving the quality of life. Main arguments of this study are First, youth were suggested as welfare-infra and institutions in the view of productive welfare that provides with the opportunities and capacities to participate in the various social and cultural activities. Second, welfare support programs are designed to improve their quality of life through the new ethic program direction that helps their self-support efforts to take an active hand for present and future condition of youth. But it will only suggest a device. Therefore, continuous research and development of the productive welfare programs will provide implications for the needed youth welfare policy.

The purpose of this study is that the community study room for poor adolescent are illuminate which focus on the actual conditions and role. Poverty for adolescent leads to despair, low self-esteem, and stunted growth - including physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth. Today, social welfare have considers remedial and preventive function in society and go step father developmental function. Furthermore, social welfare concerns social-culture support add up psycho-social support. A community study room for poor adolescent provides various study and life programs to adolescent at present. But the poor adolescent almost every form of damage is far more prevalent and who see themselves as having little opportunity to do better because their disadvantaged social conditions. And so, it can not enough. Therefore the community study room for poor adolescent have a life marked by societal respect, opportunity. In conclusion, a community study room`s alternative role of this study are as follows : 1) To minimize school study supportive function. 2) To provide career development and investigation 3) To meet the part-time or full-time jobs information and management 4) To increase human relationship capacity and to ensure psychological support through community networks.
청소년복지이념의 재조명: 경제적 관점에서 지속가능한 복지사회기반으로의 이념적 전환을 중심으로

This study aims at the social welfare and youth welfare has an inseparable relationship, but welfare and economic in the welfare system of ideology or philosophy tend to emphasize the inseparable from the question of how to accept that the study begins. As a field of social welfare, especially focusing on youth welfare ideology, and ultimately involve the concept of comprehensive welfare and welfare of youth should seek independent ideological direction. In this regard, beyond the economic perspective, presents the core of youth welfare ideology. The significance of this study, eventually ``The economic man`` from ``The welfare man(human)`` awareness of the ideological orientation of the transition through the youth welfare and youth welfare and practical tasks, the search is to seek to explore the ideological.

In this study, we have investigated affecting factors to the development of vocational maturity from the 1st thru 4th annual data sets by Korea Youth Panel Survey(KYPS), and obtained the following results. First, the vocational maturity increased as grade gets higher. Second, the vocational maturity of girl students appears to be higher than that of boy students. Third, we observed significant changes in the vocational maturity when girl students are just moved up to the 3rd grade in a middle school, and also when boy students are moved from middle to high schools. Fourth, the vocational maturity showed significant statistical relevance with family function, self-evaluation, school, and gender variables. Lastly, we note that of all variables, self-confidence variable has a relatively high influence on the vocational maturity, and also strongly does immediate pleasure-seeking variable. Especially, we observed that in the high school days, the matter how others evaluate him or her has come up as an affecting variable to the vocational maturity. From the fact, we can ascertain the sensitivity to evaluation by others in the periods.
